Does not honor appointment which you have to have. Called around 4 to ask if my 5:00 could be taken earlier. I was told to come at 4:45. Showed up right on time. The girl at the front desk was polite and I was told to wait for the sprayer. At 4:55 another woman was taken back. I asked if she had to be done before me and was told yes. Love this place! I went to her at the old location, and tried the new location today. It's so clean and welcoming! The owner is so sweet! Due to traffic, I ended up being 10 minutes late, and she didn't even bat an eye (unlike other places I've experienced)! Just welcomed me back and said "it happens!" Excellent first experience! Scheduling online was easy. Website had detailed directions for what to do/not do before your visit. The ladies at the front were very nice and explained everything that would happen with the spray. The woman who did the acutul spray was super professional and made me feel comfortable immediately. No small feat considering I was wearing pasties and a thong in front of a stranger (my choice in attire btw). She did a beautiful job and my tan looks perfect. To be completely honest, after reading reviews on this place I was sure I was going to come here for my spray tan before my wedding. My experience with the owner (who sprayed me) was mediocre as she was 1) Rushing to come inside to spray me 2) Rushing to finish my spray and move on to the next customer. I could tell they were busy but this is definitely not what I was expecting for a place with such good reviews. However, the front desk ladies are really nice and helpful. As for the tan itself, I noticed the next day that my neck was hardly sprayed and was much lighter than the rest of my body. After only 3 days my tan started to fade unevenly and it was very spotty. I used the lotion and the body wash that they sell there to preserve my tan, as they recommended. Overall.... this was not a good experience for me and my automatic spray tan from a machine was better than the hand spray I received from this place. read more

I am super fair skinned and with dry skin, too. It's so hard for me to get an even spray tan, but Alicia does it perfectly every single time! Other salons charge extra for a pre-tan prep spray, which is to even out your pH levels and ensure an even tan. At Spray Studio, it's always included at no extra charge. And Alicia uses a post-spray product to wipe my wrists, elbows, knees, palms, etc. Other places give you instructions and expect you to do it yourself. I started going to Spray Studio at the old location several years ago and have been to the new location twice - it's fantastic. The space is bright, clean and welcoming. Tan is always perfect, and looks really great. (I'm SUPER pale, and I always get the darkest level of color - always looks natural and never orange.) Follow Alicia's instructions for extending your tan, and it will last. I also bought Spray Studio body products after my last tan, and am obsessed with the body oil. (I have really dry skin but was worried oil would be greasy - it is not. I will be using the oil all winter, for sure). There is no better place in Atlanta for a spray tan. Period. read more

I love Spray Studio, and Ashley is fantastic! I ask for her at every appointment - and really enjoy our time together. She does a beautiful job - my tan always looks natural and the color is perfect. This place is AWESOME!!! My sister has very, very fair skin but is wearing a light pink dress to prom, so we wanted to get her a healthy, natural looking glow to contrast with the dress. I knew better than to take her to a tanning salon where she would just have to step into a booth. I Yelp-ed "spray tan" and this is what came up. We got to the salon and walked in to a cute, colorful, clean little entry way. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, and then we walked back to the tanning-room where I became even more impressed!! Awesome set up, clean, cute, professional!! We explained what color we wanted Sydney to have and that we wanted it to look natural. I let Alicia choose the shade she thought was right based on her experience, and it was awesome!! She was super nice and professional and I really couldn't be happier with the experience that we had. Best spray tan ever! And it smells good! I am already very tan naturally so I was not sure how I would look with a tan on top of my tan. Alicia did a great job of making sure my hands and feet were not streaky or a different color. My skin looked flawless and I looked skinnier!
