When people have pets and are selling they're home, when it's time for the home inspection part of the escrow process, it's expected that if the home owner is still living in the home, that the home inspector would be a little more willing to work with that owner in order to get the job completed as easy as possible. This guy would only do it his way.. Oh, Of course, when the people that were paying him showed up and explained to him how unhappy the homeowner was, only then was he more willing to work with the homeowner. Not a good company

Second, my wife asked him nicely if he would wear gloves while inspecting the inside of our house which is not unreasonable at all. He refused. He was here approx 20 minutes after after he started having an attitude about the gloves issue. Then he decided to walk off the job and said he would refund our money. His refund was $75.00 short. So basically he refused to wear gloves, had an attitude, walked off the job and made $75.00. Bill is a nice guy at first but don't cross him. Thankfully we found another qualified inspector that actually serves on the board of inspectors and gave us some terrific information and charged us less. He came with a regulation mask and gloves and did a thorough job on fully inspecting our home. It was truly a blessing in disguise.
