Hello, Recently I was searching for a inspection company. Tony came out and performed a very comprehensive inspection. I wanted to call him Circus Boy because he was able to perform maneuvers getting up in the small attic opening. Anyway Tony is a great guy. He encouraged me to follow him around. I liked the drone he used to inspect the roof. The agent I was working with wanted me to use his person. I went Rogue and searched many companies. Then Win Home Inspections jumped out at me. It is a women owned business. I loved that. Anyone looking for a fair & honest home inspection company. Please consider them. I have never personally met Stacey (Stacy) but she is a gem. So personable, smart, eager to help & quoted a very fair price. She really impressed me! Mahlie the owner was nice enough to come over & pickup the check. I had forgotten to give Tony the check. We knew the minute Tony E walked into our house that we loved him as he smelled gas immediately. It turned out there was a small gas leak from our gas stove. He turned off the gas to the stove so the seller can have it repaired. We were very pleased with Tony as he was both professional and personable. The inspection was very thorough with pictures of any issues he found. He completely explained each issue and took the time to tell us how to repair them but was also reassured us that they were minor and our home was well built and in very good condition. He also took the time to answer any and all questions we had. The inspection report he sent to us later that same day was very thorough with explanations and pictures showing each issue found. Amazing experience with this company! WIN did a tremendous job on our inspection. They were extremely thorough and found many issues that needed to be fixed before we closed. Unfortunately, the sellers did not want to fix any of these major issues and we did not close the sale. However, WIN did such a good job during the inspection that they prevented us from buying a "money pit" and probably ended up saving us a lot of money in the long run.
