When I sold my house on December 9, 2024, I called their main number and left a voicemail letting them know I had moved out of state and needed to cancel services. I assumed if there was an issue, someone would reach out. Instead, they just deleted the message and continued to bill me--with zero contact--until April 14, 2025, when they charged my card $42.26. Only then did I finally get a response, where I was told (with attitude, might I add) that voicemails don't count and I should have emailed them instead. Apparently, they expect you to remember that you signed something over 11 years ago saying cancellations must be in writing. No call back. No courtesy check-in. Nothing. Just silence--until it was time to charge my card. Their lack of communication and refusal to acknowledge a move out of state shows that they care more about collecting money than actually supporting their customers. If you're thinking about using this company, make sure you read the fine print--and whatever you do, don't move without emailing them first. Because if you don't, they'll still charge you for services you're no longer receiving. Absolutely disappointed after over a decade of loyalty.
