Further, she did a great job staging my home to look amazing. And lastly, she went above and beyond by swinging by the property frequently to clear a frozen condensation pipe so the furnace would keep running while the house was empty. If you're stressed with picking the right realtor to help you buy or sell a home, stop worrying about it and go with Janina. You're not going to find someone more incredible at what they do, and you'll get a personal touch and expertise that makes the whole process a breeze.

When something didn't seem right to her, she made sure it was addressed and taken care of. The right way. A little background about me, when someone pushes me, I tend to dig my feet in and shut down. I am stubborn to a fault. But when I needed an extra push, she did it gently and without any guilt or pressure. If I wanted to wait, she was patient with me and let me wait. When I started to get nervous about a property, she went and made sure everything was going to be ok. When the negotiations started, she let us know all the options and guided us to a winning offer. We had an issue with water damage in a house that we are renting from Conrad. The issue was caused in part by water leaking down the front of the house and the window A/C unit. There are also cracks above the window, front door and bathroom. The stucco on the bathroom ceiling is peeling. They sent out a contractor to do the work he insisted the damage is specifically due to the A/C unit, but we had cracks in the wall and a weak living room floor BEFORE we bought the unit. The guys come out on Thursday to do the living room floor. They pulled back the carpet, make a half-hearted repair, but when they leave, they leave the carpet loose and lumpy, trash on the floor. When they returned Friday, around 9:30 am, one could tell they didn't want to be there. They said nothing. Cool, I could live with that; they're there to work, not talk. They worked until about 12:58 pm, went to lunch, and never returned. No word. So, about 3:45 pm, my wife called Conrad to complain that the contractor left his work unfinished. The woman on the phone was livid, not at the contractor, but at my wife for calling to complain. My wife had her on speaker and I could actually HEAR this woman yelling through the phone. And I was in the bathroom! This isn't the first issue we've had with Conrad, but this is the worst. We're looking to move now. I think for my wife, that straw broke the camel's back. The house will look like that until Monday.
