Best spray tan in Atlanta. These ladies know their stuff! I had Ashley and she took great care and made sure I had a very natural looking glow, nothing too dark. She made sure to blend in the rough areas like the knuckles and elbows so there were no dark patches. Everyone was super nice and they were very informative on how to prolong my tan. I just got home from a full-body appointment with Ashley and boyyy, am I feeling myself. First time spray tanner here. I'm hoping it still looks this good tomorrow after i wash it off & let it develop!! Then again if it does, I'm screwed because I'll have to add this place to my growing list of highly addictive beauty appointments since I've moved to this city from a New England suburb. Damn you, Atlanta. :-) Ashley did what any good beauty expert should do (although I never think of this till after the fact)--push back a little when you start taking out your neck about what you do & do not want in a procedure you've never even had done before. I was pretty much dead set against doing my face, and she was like can I ask why? Then politely and expertly shot down each of my reasons and reminded me that I would have to wear bronzer to match my body which, I hate wearing makeup at all, especially bronzer so that was really good to know ahead of time. She suggested we do the " Quick tan solution" spray tan which apparently is exactly the same but you are supposed to wash it off in just 2-5 hours depending on desired shade. (However no tight clothing for 24 hours after while it continues to develop). Since I have very sensitive skin and also was planning on going out that night (I'll be wearing loose clothing now) that was the perfect choice for me so I took her suggestion and also let her do my face. She agreed to just to do a light misting on my face which was absolutely perfect. I am so glad I let her convince me to do my face and that she was thoughtful enough to talk through my concerns with me, instead of just doing what I asked for and calling it a day. I look amazing all over and my face looks bomb!! They even sell products in their store that are specifically formulated to not ruin your tan, which of course is important if you're scheduling time and spending money, often before a trip/event. So I bought their body wash and body oil for tan after care. Now...lots of places sell their own products to try to make extra money from you on your way out the door.... similar to a gift shop in a museum. But when I got in the car and started reading the ingredients I was beyond impressed. Honestly I am hard-pressed to find ingredients like this in body wash anywhere else. I'll upload a pic! Tips for other newbies: do not play around with before and after care, you'll waste your time & money! Get their products, exfoliate first then shave (i'm pretty sure their website says to first shave then exfoliate, but I've read many times that you should do it the opposite order),do not put lotion on, wear extra loose clothing, and bring a towel for your car! By the way, I didn't have any body scrub that did not contain oil to use before my appointment so I used some plain white granulated sugar in a bowl with water and used that for a body scrub. Also when you shave-- no shaving gel! Use hair conditioner instead. Also DO NOT get your tan wet til shower time! (i attempted to do the dishes thinking it wasn't a big deal since I was being super careful, but a little splash got on my arms and I had some white spots lol...also be careful while peeing haha) all in all considering I had to stand completely naked and legs spread in front of a total stranger it was a great experience! read more

I found this gem by searching on Yelp and I'm super grateful for everyone's reviews! I was born and raised in Florida so tanning is what us Floridians do. I'm a spray tan connoisseur so I'm very privy to the prep process and post tan care. Spray Studio knows exactly what they are doing! In my many years of spray tanning, this was by far the nicest tanning facility I have been in. It's not just a spray tan, it's an experience here! They provide everything needed to prep for your tan- from disposable flip flops, underwear, hair net, hair ties, etc. They have a sink to wash your face (in each private tanning room) to remove any oils along with a prep wash to remove your deodorant (in case you've come from work or you've accidentally applied it as leaving it on will turn your armpits green). You undress to your level of comfort. My spray artist was Ashley whom I requested based on previous reviews. Ashley is amazing! She gave me exactly what I asked for and listened to my concerns. It was a great 20 minutes of girl time- to include lots of laughs! She applied barrier cream to my hands, elbows and feet- this is a must when spray tanning! Once my spray was complete, she wiped off areas that are known to collect excess spray (hands, feet and nails). I was left to dry in my private room and came out at my leisure. Before leaving, I also purchased their body wash and body butter to preserve my tan. I was not pressured into purchasing either, which was nice. The customer service here, from the time I walked in, sprayed and then left was impeccable. Today is the next day after my spray (I did the overnight tan which Ashley suggested based on my request) and I look perfectly beach bronzed (no orange girl over here!!!)! And the products I purchased, AMAZING! Thank you Ashley and Spray Studio for such a great experience- I will definitely be back in the future! read more

I didn't believe in spray tans until I tried this place. Every other place I've been to, the color has either been too light or there's a hint of orange. That was my fear when I booked my appointment but the color came out perfect! Sure, most places have a towels, but here there is makeup remover if you come straight from work and forget to bring your own, hairnets, thongs, and sandals. I am so happy that I found the Spray Studio! I am a pale girl who is afraid of UVA and UVB rays but I love the way I look and feel with a tan. I have tried every spray tan business in the Atlanta area, and Spray Studio is by far the best. Alicia is very thorough in discussing your skin type and color preference, and she mixes an organic solution specifically for your needs. I have sensitive skin and have had issues with itchy rashes following every other sunless tanner that I have tried. Spray Studio is the first solution that I have had no reaction to. I can tell from speaking with Alicia about the process she went through to create her formulations that she really cares about her products and wants the best result for her clients. The Studio space itself is so cute. You feel relaxed and comfortable the moment you walk in. The ladies at the front desk are super nice and very helpful as well. I ended up purchasing a paraben- and sulfate-free body wash that smells like heaven and has really helped retain my tan. I also purchased a product called Temp Tint, and I don't think I will be able to live without it!
