We're experiencing all kinds of issues and they've been patient and thoughtful in their education and advice on each issue we've had. They're not just out to sell us thousands of dollars of stuff. It can be really daunting to take over a pool from someone else. You can only guess how carefully or neglecting they were, even if you get a top notch pool inspection beforehand. They say I cannot return as return policy is 14 days, and also they say "basically once you put it in the pool you cannot return it". They took it to fix it, twice, and claim the issue is with my system, not the cleaner. they were not cooperating at all to get my issue resolved. I had to go to manufacturer to get support. At some point the manufacturer is telling me that Leslie's told them they sent a technician to my house and he confirmed the issue is in my system - this is a brutal lie ! There was no tech person, and in fact the problem is not with the system. I took my cleaner to a friend's house - the same problem over there ! My recommendation - do yourself a favor - go somewhere else - the least they can do is give proper service after taking so much money for a pool cleaner. Soon the season is over and the cleaner still does not work !!

What made the experience frustrating was that the website promotes financing, but the final offer did not match what was originally presented. It also felt like pricing was being adjusted above manufacturer retail while still being marketed as a "sale." As a customer, transparency and consistency matter. If a product is advertised at a certain price with included features, those terms should remain clear regardless of payment method. The experience reminded me of seeing a car at one price and then being quoted something different when you're ready to buy. Disappointing experience overall.

For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!
