They promise valet parking on their website. Been coming for years and that's what they had. Paid for what was advertised and no valet. First we had to park on first floor and fill out paperwork. (Before they just looked at reservation). Then, we had to self park on third floor. Choice to leave luggage unattended on ground floor or bring it through garage from third floor. Missed first shuttle because of all this. The shuttle was almost full - and he put another couple on ahead of us who had arrived after us. (He did not ask flight times). He promised a shuttle would come in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later he returned (only one shuttle). Took 40 minutes to get to airport from the time we arrived. Before it was very quick. I will no longer recommend them or use them after this. Many other customers were unhappy as well. read more

Worst parking experience, ever, by far. At droppoff, nobody around at 10:30am. Called the # on the sign, no answer. 5 mins later an un-uniformed valet showed up and said he would take my car from here. Waited another 10min for the shuttle. Tipped em both anyway. My return flight arrived the following day. Gave the valet ticket # by phone when I landed 1:30pm. Waited 20+min for the shuttle. Arrived at garage, no car waiting. Guy says he'll go look for it. Comes back with someone else's car. Question him again, where's my car (2:15pm now). Oh, going to look for it. I try to join him, in a hurry now, late for meeting. He yells that I cant be in the garage. Wait 10 min. Still no car, no sign of attendant. I wander back into the garage and find my car on the 3rd floor. But no keys, can't access. Now the attendant is running towards me, screaming that I'm not allowed inside. Where's the key dude? Turns out he can't find it and gets highly argumentative. I start video recording him, he blows up. I've been reasonable to this point but am boiling over too. I call 911 to get a civil standby from SJPD. He goes back (for the 5th time) to look for the key. 5 min later has the key (it was on a peg for a different pickup date, but my reservation paperwork and the key tag both had today's date and time correct). I still can't comprehend that he took 90 minutes to find the key whilst I was the only client there. Took the better part of 2 hrs to pickup my car. Completely inept people with extremely poor customer service attitude. SJC Parking should refund my fees and shut this site down. read more

We had a reserved covered parking space. After parking, the shuttle to San Jose International Airport arrived without waiting too long. After getting off the plane and grabbing our luggage, we called and the shuttle arrived less than 10 minutes. It was only a 5-minute drive away. I've been reading the positive and negative reviews and wanted to give my thoughts and own experiences so people can get a full view. Spring Park is the cheapest indoor parking that I've found (with a shuttle) in the area. The parking is located in a multi level garage with space between each car and is well maintained since it looks like it shares space with a couple office buildings. I've booked 3 times so far and each time, the guys who run it are always polite and friendly even when they may be understaffed at times. It's not exactly a top tier job to have or attached to a 5 star hotel folks. But, the people there are always moving and doing their best to accommodate everyone (and trying to be creative while doing so). We all want door to door private service, short waits and the car to be ready right when we land. I think that's why there are higher priced options that's available. As a single traveler, this is perfect. If you're traveling with a family just know that you're probably not the only one who found one of the better deals in San Jose and with that, expect more people and more time needed to get there and back via shuttle and/or creative ways to accommodate everyone. Again, to me this is the best place to get indoor parking with a shuttle at a really good rate with friendly workers who are constantly moving. From a cost perspective, this far exceeds expectations. I've paid a lot more for the same wait times, outdoor parking and drivers who are not friendly and won't help with bags. Give this place a shot. read more

I just discovered Spring Park and I will keep using them forever or until they do me wrong, whichever comes first! It was $37 for four days of indoor parking, and maybe $4 less for outdoor. They're located less than a mile away from the airport, and we only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle each way. If you're flying back into Terminal B, you'll meet them at stop #10, so keep walking past the Uber/Lyft pickups. The gentlemen were courteous and friendly. It was a little tricky finding the correct place to drop off my car. If you're coming from Skyport, turn on what looks like a side street between Ladda Thai and SpringHill Suites, then turn right, and you should see signs for Spring Park valet parking. I made the mistake of turning onto Technology into the parking garage right next to Kaiser, but I called Spring and they guided me to the right place. Super easy and super recommended! read more

