I arrived around 9pm on a Saturday night for a one night stay. I had a spacious 1 bedroom hotel room. The hotel has a bar/eatery along with indoor pool and fitness center. Parking is complementary. Check in was smooth and easy. Breakfast had a large variety and it was delicious. The only issue I had was that my door wouldn't close from the outside due to something being wrong with the lock. Maintenance fixed the issue while we were away, thankfully! I liked that the hotel was on the beach and I had a balcony. I would definitely return! read more

We spent two midweek end of summer days here and found it to be a decent place. I actually give it maybe 4 1/2 stars but because that isn't an option I rounded down. It wasn't that good to round up :). We had a deal that included parking and breakfast. Parking wasn't bad at all and the breakfast was decent. On our second day several items ran out and weren't replenished that quickly. Maybe they got hit hard with guests before we got there, we don't know. It wasn't near the end of the offered time. Actually it was near the middle of the offered time. Who knows. As for staff: No complaints. All were friendly during our interactions. As for the room: it was clean and no stray hairs. If you're like me - you know that is important. I will also say the balcony was clean and free of bird s&*t. I know now you're scratching your head at this but we have stayed in Virginia Beach Ocean Front hotels before and let's face it we ALL love our balcony's. Then found the balcony just trashed by nature. Of course the hotel can't control the gulls - but then can keep them cleaned up - VB Springhill appears to have done that. So I will say that I do recommend this location and if the needs arise I would stay here again. read more

We booked a King Studio a year in advance for the Oceana Air Show. When we checked in, the desk clerk upgraded us to a one bedroom with a large balcony. A great surprise to be able to watch the Blue Angels from chaise lounge chairs watching the beautiful ocean. I could not find the hair dryer in the room. The room had 3 phones but none of them had a dial tone to call the front desk. We called down to the front desk using our cell and asked about a hair dryer. The associate asked for our room number then disconnected the call. No one tried to call us back. On our way to dinner, I stopped at the desk and reported that there was no hair dryer in the room. The associate told me that the hair dryer is in a bag attached to the ironing board. When I got back to the room, I checked and there it was. The color of the bag blended with the ironing board cover. I had hung some jackets up in the closet and never saw the hair dryer. The hotel has been recently renovated. They added a restaurant and bar. The rooms were clean and nice furniture. The king-sized mattress was too soft. The breakfast room was a little congested. read more

I am blown away to see this to only have 3 stars on Yelp. This has been by far the best hotel we have stayed at over the years coming to the beach. I absolutely without a doubt would recommend this hotel. It's a bit more expensive but it weeds out the trash balls. The only draw back was the fridge in our room was very small. Aside from that the staff were great. All were very nice and assisted us when ever we needed something. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. They have an indoor pool that the kids loved. They also have a good size outdoor pool. The outdoor pool has a bar and grill that you can order food and drinks from. Karson was amazing there. Very friendly and personable! The hotel also has a bar and grill that you can order food and drinks (Dunes Bar and Grill). This hotel has a washer and dryer, ice machines, parking, WiFi, etc. Again the best hotel we have stayed at. Also complementary breakfast. No vouchers or anything like that to make things more complicated either. They also have a small gym with a few free weights and treadmills! The hotel is also in a very decent location. The pier isn't too far away. Plenty of other restaurants that you can walk to and gift shops/ souvenir shop right across the street. I would definitely comeback here!!! read more

This place is CLEAN!! In town for work, so only stayed one night, will definitely stay here again. Everything is very clean, the room is lovely, AC works well and is fairly quiet, the 2nd floor balcony is fantastic! Staff is friendly and efficient. One thing to be aware of, if traveling with older folks, bathrooms can be awkward. The toilet is very low and the grab bar too far away for a person of average hight. I know, sounds weird but if you travel with old people you get it! And the closet is huge-room for clothes and a suitcase!! read more

The main reason I am giving a 5 star review is the experience I had at the hotel bar. The bartender, Christopher, was the best bartender I've seen at a Marriott hotel, and I stay in one almost every week. He not only had a pleasant personality and acted like he actually enjoyed his job (really hard to find in virginia), but he really knew what he was doing. He made great recommendations off the menu, but also suggested some great cocktails not featured on the menu. He was super attentive, and my drink never went dry before he would check in. I would hire him in a heartbeat. Marriott is lucky to have him. read more

These folks went above and beyond. I made reservations at a different hotel with a similar name by mistake, so when we got here, of course we had no reservation. The manager got us a great room at a discount. And the other hotel did not charge us for the cancellation after I explained the mix up. This hotel gets a lot of mixed reviews and unfortunately a lot of them are valid. In particular the complaints about the dirty windows - the main reason to stay here is for the nice ocean view, which - unless you are outside on the balcony -is pretty much ruined by the horrible smudges all over the balcony windows - double paned but clearly not properly sealed so all the condensation and dirt caught in between can't be wiped off even if you are willing to clean the windows yourself.  At close to $200 per night in off season it's pretty shocking to have windows in such dire condition. Aside from that the room itself (we have a king suite) although decor feels a bit dated, is quite clean, comfy bed and pillows, good temp control, and spacious enough for two people. The lobby is very spacious with lots of seating. Indoor pool is small but the outdoor one is probably one of the largest along this stretch, although a bit removed so doesn't feel like it's attached to the hotel. Free parking is covered garage right next to the hotel. Breakfast is ok, hot food includes the prefab cheese omelet and quite tasty sausage patties. Location of the hotel is closer to the southern end of the boardwalk, a relatively quieter area on the boardwalk but there are several restaurants with nice outdoor seating within walking distance. read more

