Crystal is the nice woman I made my appointment with, and I'm glad I did. She is so professional and nice, and pretty understanding when I was running a few mins late. She took her time to really make sure I was covered evenly. Since it was my first time, she could tell I was nervous, but she helped me feel comfortable pretty quickly. She made sure to talk with me as she sprayed me to make sure I was comfortable and also to just let me know what she was doing and why she was doing it that way. But the end of it, she let me know everything I need to know for after care, and I was so comfortable that I made another appointment. I'm excited to not have a farmers tan anymore. You're greeted with your choice of beverage. I did the $85 custom spray tan and wow!!! They give you your own locker room. There is a locker whether you put your belongings and take the key with you. There is also a heated robe and sandals there waiting for you to put on before you go get your tan. The studio also provides hair ties and disposable underwear if you choose. You then go to the waiting room where your spa attend comes to grab you. The facial cleanse and the hand and foot massage with the barrier cream are top notch. I've never had that done at any other tanning place ever. I loved the facial cleanse. I will be booking more tans for sure! I also want to try the full facial appointments too.

I got my fist tan at a discount so I splurged for the top package. I didn't really know what add ons to include and just let Haley work her magic. Currently 10 days out and still looking good with use of some of the products I took home.