Skip to the last two paragraphs if you only want the short story. Spring Airport Parking costs just a smidge more than their competitors, but the experience was so good that I'd gladly pay them the difference and then some. I took a big chance trying them for the first time given that my flight out was super early and the return was very late. That meant I dropped my car off at 4:30am and picked it up at 10pm. The only part about the experience that wasn't great is that it's not the the easiest place to find, especially in the dark and it feels very dodgy to drive up to a mostly anonymous parking lot. The parking service is the lot behind the building at their address and their signage is easy to miss. We drove up to a small chain link fence in the dark, hoping we pulled up to the right place and hoping that whoever was on duty would be expecting us. We pulled up to the gate in the dark, feeling like we may have made a mistake. Someone came out immediately, asked for my reservation number, gave me a claim ticket and radioed the shuttle. I gave him my keys, and the shuttle was there within a few minutes. The return trip was what sold me. I called Spring Park after I got my luggage, they told me to go wait at pick-up point #8, which was the last pick-up point of Terminal A. It's a bit of a walk. The shuttle arrived a few minutes after we got there. Less than 20 minutes after I placed my call, requesting a pick-up I was standing in the front lot of Spring Park with my luggage and they had my car waiting for me. That was the best part. Especially when you just got off of a plane at 9:30pm. You are tired and you want to go home. To see my car waiting for me in the lot as the parking shuttle was pulling into the lot was such a welcome sight. read more

Excellent experience. I am super picky when it comes to airport parking long term stay especially the shuttle part. This place is truly convenient, helpful, great service. It's super close to airport and the shuttle was quick. I parked my car and they basically took over from there. The guy was helpful and reminded me to take a photo of my claim ticket. It was a 3 minute drive to airport. When I returned, I called and they picked up right away, told me where to meet them and car arrived fast. The parking is close to the airport and it's affordable which is why we chose this option. We opted for the roof top, self park option since it's the cheapest. We left our car and we were shuttled to the airport with no problem. However, when we returned, we shuttled back to the parking garage to find that the elevator to the rooftop was broken and we were told to take the stairs. We are seniors and we both have mobility issues. When we told the attendents that we weren't sure if we could do that, he shrugged and said that next time we should choose the valet option. My husband struggled up the stairs to get the car while I waited with the luggage. I asked if they had a back up plan and they said no. There should be a back up plan for cases such as ours. Perhaps they could have offered to drive my husband up to the car or have a golf cart handy for such cases? It was a very frustrating end to our vacation. I understand that elevators break and that it wasn't the fault of the attendants, but their lack of sympathy and the fact that no other options were offered mean that we will never use this parking garage again. read more

I've used this parking garage three times. It's very easy to reserve a parking online. You can't bet the price and so close to the airport (First St/Skyway). I choose the covered area. At entry check-in was pretty quick, just make sure you have all the required information when you enter. It makes the check in so much easier. The attendants are nice but not very talkative. We always use self parking on the third floor (covered area). Usually one person sits with the luggage while the other parks the car. I try to park somewhere close to the elevator on the third floor making it an easy walk to the shuttle area. So far we've had minimal wait before heading to the airport. Once we did have to wait for the shuttle to come back because it was so full. We now factor in extra time for that reason. It takes about 7-15 minutes (depending on the driver) to get there but the van stops at both terminals and unloads people and luggage. Remember you will need your ticket when you come back. It has the phone number to call the shuttle for pick-up. On the way back to the parking you should call ahead right after you have your luggage. There's a short walk to the shuttle/uber/lift area. Otherwise if you don't mind waiting you can call when you get to there. It's a hit or miss with the wait time but so far I only had to wait once for 30 minutes. I'm not the type to leave reviews but do use yelp quite frequently. Many times I've thought about adding my thoughts but don't want to start my review negatively. Unfortunately I cannot let this go. Dropping off the car was fine, i could go on though about the one small shuttle that didn't fit everyone, but that wasn't the worst. I waited over an hour and a half to get my car because they lost my key, and they were not busy. I probably wouldn't have posted if by myself but had my family there and we're just waiting in the cold. It was found obviously, but it was not an experience anyone should endure. Excellent service. I parked for the first time with Spring Park recently and couldn't be happier. It's a family owned business, which is always something I want to patronize. They have repurposed a multi story indoor parking lot, and provide fast pick up and drop off service to SJC. Their rates are very competitive, especially for indoor parking. The only thing to be aware of is that it's a little tricky to find. You drive all the way down the alley (next to the Sonora residence complex) past a closed entrance to a different parking structure, then at the end of the alley, turn left and you will see the entrance to their parking. read more

