Dr. Fabiana farinetti is supposed to be my primary care physician. But I will never trust her with me health care ever again. She barely walks into the the room and 2 mins later after asking some ridiculous questions, she cannot wait to leave again. She doesn't seem to care about her patients and any questions they may have. She has done tests on me without any approval and now I'm stuck with a bill of 140$ for something that I didn't know what being done or tested. She doesn't seem to have any character, personality or even ounce of care for someone of her profession. The clinic itself is badly managed. Staff and doctors both are unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and stay away. Still waiting for hear back from the clinic manager for almost a week now but doesn't look like that will happen! read more

Ridiculous customer service. The girl at the front is rude and unprofessional. My husband had an appointment at 7:30am which I thought it was strange because the office hours on their website says they open at 8 am. He signed in at 7:40 am. No one was at the front for almost 15 minutes. Finally someone comes up from the back and my husband explains the confusion and the nurse says its ok. We sat down to wait and then the front lady who does the scheduling said that I could go back there but that I was going to be there all day to be seen by Dr. Vera. She was rude and wanted him to reschedule. I asked to speak to the manager because on their website it says they open at 8am and when we got there their was no one at the front office. I told the lady that my spouse has diabetes and he needs his medication and missed a day of work could he make an exception. The front lady said no, but I can give you my managers phone because she is not here. She added that Dr. Vera honors people that are on time to their appointments, yet when I'm on time, I've had to wait up to 30 minutes to be seen. This location has no respect for customers. Dr. Kids seeing quit no notifications found out only thru trying to schedule appt. Then was informed that they no longer accepted medicaid when asked why i wasnt notified they said some were and some wasn't. Smh! To top it off when did find another pedi. office for kids they informed me of how their policies and procedures would take up to so many business days etc; But they had none for informing customers changes in service. Smh. No wonder Dr. left. Wish i new where she went me and the kids adored her. Shame on u Spring Medical Aldine Westfield location. Stay away! read more

My son cough really bad, so we took him to this place and let him checked by doctor, and a couple weeks later, we got a bill for $208. Are you f**king joking, a doctor visit for 200 dollar! We have already decided never come back because he is not a good doctor anyway, 200 rip off definitely let us remember out decision. I hope I can give 0 star. read more

Horrible customer service. Be prepared to wait on phone forever, for no one to call you back, and to be bilked for every last dollar.

Ridiculous customer service! My husband has been visiting this clinic for a year. The last time he visited for an appointment was a month ago, and nobody told him that supposedly there was an unpaid bill for a pain-relief shot he was given six months before for which apparently the clinic never charged him for (he was never told he needed to pay any amount over the insurance co-pay). Out of a sudden, we receive a letter from a debt collector for a $40 debt with the clinic. He never received a call from the clinic and he was never notified of the $40 debt the couple of times he visited the clinic after the appointment where the shot was administered. The clinic alleges they sent letters, but since we didn't get mail at our home until now we were not on notice. However, nobody can explain why, being a current patient, he was never called nor was notified when he visited the clinic. His credit score has been significantly affected by this debt collection and the best thing Spring Medical Associates can say is "sorry, not sorry." Needless to say, he won't be going back, so they lost a steady patient just for a $40 debt he was never notified of. read more
