I've searched for a nail salon that had everything you would want when you walk in, and I have definitely found it with this hidden gem! The good news for now, is that they are still new to the area, so a lot of people have yet to see how great they are. Walk-ins are most definitely welcome, and rarely require a longer wait time longer than 5 minutes. In fact, I've been coming for almost a year, and have yet to wait longer than 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly and fun to talk with. The salon is constantly clean. The environment is quiet and relaxing. Prices are pretty standard compared to all salons around. This was my first time coming here and I told them I wanted the spring combo $58 and also to paint my daughters nails. Once you walk in the place looks great and I see that they have beverages by the way they were never offered to us. Once we check in I was told they were ready for me. (My technician was Kathy)I had to tell her that on one finger the cuticle was hurting on one side if she could cut it. My pedicure was completed which was ok but what I didn't like was the way she painted my nails. I hate having be be that client and keep telling the technician what she has to do. I proceeded to the station to dry my nails and had to remind her my daughter still needed her nails painted and she gave me a look like she didn't want to do it. I told her I added her to my ticket when I walked in that she needed her nails painted as well not like I waited til last minute to add her. She painted her nail and even my daughter hated them she's 7. I told her I'll fix them at home. I guess I had better expectations but I think I'll try it one more time just a different technician. read more

Loved the aesthetic of the place! Diligent staff, had a great time and the staff helping us interacted with all members of our party, very conversational. A plus was how they used a smaller hand dryer during my manicure to make sure I didn't have to sit there for 30 mins or more after they finish waiting for it to dry enough to leave like at other salons! My nails turned out great, would recommend! Even though they were very booked and it took a little longer to get started it was a very smooth experience. I came and got a spring deluxe mani/pedi combo for my fiancé/myself. It was at the price of $55 each person. The nail technician was good until she cut my cuticles to deep and it started to bleed. I was very patient , and understood it does happen. Yet, after 5minutes of her trying to stop the bleeding, my anxiety started to rise. She tells me to wash my hands, and literally the bleeding did not subside. All she did was try to mask the situation. Finally I did not want her to finish, and that I only want to be charged for the pedicure. I went to cash out, and another lady still tried to ring up full price. She said well she still cut your cuticles/filed your nails,so it's a manicure even if you didn't get it polished. Next time I need to make sure all my manicures gets a deep little nick in my cuticles or it's not a manicure according to this lady. After some talking,they finally charged me for the pedicure price. I still left a small tip. I just say to be careful, but I will definitely not be coming back to this establishment. I only write this to share my experience. read more

Simply put: this salon sucks. Plus, the color selection is minimal and just terrible. The only good thing about this salon (why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1) was the no wait. My best friend, sister and I walked in and were all taken care of pretty quickly. Although not sure if I should call it "taken care of". I went to the massage chairs to get a pedi, I couldn't find the remote to turn the massage chair on and the lady doing my pedi never once helped me find it. She cut me while doing my pedicure, which has never happened to me before. How is that even possible? She also cut me while doing my mani (I guess I should have expected that). There was no massage given at any point, doesn't that come with the mani and pedi?! I was not offered a beverage (I just needed some freaking water). This place is steadily going down hill as far as costumer service. I've been going less and less over four years because the quality of the work has gone way down. No one speaks English so you can never truly explain what you want. They are really over priced for the service and quality you get. Today was my last time going. I wish I could post a side by side of what they did, compared to me going home and fixing it the way it should have been done. Try to find another place to go. Update: it's now a few days later and one of my nails has broken off, right where they put the tip on, that I asked to NOT be put on, but they don't stay up to date on new better ways, so they didn't know how to do it any other way. Both times I have been there close to closing time and have seen customers come in ask if they could receive services and both times the staff was extremely friendly and stayed past closing to give full service. I've been coming here for quite some time. Technicians have come and gone. I was very pleased with Sandy though she is no longer there I stayed loyal since this is a very clean salon and I know what to get and everything. They've been very attentive (not all but most) the guy at the front desk is always courteous and offers you something to drink every time without fail. Being in a rush lately I haven't been able to make appointments with my usual lady Tammy, so I wing it with who ever is next in line. However today I was so disappointed and will most definitely take my business elsewhere! I always get the deluxe pedi with shelack on my toes and overlay with shelack for mani, I always end up paying over $100 every visit. ( I say this so you can relate to the following... ) Today, I had my usual done (by a lady I've never had before) I can almost promise that I did not get the herbal scrub... I honestly do not recall it at ALL! the tech swears she did so whatever okay I won't argue that since I can't remember it at all. When I went to pay there's a new lady at the front desk and she accidentally ran my card for over $1,000.00, yes that's right! Over one thousand! Another lady came and "voided" the transaction but then told me to sign the receipt, I refused to sign as I did not see a minus or where it said refund but looked liked she ran the card again... I'm freaking out and immediately called my bank... Sure enough my banker confirmed two transactions for $1030.00 .... over $2000.00 total in a nail salon! Really? As I'm on the phone with the banker my other line is beeping like crazy, my husband for sure thinking I've gone mad spending that much money in a nail salon. My banker stayed on the phone with me to confirm they finally refunded both transactions. The ladies continue telling me they charged only once and that anyone can make a mistake, they try explaining the transactions to me as if I don't know what's going on as I'm telling them " I just got off the phone with my banker! He confirmed 2 transactions!" Anyways.... After all of that they say "okay, it's $103.00 ma'am" seriously? after all that trouble and the 2 pending transactions/holds on my bank account for over $2000... And I don't get a sincere apology as any other recognizable business would? I told the lady that and she said "maybe next time a 15 minute massage"... note the MAYBE! I felt as though they cared less about what happened, all they want is there money and a yes we know you've been coming here for over 5 years so whatever attitude. I'm not one to complain but that was the WORST customer service experience I've ever had... I'd possibly understand that from a brand new place that I've never been to but what's happened to keeping your loyal customers? I also don't blame the new girl for running my card the first time, I can totally see someone making that mistake and adding an extra 0. My complaint is the I don't care just pay me attitude and the other lady not admitting that she did run my card again. There are legitimate business that care about keeping their customers loyalty and will offer a something extra or knock off something as a sincere apology for your troubles. Finally found a nail salon in the Houston area that serves wine Nice, clean salon and friendly staff. They use liners for their pedicures. Reasonable prices. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. 4 stars is because I got a basic manicure and the lady seem to rush it and their lotion has glitter stuff in it they use for the manicure massage. I love it here it's nice and calm and the atmosphere is soothing. It really makes you calmer and feel the stress melt away. The people are friendly and smile all the time. I've been coming here for MONTHS, every couple of weeks. Went to get a pedicure today, Place was nearly empty. Everything was fine at first, my lady insisted on adding a design and for $5 I agreed. As soon as a new customer walked in, my lady decided she needed to rush through my pedicure to get to the other lady. She ended up having to redo a few of my nails because they were sloppy and she wasn't letting each coat dry. The design that was so cute and I absolutely had to get turned into "oh ur nails look fine without the design" aka i don't want to do your design anymore so I can get to the other customer. Bottom Line: TERRIBLE customer service - Do not jeopardize one clients outcome to hurry and help another one. read more

