They don't tell you that your rate is "internet special" or "limited promo period" in person. They just double your rate and then throw excuses at you. If you complain then they say they'll negotiate, but only take half of the increase off. And that will only be for one month. They say that since it is a monthly only, they can change it anytime they want. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They will wait until you're settled and then jack up the rates. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU.

I appreciated being able to use their truck at no charge when moving in. The unit was clean and I never saw any bugs or rodents anywhere inside the building or unit. There were always several rolling carts available to use when moving my belongings to and from the unit. Having the motion sensor with text alerts gave me peace of mind that my belongings were safe. Gaping hole in the chain link fence at the rear of the facility large enough for people to crawl through. 2. NO lighting at night at any of the public or indoor storage areas. The light fixtures are there but why are the lights not on? None of them seem to be activated by motion. 3. Mentally/emotionally challenged man wanders around the entrance to the facility and sits or lays himself on the property of Storage Sense, right in front of the office. The manager doesn't seem to care. 4. The security gates are repeatedly left open during the day and are not closed. So basically anyone can drive through the facility. I told the manager about this and she said she was unaware of these security issues. 5. Management seems completely oblivious and/or doesn't care about any of these safety and liability issues.