We have been using SpringPark for some years. This last time we parked there, we noticed that there was a change in their parking service. We used to just leave our car by the garage entrance (even with no valet parking booking), but now they differentiate between self and valet parking. We didn't want to pay the extra so my husband had to park the car himself in the garage. Not a big deal. We used to like their prompt shuttle service and courteous drivers. This is where the biggest change happened. This time around, we waited for almost 20 minutes, and my husband had to make a 2nd call to follow up. When the shuttle van finally came, the driver had the gall to say that he in fact came by 5 minutes ago, and nobody was there. Well - We were definitely by the curb the entire time we were waiting. We watched all the hotel and parking shuttles that swung by, loaded passengers and drove off. We were very eager to go home and would definitely have not missed the van. Why would we lie? Seriously? A large line for Spring Park had formed, so when the driver arrived he asked to take one member of each party so they could retrieve their cars. I tried them for the first time over the Memorial Day weekend and had a mixed experience. The dropoff was good. The place is a bit hard to find; the dropoff location is actually behind the parking structure that their address leads to. There wasn't anyone there to greet me, but a valet saw me, came out, and quickly checked me in. In general the valet seemed to be proactive in moving things along and was pre-placing cars when not checking people in. The shuttle to the airport however was terrible. Supposedly the shuttle comes around every 15 minutes, but I waited for 20 minutes and nothing. I talked to another guy who says he's been there for 30 minutes. At this point I call the number to ask where the shuttle is, and the shuttle driver answers and just starts repeating that the shuttle is every 15 minutes. I try to explain that we've already been waiting 30 minutes, and at this point he starts getting argumentative and accuses me of lying and starts threatening me. When he finally arrives, he takes his sweet time trying to collect tips from the arriving passengers instead of getting people to where they need to be. Very nearly missed my flight because of this joker. On getting back, the pickup from SJC was relatively smooth. I call the number and ask for a pickup. The driver unfortunately just departed, and he apologizes and says he'll come back around in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I'm on the shuttle and headed back towards the garage. Upon arriving at the garage, my car is there waiting for me along with a valet. I have to admit that's quite a nice feeling seeing your car right there. I hand over my ticket, the valet returns my key, and I'm on my way. Of the four interactions, three went well. But the one that didn't go well was enough to sour the whole experience and turn me off to using this service again. They have an interesting business model; they seem to be renting parking space and have almost no real infrastructure which certainly cuts down on cost. But this means that every single employee has to play customer service, and it seems like a few of them aren't up to the task. read more

These guys are reliable and affordable, we've used them 2-3 times with no issues, however the last time we used their service we picked up our car and someone had left a note on our windshield saying "you can't park here" which makes me think they left our car somewhere where it wasn't supposed to be...meaning not in their lot behind their gate. That was sketchy enough for us to reconsider using them. I've also seen reviews online about people having their cars dinged and them not taking responsibility. Driver beware. read more

Friendly staff and on the return back , instructions are easy to understand. After you call them it's only a 10-15 minute for them picking you up . I had my car at Spring Park from June 7-11, 2023. Unfortunately this park requires that you leave your key. I could see that the cars were packed tightly into the lot which leads me to assume that cars have to be moved to get other cars out from behind. When driving home, the plastic shield around door frame on drivers side vibrated loose, It would not stay when pushed back. My mechanic informed me that there are special clips that hold this part and when a car is pushed using the door frame, the clips can fall down into the frame. I called the number for Spring Park to report the damage and they said they would notify their corporate office. A week later, I texted pictures and was again told they would notify their corporate office. One month later no response. (I do not believe they have a corporate office as this appears to be a family run business). I gave them a 3 rating because they were very fast picking me up at airport but am very disappointed not to hear from their "corporate office" after registering a complaint. In the future, I will not be using any park businesses that require that I leave my key. read more

Spring park was extremely easy and convenient. I arrived on Saturday early morning and returned Monday afternoon on a holiday weekend. When I parked outside of the garage, an attendant immediately took my keys in exchange for a claim ticket. The shuttle was already there with a bunch of people on it (I don't know how long they were on before I arrived) and we left right after I boarded. The ride is super short and the small van is comfortable. When I returned from my trip, I called the number on the ticket and they asked for my ticket number and name (I assume so they have the car ready). The van was at stop #10 in about 5 minutes. The attendant immediately greeted us as our cars were returned to the parking spots outside of the garage. It was quick and easy! read more