Unless you're prepared to spend an excessive amount of money, please don't use this shop. I was there on 8/30/14. They are extremely expensive! I decided to try Shellac nail polish on my toes and nails and was charged $83, $10 tip included for the services. I was told by the owner's nephew that shellac is $18 for nails and $18 for toes. Adding a mani and pedi was $73. Ridiculous! I won't be returning ever again. I fault myself for not asking the cost of shellac but I guess they figure that you won't be needing services for a few weeks so they will make their money up front. Someone has to pay for the fancy salon and 4 matics parked out front and I guess I contributed to the cause! read more

Love it here! I go to Tammy, and she is so sweet and very precise. She has never made me hurt or bleed, and always double checks her work at the end to make sure everything is even. Everyone here is so nice when you walk in, and they have a great polish selection too. I also like how I don't hear them trying to upsell every tiny thing, they just ask if you want it and if you say no, that's that, no lecture. This was my first time here. I live in tomball and I usually go to my nail tech over there but since it was Sunday at 4:30pm, this was the only nail salon open. So when I walked in everyone was very nice and I guess acted like they knew what I was talking about when I said I wanted to take my full set off and get a new full set because I wanted to change the shape of my nail and also wanted them longer. BUT I didn't want the powder. I wanted the dip nail because it is so much faster and it last longer, plus it was Sunday they were closing soon so I wanted to make things easy and get out of there. So the lady starts taking my nails off and she was very fast and everything was going great until she then just stopped what she was doing and packing all her stuff up and walked away... so I was like okay maybe we're moving to a different station I don't know! The boss lady then came over and was like "okay well she doesn't know how to do dip so we're gonna get you someone who can." And I'm like okay no problem so I just sat back and waited... for 45 minutes.. then a man walked over to me and told me that no one knows how to do what I want and that it is already closing time! So now I'm sitting here with half done nails. Like the previous nails werent even fully taken off yet and they are telling me they can't do anything for me. So he then tells me that they have two locations and for me to go across the street at the other location so they can help me. So I do. By this time it's 6:20. So I get over there and then I have this one lady start doing my nails and then she tells me she's not doing all of it she's just gonna get it started because she doesn't know how to do dip and that the owner is gonna come and finish my nails. And now it's about 7:15. And my nails are done. Not perfect but done. They ya d me 10% off lol. read more

I arrived at this salon 10 minutes before opening time and the doors were open. . In fact there were already 2 that were starting to get their nails done! The workers were all at the desk and ready to take you. I was offered an beverage upon arriving. I mentioned I was leaving town in a couple hours and needed a quick mani/pedi. The lady started on my feet right away as a guy ran, yes, ran around to gather all he needed for the mani. He completed a shellac mani as I was in the chair getting a pedi. He placed a pillow on my lap to hold the LED lamp as he worked. I was out in 40 min. The service here is second to none. Mani/pedi came out great and they don't get offended when you let them know you would like them to pass over a nail again or that they missed an area with polish. I love that! read more

I went to this salon because the reviews were good. I can confidently say that this was the worst salon I have ever been to. I came here with my mother, I got a full set and she got gel. They charged us the same price $30. We made a reservation and we came in and it was packed, so the nail technicians went as fast as they could. My cuticles are still bleeding, she told me to put alcohol on them when I get home... My nails are not even and I have nail glue ALL OVER my fingers, under my nails, and on the nails themselves. I told her I wanted them short. They aren't short. I was in pain the entire time. I guess that should have been a clear sign to leave! Oh and the entire time she was telling me that I needed to wax off my eyebrows because because they don't look good. She also was trying to convince me to do gel on top of my acrylic for $30 more dollars. She didn't take my nice 'no's' so I had to eventually be rude. I won't be going back. And if you do decide to take your chances here are couple hints: don't go when it's busy, and don't get your nails done by the older lady there. read more
