It saved me a lot of money with my 3 loads of laundry. The washers are $3 for the standard and $6 for the large ones. The man who owns it, Peter is very kind. His cat is around as well. The place wasn't terribly clean or fancy, but it gets the job done! Some interesting characters, but everyone kept to themselves. Also there were free donuts and coffee which was a nice touch.

If it had been possible for me to get there and start our laundry earlier, I would have, but due to my work schedule, that wasn't an option. When I arrived, I started doing all of my laundry, which was a lot because the weather has been crazy, and my work schedule has been hectic. I needed to use five of their largest washers. They all finished around 9:30 to 9:40 PM. I transferred everything into the dryers, started them, and added the extra 12 minutes because I knew they would need additional drying time. At 9:50 PM, the employee working there came over to tell us that the doors lock at 10, but she wasn't saying we had to leave. I didn't understand how they could expect that anyway, considering they had already taken my money for the service, and I intended to use it. At 10:01 PM, the same employee came back and told me, "I'm sorry, sir, but you have to take all of your stuff out." I refused because our dryers weren't finished, and I had nowhere else to take the clothes. We had 11 dryers running, trying to spread everything out so it would dry faster. Then, they started yelling at me, saying we should have come in earlier. I told them we started all the washers before 9 PM and that I had proof from their app. They then threatened to call the cops, and I told them to go ahead because I wasn't about to take my wet clothes out and risk them molding over a 15-minute delay. They stormed off, cursing at me, went into the office, and came back out saying the manager decided we were banned from returning. I responded, "That's fine, I would never want to come back here after this experience anyway." As we were trying to gather our things, the employee received a call and, loud enough for us to hear, said, "There are two f**king people here who won't leave." I told them, "Trust me, I want to get out of here," to which they replied, "Good, and never come back." I said, "You don't have to worry--I'll never be coming back here again." By the time we got everything out of the dryers and stuffed into our bags, it was around 10:25 PM. The manager then called and spoke to the employee, who put the call on speaker. I told the manager we had spent almost $100 there and were actively trying to leave. She replied, "Well, you can't be in there past 10:30 because the alarm will go off and the cops will come." At that point, we were just trying to get everything to our vehicle. As we were leaving, the employee came outside and my wife was attempting to apologize for us being there past time and it being an issue, but the employee was very rude throwing her hand up and screaming obscenities at my wife who was trying to de-escalate and apologize. When we left my wife was shaking and crying and all that over getting our laundry out of dryers. Why would they post a closing time if there's no way to finish laundry within that timeframe? It doesn't make sense. Their solution was to force us to take thousands of dollars' worth of clothing out while it was still wet, risking mold, just because they didn't want to stay a little later. This was, by far, the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Enter this heavenly spot, not far from my campsite. As I stood there like a lost cowboy in a high-altitude laundromat, clutching my sacks of funk and confusion, Ms. Sherrie (rockin' purple hair like a laundry superhero) swooped in. She didn't just help me--she guided me. Like a detergent-scented Moses parting the Red Sea of machines. She gave me top-tier customer service and even dropped some wisdom about surviving at 6,800 ft above sea level. Big thanks to Sherrie for being awesome, helpful, and probably the nicest person to ever tell me I looked altitude-confused.

The floor and machines I don't believe have ever been cleaned since installed. Only gave two stars bc the dryer I used worked. Washing machines are also full of dog hair.
