Following up with my review on 12/16/24, I did try to contact Justin Washburn once for a follow up and then WIN Corporate office multiple times without any response from either one. IF you contact WIN inspection services in Arizona to request an inspection, then request Robert (BOB) Bremner) who is an excellent inspector who goes above and beyond by all accounts. Otherwise, you will be getting totally frustrated with a corporate office that does not give a damn about customer care. WIN Perhaps is the worst franchisors in the USA. read more

Had scheduled win to come out to do an inspection I thought everything went well no problems in report on home well that was about to change within 1 week of closing had wiring trouble in home had to have fire department out because one of the outlet caught fire. Then when I turned on faucet water was spraying everywhere from the wall so between the wiring and plumbing it set me back a few thousands of dollars because of a inspector who doesn't check on my home that I hired him to do next time on a home purchase I highly recommend a home buyer to be there to make sure they do the inspection you pay them to do.
