They were very polite and efficient. They were clear on where to get the shuttle & they were quick to pick us up

I had a good rapport with the staff here. I know that they are only partially to blame for mistakes in the charges and Way.com is responsible for the rest. I parked my car there for 4 days and it was safe and fine, but later I had a charge for another date on my card. The amount on that charge was made before I went to the parking lot at all! In other words, the only correct record was for the one on the second date after I returned to pick up my car. The other charge was made before I even got to the lot. Way.com said they cannot give me a credit or refund for charging a second time on the credit card. And Spring Park only uses paper receipts for their records. So the whole booking and parking combination is not competent with keeping computer records for their customers. I was overcharged and this was not expected. Otherwise, the parking lot was fine but the money paid for it was way overpriced for 4 days. read more

These guys are professional grade. Always polite, courteous and hospitable. They answer when you call and are there to pick you up promptly. It's also super close to the airport and convenient to get on and off major freeways in San Jose. read more

So affordable for the best parking experience. Both arriving at Spring Park and arriving back at the SJC airport I waited less than two minutes to get in the shuttle. The location is super close to the SJC airport. However, my sister and I had an issue with the male attendant. We had a hard time finding the location initially so we called and the man that answered was less than helpful. He wasted more than 14 minutes of our time and still could not give us proper directions. When we finally got to the entrance, I told the guy that he simply could of told us that they were located behind the SpringHill Hotel (follow the signs to park), that's it but no he had to make the entire experience difficult. He had a very condescending attitude towards us. Then, when we drove up to the gate he wanted to know what the dates were that we were to be parked. I referred him to the paperwork because it answered all of his questions. Then, he proceed to keep us longer by asking more questions, again, I referred him to our paperwork. Then, he stated that if we come in later than the day/time on our paperwork that we will need to pay more money. I told him that was understood and asked him where we should park. I dont know what this guys problem was but he continued to repeat the same information. I told him again that we understood and that we needed to park. Otherwise, we were going to miss our flights. This all happened between 415am-455am on Oct 15th. I told him multiple times that he will cause us to miss our flights because he continued to ask duffus questions. I hope his manager reads this and cuts him loose. He must of been on drugs because nothing he was saying was making any sense. Clearly that man is not competent enough to work at airport Park-n-Ride. read more

Was our second time booking. We had no issues with the first one, but the second one, we were waiting for 20 minutes at the airport to be picked up when the shuttle came and split my family up. I wouldn't even mind if we were the last ones there but we were there before anybody else. What made it even worse is the driver picked up people who weren't even Spring Park customers. So he literally split us up for no reason. It was a rainy evening and my mom and husband had to wait another 20 minutes. Terrible. read more

This service is great. It's half the price of the airport, your car is parked inside, and they shuttle you to and from SJC. Shuttles were prompt in both directions. I will definitely use them again. read more

This was such a great & easy experience! I was a little nervous based on some of the reviews, but they were super friendly & the process felt seamless. When I arrived, I was greeted by very nice & friendly guy, he instructed me to park my car, fill out some info. on my claim ticket, he took my keys & told me the shuttle should be arriving shortly to take me to the airport. All in all, the process took around 15 - 20 minutes & I was on the shuttle. Upon arrival, I called the number they give you on your claim ticket as soon as I got off of the plane, they told me where to go to meet the shuttle (it's a bit of a schlep, but I didn't mind) & when I got there I was greeted by the nicest man, super friendly & personable. He took a picture of my claim ticket to send to the person back at the parking garage so that my car would be ready by the time we got back there. We waited for about 5 minutes for another family & when we arrived back at the parking garage my car was ready & waiting. Excellent service & I highly recommend them! read more

Wasn't sure about this place after reading the reviews but we took a chance. Left our car for a week while out of town. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and within 5 minutes were in a van on our way to the airport. Upon arriving we called after getting our luggage and by the time we got to where we needed to be there was only a 2-3 minute wait for the van. My car was not damaged nor had it been driven not even a tenth of a mile. We will definitely us this place again. read more

We were very happy with Spring Park's service, kept our car very safely while we travelled!

Left the car here for a week. Used the inside parking. The drop off was fine, however pick up was chaos. When I called for pick up information, first I got only voice mail. I called again and I got the driver who was talking to several of us at the same time: passengers he was picking up at the moment, me, and probably the office. He said he'd call me back. I waited, no call back. So I called again. It was very difficult to converse when he had so much going on. When I asked a question, he answered someone else and I thought he was talking to me. Several times! Finally found out where to meet him. When we got there, he was actually at the meeting place with a packed van and people waiting. Clearly understaffed with too small of van, he had to make three trips to accommodate everyone. Once we got to the lot, our vehicle was waiting and it was quick to be on our way. However, not sure we'll use them again since pick up was so unorganized. read more