Super friendly staff from front desk to breakfast preparers. Room was beautiful and clean. Tons of space. Perfect location for gazing at the ocean. Only 'ding' would be that it's advertised that the Ocean 10 Bar and Grill is open daily from early April until early October, but this was not the case - arrived Tuesday and it didn't open until Friday but drinks were delicious and the staff working the pool and bar was fantastic. Definitely one of the lower tier hotels in the area, masking as a more upscale experience than they offer. I felt eyes on me constantly, like I was always doing something wrong. My friends and I are early/mid 20s college aged students who were just visiting from Maryland for a fun 4 day beach town trip. We felt the staff was condescending at times and less willing to help us than other guests, assuming we were causing trouble. It's sad because you can tell there's varying degrees of dedication and commitment amongst the staff. Some at the desk were really friendly and helpful, while a few others didn't take the job seriously and had negative attitudes and unfriendly demeanors from the jump, which really sours an interaction in the hospitality industry unfortunately. The rooms were decent and everything else was fair. The restaurant was definitely a little overpriced for what is served, and, again it felt like we were being watched like staff was just waiting for us to make a mistake or have poor etiquette. I wouldn't recommend it just because of all this, but it's still not deserving of less than 2 stars. Standard overall but not impressive or very welcoming. read more

On the beach, but that's pretty much the only good thing. The rooms are old and not exciting, from what I have seen. The beds are lumpy, and the pillows are worn out. There is an indoor pool, and an external pool (this one is shared with another hotel from what I understand). The folks at the front desk are very kind. Great stay! Daniel checked me in and, as a courtesy of being a BonVoy platinum member, received a room upgrade to a one bedroom suite. The room was clean and very comfortable with brand new LG HD TV's! Bathroom was clean. The ocean view from the 12th floor? Absolutely amazing. Wifi was free and great. Breakfast included the protein staples I love and expect: scrambled eggs, sausage (pork one day, turkey the next), yogurt, and, total surprise on Sausage Gravy on Wednesday and, on Thursday, corned beef hash! 24 hour coffee bar a huge plus! There was a team working on rooms prepping the joint for the upcoming season. All is good. Will return next trip to the VBO. read more

Pricey for the quality of the rooms. For $309 on a Tuesday night, there is no excuse for the idiots at the front desk, worn carpeting and only a single bar of soap to share between the shower and sink, and a shampoo in the bathroom, no conditioner or lotion. Best thing about this place - on-sight garage parking included w room for only one vehicle per reservation, with in and out privileges. Full breakfast available, indoor pool, and fitness room (that doesn't look like it gets touched). The front desk idiots were under 20 and had no idea what bar was good to check out or dinner was good to celebrate my birthday, since it was my 40th. They didn't offer to find out or make suggestions, just shrugged and gave me an 'I don't know, I'm only 19.' Plus if a guest mentions it's their birthday, don't just ignore it. Say happy birthday! For those prices, I would think they could afford to hire better employees or get them training. The room and hotel was rundown. I asked that we not be near rooms with kids, but they put us in a room with kids on both sides. It's a huge place and surely wasn't full on a Tuesday. How lovely to have a simple request be completely ignored. No, "I'm sorry, we can't accommodate that request", or "let me see what I can do", just ignored. Well this hotel wasn't going to ruin a big birthday for me. It sucked and we won't go back but oh well. We will definitely stay elsewhere next visit. Well, lets see... it's in a nice location in the sense that it is close to the beach and restaurants etc. The gentleman who checked me in was pleasant. However, for $600+ for two nights, I have a couple of complaints. 1. Parking. It's terrible. 2. The hotel smells like smoke. 3. The bed are probably the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on and they do not provide you with a blanket only a sheet. 4. You have to take the elevator down to the lobby then get on another elevator to goto the parking area...it is annoying AF. 5. No one is wearing a mask. Literally no one. read more

Bad first impression. No one explains that if you unload your car from any level of the adjacent garage, you can't take the elevator to your floor. Instead you take it back to lobby level to catch one of the three regular elevators to your floor. I would have unloaded at lobby level if I had known this. But what's more alarming is before getting in elevator a maintenance man asked for a few seconds to clean the elevator. He proceeded to spray the walls and floor with something so strong that a family of four that came along started coughing right away. I felt bad for them as they were headed to the 14th floor. I hold my nose and breathe getting off at second. But my wife could smell it on me so I changed my clothes and took a shower. Isn't this what kills tourists in the Dominion Republic? Update after staying here a weekend next to a family that was traveling with another family that had at least ten kids. All I would add is that the door slamming is a problem. This hotel needs to invest in some slow close door because BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM is unacceptable when you're trying to get a half hour nap in the evening or perhaps looking to sleep beyond 8am on a Sunday morning. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable. I don't know that I would stay here again. Next time, back to the Courtyard North I think. read more

