We drove back around to ask if they had a guarantee that would allow us another trip through, but they did not. One of the employees did offer to manually scrub them off for us. He grabbed a cloth and some cleaner and removed the insects on the bumper and took time to address a few spots on the windshield as well. The service was fast, thorough and efficient. There are plenty of pumps with a lot of room between them and they are very well maintained. There are vacuums that work well and are easy to get to. They have a well stocked convenience store. And, if there is any issues, the staff is quick to respond and friendly about it. (for example, there was no ice in the pop station and they quickly filled it and apologized for the inconvenience). The store and restrooms were very clean as well. I've not experienced the detailing or oil change here, but car washes have left our van looking great!
