There were two people being waited on in front of us when we walked in. We were greeted and told we could browse the eyeglasses while we were waiting our turn to get fitted for glasses. After a few minutes both of us had decided on the frames we wanted. We were called over to the desk by Jasmine. I went first since my prescription isn't as complicated as my husband's. In about ten minutes Jasmine reviewed my prescription, looked up my insurance benefits and discounts, fitted me for my bifocals and took my payment after my insurance benefits. Then she worked on my husband's trifocals. Again in ten minutes she was finished. Jasmine had great customer service. She was also very knowledgeable about the glasses and our insurance. She told us that we would receive an email when we could come back and pick up our glasses. We both received an email in approximately two weeks that our glasses were ready for pickup. We went back and the final fitting of our glasses took less than five minutes. We are extremely happy with their customer service and their products. We will definitely go back next time we need new glasses!

An eye doctor should ask about a patient's actual medical history instead of making assumptions…read more This doctor saw that I was overweight and saw "diabetes" in my chart, and from that he made huge assumptions without asking a single question about my current health, my diet, or the prevention steps I am actively working on. Instead of gathering information, he launched into a lecture that had nothing to do with my eyes. He told me that diabetes would be affecting my heart and the rest of the blood vessels in my body, and then he started asking about my bones and joints. What do my bones and joints have to do with my eyes or my retina. Absolutely nothing. It was inappropriate, unprofessional, and completely unrelated to the reason I was there. If he had taken a moment to ask, he would have learned that I have lost over 100 pounds, that I work closely with my physician's office, and that I am fully committed to my health, my diet, and long term prevention. None of that mattered to him. He chose to assume, judge, and lecture instead of listening. He is, unfortunately, like many doctors who contribute to the problem instead of being part of a real solution or a reliable source of patient centered care. Patients deserve to be heard, not stereotyped. An eye appointment should be about my eyes, not a conversation filled with unrelated medical warnings and assumptions. I left the appointment with almost no understanding of the actual purpose of this specialist visit. Because of this experience, I will not be doing any further business with this company. ZERO stars
