Amazing, fast, courteous and professional. I just wanted to…read moredrop you a quick line to say a massive THANK YOU! Honestly, my experience with you all has been nothing short of amazing, and it truly blew away any expectations I had. From my very first call, right through every single step of the process, and up until the moment my settlement was processed, I always felt so well taken care of. You guys were consistently professional, but also really great at explaining everything in a way that made sense. I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to a few incredible people who made all the difference. My deepest gratitude goes to Carmen Velasquez, Glady Lamprea, and Alyssa Ontiveros. Seriously, you ladies are rockstars! Your dedication, expertise, and unwavering support

I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with American Lemon Law Group. Going…read morethrough a lemon law case can be stressful, especially when you don't know what to expect or how long the process is going to take, but from the beginning I truly felt like I had the right team representing me. Joe Stewart was my primary attorney, and he was absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire process, Joe made me feel like my case mattered. He took the time to explain things to me, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what was happening and what to expect next. I never felt like I was just another case or file sitting on someone's desk. Alyssa worked very closely with Joe throughout my case, and she was just as incredible. She was always helpful, patient, responsive, and made sure I was taken care of. Having Joe and Alyssa working together gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process because I genuinely felt like they were fighting for me and looking out for my best interests. There were definitely moments during the process when things became frustrating, but their team stayed on top of everything and continued advocating for me. That meant a lot to me personally. In the end, the outcome exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Looking back at the entire experience, choosing American Lemon Law Group was one of the best decisions I could have made. Thank you to Joe, Alyssa, and the entire team for taking such great care of me and for everything you did to get me to the finish line. I'm genuinely grateful, and I couldn't recommend American Lemon Law Group more highly.

Unfortunately this man is way past his prime. You could say he may be way past cognitive…read morecomprehension. I mean at some point you just gotta say, it's time to retire. The biggest issue is that he doesn't care if your case is worth litigating or that your case has no chance so long as you can send him a large retainer, that's what he bases his clients on, that's how he makes a decision on taking a case or not, HOW MUCH $$$ CAN HE MAKE...!!! Guys the Bible tells us to be weary of snakes and vipers and whoa to the attorney. It's speaking about this man. Ask him to show you his record and don't let him tell you that he only had two cases I. The past 60 years. Tell him to be transparent show all the multiple losses.

Mr. Revere asked me twice to leave a review, so this review is based on my personal experience with…read morehis representation. I retained Mr. Revere to evaluate a potential legal malpractice claim against another attorney and to provide a written legal analysis and draft a legal malpractice complaint. At the outset, he advised me that I had a viable legal malpractice claim, which was consistent with the opinions I had previously received from several other attorneys. Mr. Revere accepted my retainer and ultimately prepared and filed the legal malpractice complaint on my behalf. However, rather than proceeding with service of the complaint, he recommended delaying service while he first assisted me in resolving the underlying legal matters that had given rise to the malpractice claim. Based on his professional advice, I agreed to that approach. Over the course of that additional representation, Mr. Revere billed me an amount that was nearly equal to my original retainer. In my view, those additional services differed substantially from the work for which I had originally retained him. Eventually, he stopped working on those matters, citing the effects of the COVID-19 quarantine on his ability to work. After that, I instructed Mr. Revere to proceed with the legal malpractice action. At that point, his position changed significantly. Whereas he had previously advised that I had a viable claim and had already filed the lawsuit, he then told me that I did not have a strong legal malpractice case. He also made comments that I considered disparaging about both my character and my profession as an engineer. I repeatedly asked Mr. Revere to explain the basis for his changed opinion and to provide the legal analysis that he was contractually obligated to prepare. Mr. Revere did not provide that explanation or written analysis. Instead, he withdrew from representing me. As a result, I had to retain a process server to serve the complaint that had already been filed. I was then left to pursue the litigation without counsel. Ultimately, the case was dismissed. The fees I had paid during Mr. Revere's representation left me without the financial resources necessary to retain substitute counsel to continue prosecuting the action. I believe Mr. Revere should have at least refunded the portion of my retainer corresponding to the written legal analysis that I retained him to prepare but did not receive. The amount of that retainer is small compared with the losses that resulted from the outcome of his representation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Revere's services.
