Brooke, Ashley, and Marissa at the front desk are so kind and welcoming. Angel helped me get my prescription fixed because the doctor who did my exam gave me a script for the wrong type of glasses. They followed up multiple times to get it corrected. I came here because they have literally hundreds of frames to choose from and they help you find the ones you want! Not good. I've been wearing glasses or contacts for more than 30 years. I experienced here was less than desirable. The doctor was very cold and almost argued with me about wanting contacts with progressive vision. He was adamant that I wouldn't be able to see right but I've been wearing progressive contacts for 15 years. He was very quick to put drops in my eyes without telling me what they were except to say that he could see my eyes better. Had I known and he was dilating my eyes I would've protested. You can't determine if a prescription possibility works if your eyes are dilated. He handed me to context in the dark exam room, said put them on and I'll be back in five minutes. It was extremely awkward, putting them on without proper lighting and a mirror that was at a decent level. He didn't come back for almost 20 minutes when I finally moseyed into the hallway and asked where he was, he was caught up on his computer on another case. He walked in almost upset that I disrupted him. Told me to go home, wearing them and to give them my glasses so that they could send them out with the new prescription. So I left with contacts in my eyes, I couldn't see, I didn't know if the prescription would work properly and I had to give up my glasses which I did willingly. Needless to say, I came home hunting for my readers after realizing I can't see worth a darn with these contacts in. I called the next morning to tell them the prescription was not appropriate for my vision and then I wanted my glasses back. She informed me that she already sent them out with the new prescription. How do you order a new prescription without knowing if it's the right prescription or not? I need to wait several days for my glasses to come back. I wrote/vented on Facebook on a public group. Before picking up my glasses when they came in a lady from the office called me wanting to talk about my post line by line. I told her that was inappropriate to come at me about a public post. After $500 later I picked up my glasses. And I was right they are not the correct prescription for my vision. Now I'm stuck going to a different eye doctor and paying out-of-pocket for my exam since I used my insurance with Springhill eye. I'll also have to come out of pocket for my glasses and contacts. I forgot to mention that when he sent me home with the context in my eyes, he never sent me home with the contact lens case or contact lens solution or anything. I'm not used to that as every eye doctor I've ever been to sets you up for success by providing those things. If I could save someone from going to this facility, I hope this posted that. They are a family run facility and said they've been in business for a very long time, but I don't see how given the customer service I received. read more

In the past I had received great service. Today I went to pick up new glasses since I had fallen and broken my original pair. Since then I have been lied to by not one, but two sales reps and then the manager called and defended the reps and refused to listen the customer. Again, they used to be the best in town. No longer. They will call you a liar and humiliate you. AFTER THEY HAVE YOU DRIVE NEARLY AN HOUR since they didn't disclose full information UP FRONT truthfully. I do not recommend this establishment. They will lie to you and inconvenience you without blinking. Including the manager. Clarifying: Dr Jung is a very good physician. Buy your glasses somewhere else. read more

This is THE best place for glasses! Its one stop shopping! Dr. Jung is amazing and takes great care of your eyes then across the foyer into the optical shop you are met with every color, shape, size and designer and non designer frame you could ever dream of! The prices are great, the sales are amazing and the giveaways are awesome! The staff on both sides are super kind, friendly and helpful! The whole experience is amazing from start to finish!! I'd been going to Dr. Jung for years. He has treated me for eye infections and several eye exams & glasses for years and I was due for an eye exam & likely new glasses. However, earlier this year I called Dr. Jungs office at 8:10AM, on a Monday, due to an eye infection that had gotten worse over the weekend. I spoke with Ashley. I explained my concerns and how very badly swollen my eyes were. She said she'd check with the doctor to see when she could fit me in that day and call me back. By noon, still no call back! I then called my PC office and spoke with a nurse who recommended her eye doctor. I called and was able to get in at 1PM that day. He immediately treated and prescribed medications. I returned home, now 3PM and still no response from Ashley at Dr. Jungs office or anyone! I called their office and one of the other girls answered. I told her that I'd spoken with Ashley at 8:13AM that morning and she was going to call me back but I still hadn't heard from her regarding my situation. I told her I'll no longer be a patient of Dr. Jung. Seconds after that call ended, my phone rang and it was Ashley who immediately began telling me that doctor said to use hot/cold compresses and eye wipes. So, no appointment time to be seen? No, and repeated the treatment he's suggested. I told her that I'd gone to another eye doctor and was being treated for my swollen eyes and would no longer be a patient of Dr. Jung's. I realize the staff is young and might not retain what they've told patients but there's absolutely no excuse for not returning a call until...7 hours later! That's certainly NOT patient care. However, yes...my eyes improved thanks to my new doctor and his treatment of medications. I'm so pleased to have found a eye doctor that could 'fit a new patient' in that day! An almost literally hidden gem in town, they really don't have any signage outside and are located in an office building. But inside, an excellent selection of designer frames and once they added up their promotional discounts, the price was right. Be warned, the place gets packed and customers tend to take their time so consider making an appt. or be sure to sign the waiting list when you arrive so you don't get bypassed. My only negatives were a service rep getting a little nasty towards the end (probably because we were approaching closing time) and the store hours: closing at 5 pm during the week? Doesn't leave much time for working people. read more

Dr. Jung and his staff are amazing. I arrived for my appointment timely. Filled out my new patient paperwork and was brought to a room for screening. When completed the team member said Dr. Jung will be in a few minutes. It was 15 seconds and he was in the room. I did not even have time to sip my water. He was professional and thorough. One word to describe this location is impotence. I had an eye exam there about 10 days ago. Dr. Ian Jung kept coming and going out of the room to talk to the staff or other patients. The nurse who gathered my information was rude. After 10 days, I when to pick up my progressive glasses to find out the measurements were way off. They have to send back to get it fix...goodness knows how long this would take. To be honest, I'm not sure they got the correct lenses either. I probably have to fight that soon. DO yourself a favour and go somewhere else. I wish I did. read more
