The food is very good ! Idk if im saying this out of hunger or is just pretty great lol. I ordered off of Grubhub, amd it came at a decent time. The picture was a little misleading with their size of the soup dumpling. I expected it to be a little more "soupy", however it was still good! The sauce with it is a little salty though. I liked this place but staff is incredibly rude. I order from this place 1-2x a week and they KNOW me and my address. do. They forgot a part of my order so I called them back, the man on the phone had the nerve to tell me they are to busy and he "owes me my rice"...that I just paid for. Through the language barrier, I thought he was sending fried rice w the white rice as a courtesy and not expect me to pay for the entire fried rice too. He proceed to call me a liar on the phone even though it was miscommunication for his delivery guy to come back but you STILL owed me my food I paid for. My family always orders from this place since it's close to our location. The service was terrible since they hired a new delivery driver. Just looking at the pictures of these ribs makes me want them again... So Tender and juicy reminds me of jerky Boneless Ribs you can't just eat one. I would say order the Large because I gave my girlfriend one Piece. Now she wants my food lol yes definitely large. Steam dumplings moist and hot we got the mix veggie was the best. One thing I didn't taste a lot of salt and that's a good thing. Chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce comes separate that's a plus for me I like to add my own amount. I was prepping for a cold night snuggled in bed and thought, "I should order some food." Well, I'm happy Spring Garden came to my fatty cravings rescue. My order was delivered on time and I Loved my General Tso's Chicken and Pork Fried rice order. Unlike other places that serve stale or undercooked General Tso's Chicken, Spring Garden cooked my order to perfection. The chicken did not heavy breading, had ample sauce, and just tasted delicious. The food is good! We decided to give Spring Garden try since I was craving some Singapore Mei fun (rice noodles). We placed our order online. Happily, we got exactly what we asked for, the portions were generous and the food was really very good! Spring Garden could, however, be a bit more environmentally friendly by not using plastics and takeout containers that aren't biodegradable. Can't say I was happy about the burden of having to dispose of the plastic bag, plastic knives and forks, condiments and styrofoam takeout containers that arrived with my order. Keep in mind this review is solely based on delivery as I still have yet to walk into the restaurant. In order to review an informal Chinese restaurant that makes its $ from take out and delivery, you must compare it to other restaurants of its ilk. Because this ain't your fancy, take-your-relative-out-for-a-nice-dining-experience kind of Chinese restaurant. With that said, this place is way better than the 10 other similar restaurants that deliver to my apartment (in the Flatlands district of BK). One of the telling signs they are better is they provide (upon being asked) fresh duck sauce for any item; and I love duck sauce on my egg rolls, spring rolls, fried rice, and lo mein. Every other take out place will only provide you with the terrible tasting cheap packets all restaurants have. I know you're probably thinking I'm crazy for preferring a restaurant simply because they provide fresh duck sauce, but that's just one sign. The other sign is that when I placed an order through Seamless for a future delivery 4 hours ahead of time, I immediately forgot to ask for duck sauce, plates, and utensils (I always indicate in the box on the checkout page that I don't need plates and utensils, but this time I did). Guess what? They remembered everything! What a concept that most other places would've forgotten hours later. The third sign is that every time I order the ASAP delivery option on Seamless or GrubHub they ALWAYS deliver before the minimum expected arrival time! The last sign (and most important) is the food: it's consistent in every dish I've ordered. The egg rolls are not overly greasy or burnt to a crisp. The fried rice (although not my favorite tasting) is never dried out: ditto for the lo mein. The General Tso's chicken is not overly saucy, and it's tangy, which makes it not overly sweet either. Plus, it's actually got the right after spicy kick that most expect from that dish. I also tend to get their broccoli in garlic sauce dishes. The only debit I give this place is that they drown those dishes in garlic sauce, but oh man is that garlic sauce great! So perfectly spiced and the broccoli is much fresher tasting than similar no frills joints. In summation, realistically set your expectations and you'll enjoy the food from this place! read more

I called this restaurant and placed an order over the phone . I wanted to give my credit card information over the phone so I can just run in grab the food and not wait. The disrespectful woman I spoke to said they don't do that. So I asked " what do you mean, why not?" She said bring the card in I have to see it..(I have never heard of this in my life) anyway so I tell her just take the card now and I'll show it to you in person. The order was over a half hour late and I ended up canceling it because I had no idea when it would be delivered. I was still charged as the restaurant didn't honor my cancellation request (even though they said they would cancel my order). So I ended up with no food and out $$$. Stay away!!! read more

I'm so happy this place popped up on seamless. They're my go-to for Chinese now. Everything is always good and never feels too heavy or greasy like most Chinese takeout. I gave their Thai a try. I ordered the Tai chein chicken, delivery. They sent me a totally different dish, ok no problem. Just send me out the correct item. Apparently that was a big problem for them. I called to get the right item sent out. A lady answers. I tell her the issue she says ''too bad, next time.'' and hangs up! I call back and a young man answers. He proceeds to tell me, you do have the correct item. We have been making this for years. We know what we make. The dish was suppose to be chicken with mushrooms, red and green peppers in a brown hot and spicy sauce. What they gave me is fried chunks of chicken with sweet and sour sauce(red sauce) with broccoli, corn, carrots and whatever else kind of vegetable. Now an older man gets on the phone. I repeat the issue again. I tell him what I have in front of me and he says ''oh yes, that's not the right item. I think it's described wrong on the seamless website.'' I've been arguing for 15 minutes already. I say thank you that's all I wanted to hear. He adds ''Oh and we don't have any mushrooms so we use what we have sometimes. We can send you something else.'' After all this I don't want them to send me anything. I won't be ordering from you again because I shouldn't have to argue with two people before someone actually believes that I have the wrong item.
