The associates are rude and will treat guests as if they are a bother to them or not worthy to be in their establishment. Management, ha or lack there of, wishes to not be bothered by guests with complaints. Seems to not care about bad experiences of stays, and writes petty little emails saying "sorry for your stay. We'll do better next time. " Is that how you want us the customer to feel, like we are nothing and full of lies? All they care about is their money and not on customer feedback. In all honesty I don't know how they are still operating. Stained sheets, lack of towels in the rooms, roaches in the rooms, dirty rooms that looked like housekeeping didn't care, and children cleaning the rooms as well?! The manager doesn't need to be there and obviously the owner doesn't care that customers are complaining about Management and staff. I personally will never stay at this establishment.

GIVEN A ROOM THAT WAS ILLEGAL TO OCCUPY, the phone was ripped out of wall, the smoke detector was…read moreripped off the wall and exposed wires!! the beds were just disgusting AND they were "made up" there was DIRT on both beds, semen on BOTH Beds, cigerette burns on both beds. mind you snoopdog the "housekeeper" JUST LEFT the room. there was a NASTY towel on the edge of tub and another IN the tub. granddaughter leaned up agenst the wall and got "poop stains" on her shirt. bugs in the bathroom as well. when i approached mgmt they REFUSED to refund us. only offered "clean sheets" which we took atfirst, untill we saw the same issue and bed bug. returned to mgmt to get full refund. they again refused, so i called Lindale Fire marshall's office, they began to beg me NOT TO and i did it infront of them. i then showed them the pictures and quickly got my money back. others in the wedding party also had issues and all 4 rooms vacated property with refunds. also due to the shouting and yelling there were 3 others coming to check in that also left!! I've stayed at some "shady" places before, but atleast they were clean and legal to occupy!! FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, GO ELSEWHERE!! THIS IS A DEATH TRAP!! NEGITIVE STARS

I'll put all the nastiness in bullet form so maybe whoever owns this dump will take my list and maybe fix at least this room. Pulled back the covers to find an impression of whoever slept here before us and also left some nice hairs and brown stains. (The sheets didn't get changed). -night stand broken -shower backed up (had to take a shower in it anyway) it's 11pm and a states worth of driving behind us. Once shower drained the amount of hair that was not my wife or baby girls hair, was disgusting. -two small towels for the three -burn holes on both outer blanket and inner blanket. -door jam on bathroom door was broken and door knob didn't work.
