I just received my parts back, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! I've been building Harleys for over 45 years, and using powder coatings since their inception back in the '80s. The quality of the work was outstanding. All the right places were masked, blocked, or taped off correctly, very important part of the process. The finished product was as expected, but I knew that going in. Mark and especially his son, Brian, understand quality and customer service. I don't skimp on my builds, and a powder coated frame just makes sense, that's why the factory has been doing it for years. I took a few items to this place to get blasted and powder coated. 1 wheel, a couple of small tanks, and a few loose parts that attached to the tanks. They said that it would be ready in a few days, so I stopped by a week later, and they were using one of my tanks as a door prop. They had not started on it yet and told me it would be ready in a couple of days. I stopped by a month and a half later, and they still had not done anything! I grabbed my items, which where scattered around the area. Fortunately I found all the loose pieces. I do not recommend this place. They are unreliable, they never communicated with me, lied about what time they would have things done, misused items I left them. I hope to find a reliable powder coating place around the area. read more

Always great service and quality of work. Have had MANY car pieces worked on here. Parts have always held up under heat, weather, and normal vehicle wear and tear. Their color matching is always spot on, and parts are always ready when promised. Couldn't recommend them more! read more

For a a business that prides itself in doing quality work, I would have to certainly disagree. First they don't return phone calls after inquiring about parts I had dropped off. Second to go and pick up parts and some of them weren't done because they couldn't match the color (Cadillac Blue) I was able to go home and order the precise color from Eastwood. So I order my color took it back to them with my parts to be told it wasn't enough. Again I went home and ordered another pound of Cadillac blue powder and delivered it again. Third I had another part completely different color and they shot it with a color from another manufacturer. My loss to have it redone by someone else but again the color I requested could be ordered through Eastwood. When the owner tells you one of his employees doesn't even know what a screwdriver is but wants to drug test you prior to employment that should say something. Oh and did I mention that I didn't get one of my parts back (my loss) or that the parts I did drop off I got the hardware back in bare sandblasted metal. The business is good about raving about the jobs they have done for big business or high paying customers but what they don't tell you is the shit work they do far from quality for the average paying person who works hard for their money as well. Next time I'll find a more respected business that does quality work instead of driving an hour and a half one way. Don't let me see your business at any swap meets, car shows or etc. I'll happily pull up a chair and drink a beer telling future clients to find a reputable business that prides itself in quality work and customer satisfaction. read more
