Fantastic Customer Service…read more I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Bean's Greenwood Marina. From here on out, I will be a loyal customer. On Memorial Day weekend, my engine starter failed after filling up with gas at their dock. I was literally stuck there, with nothing I could do. It was the busiest day of the year for putting boats in the water, and instead of being frustrated with me for taking up space at their dock, Aaron, the manager, was very understanding and helpful. He helped me try to troubleshoot the problem. And when we couldn't isolate the issue, he volunteered to tow me back to my slip, which wasn't all that close. Keep in mind, they were very busy that day. And through the whole towing process, he was positive and kept reassuring me my boat would be up and running again in no time. When I tried to give him money for the tow, he politely said it was on the house, and he hoped I'd come back to them for gas in the future. What a total class act. Now I only go there, no matter the distance. Thanks to Aaron and the rest of the team that helped me that day...I appreciate you all!

So while she was out of town for a few days, I dropped it off with Jeff, and two days later had the vehicle back in the garage, fixed right and looking great. At the time of this review, she either hasn't noticed or is working on a complex "thank you". I wish I had known about Jeff and Cody and AMB when I had my sailboat - I might still have it.

Adam was very professional and has the patience of Jobe ! I bombarded him with questions and emails. Best part is he knew most of the answers but was very clear if he didn't but always researched the correct answer. He kept me informed as to the pontoon delivery date and was very flexible on pickup time. He even was able to arrange a bunk trailer for us to bring in our trade in for free! He participated in the boat checkout process and added a lot of helpful comments. The pricing at Hallberg beat the competition by miles! They also gave us more for our trade in than the competition! They asked us to leave the keys with the boat and sent us on our way! When we went to pickup the boat and asked for the keys they said they shrinkwrap them IN THE BOAT and said that's what they do, but didn't tell us, the customer who have our trailer lock keys with the boat key! I asked for a discount to buy a new lock and they said, "NO" and that's on a $500plus bill, and that was the "service manager"! Oh, I did sit on hold twice today waiting to check the status of the boat...once for 17minutes, hung up and later for 23 minutes! They did expedite the service today, so that's why I gave them 3 and not 2 stars. Be aware your keys get shrinkwrapped inside and they don't think they need to tell you that!
