I had 30 pounds of laundry. I called and explained my situation. "Yes we can do your laundry for you no problem!" Direct quote. I take my laundry and again I am told my laundry would be done in 2-3 hours. I look at my receipt and the employee had put on my receipt that my clothes would be delivered to me. So I went back in to discuss the clothes one more time. I show up 5 hours later. Clothes not ever washed. Their evening employee was gracious in finding my clothes and giving them back to me. The prices are great. However, it is often quite dirty, smelly, a lot of people hanging around asking for money.