This is my favorite hotel to stay in whenever we stay in Virginia Beach. Which is at least once a year. We usually come off season because that's when they have the wine festival at the Convention Center and off season rates are much cheaper and guess what. That includes free garage parking which normally would not be. I love that as well. I usually get a studio room which includes a separate living room area with a sofa bed. Two televisions, a microwave, frig and cabinet area. My room has been nothing but clean. They have a variety of selections for breakfast including hot items as well and a waffle maker. I also noticed that they added turkey bacon to the breakfast menu. So kudos for that. Now hopefully they will add bacon. . Oh well there's always hope. I won't give up on you. Nevertheless we will be back Springhill Suites. read more

I can't complain, the balcony views was stunning. You can get lots of entertainment just looking at the ocean, people walking, bikes, waves, boats and more. The hotel was busy yet one can avoid the crowds by scheduling your time management. The 5fth floor room we got was clean, well equipt and quiet. Parking was easy plus free. Walking in the streets was convenient and safe. Lots of eateries nearby and festive atmosphere. I recommend this hotel if you love ocean views and great front desk hospitality. read more

Five stars for customer service! We left something important behind and the manager and staff were so helpful. It was found and shipped back to us. I am so happy to get it back! The hotel was really nice, easy parking in garage, lots of hot and cold breakfast items, coffee 24/7, we loved the outdoor pool and food there was good. Had a couple of vegetarian options (veg burger and hummus plate) kids had chicken tenders and loaded fries. Loved the view, perfect for watching sunrise. It was nice having the wet bar area with sink, microwave and fridge. Would definitely stay here again! read more

The beds and pillows were too hard, which made it difficult to sleep. Our room was on the side where the highway is and it was very noisy which was not mentioned when checking in. The toilet paper holder was so far from the toilet you could barely reach it. The pool area has ants and after I went to the room there was an ant running across my chest. The decor is out dated. The restaurant doesn't even open till 4:00 pm so there is not a place to eat lunch in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the breakfast buffet was nice. Those were the 2 best qualities of the hotel, and the only reason I gave them 2 stars. Would not recommend staying there. read more

The only reason why I am writing this review is because I do not want anyone else to go thru what we went through. We live near Wash, DC and drove to Virginia Beach. The weather was not their fault, it was rainy almost the entire drive, it took us 6-1/2 hours to get there. When we walked in the hotel room first thing i said was the carpet smells in here. No big deal, quick fix, spray it with Febreze. Then I go take a shower in the walk-in shower. When finished the entire bathroom is flooded because the drains, I guess, were clogged. Please note here that because of my size, in the past 30 years all of our hotel rooms have wheel accessible walk-in shower. I was so upset because I thought it was my fault for taking an extended shower. You should have seen me afterwards trying to wipe up all that water. I have never in my life encountered such a thing. The couch and chair were SO old, I needed help getting up from both of them. And please don't hit your foot against anything because all the furniture have steel bottoms, you know, like we had in business offices in the 80s. When you go to walk out onto the patio, you have to duck the condensation dripping from the air conditioning. And when the A/C goes into auto, the noise sounds like a truck trying to pick up speed on the highway. I could not sleep at all. The purpose of the trip was to work from a different location. No sleep, no work. The biggest insult of all is I joined Marriott, my husband retired, so that we could start taking short trips. It was delayed by his health and the pandemic so we are now starting to venture out and I chose Virginia Beach because I had never been. Marriott rated its own hotel with 4 stars, other hotel locators rate it with 3 stars. You rate it here with 3 stars, having stayed there I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that this hotel is a 2 star hotel. I have cancelled my account with Marriott and I truly hope I have been helpful because that was too long to drive to be duped. Shame on you Marriott. Shame on you. This is definitely NOT your best quality hotel but if you want a free (meh) breakfast, a place to sleep, beach front and a gym, it has it all. If you want quality, you will not get it. We got a suite; they provide nothing for the small kitchen (sink and small fridge) so make sure to bring your own stuff (paper towels, dish soap, kitchenware, etc). There's an indoor pool. Supposedly an outdoor pool with bar but never ventured to find it. The hotel served it's purpose for the fun times with my friends, but if you're looking for a romantic getaway, find something else. Service was decent. Had to call for sheets for the couch, a few times for extra towels (they provided us with 3 for a room that can easily fit 6). But they always came within a decent amount of time. Parking is $20 per day (we had a free parking pass with our room, but can't say if that's the case for every type of room). Depending if the garage is full, you can park at the hotel garage or a short 5 min walk from the hotel there's an overflow garage. Breakfast was free and the most basic meal you could have. But emphasis on free/included. Overall, it served its purpose, I'd come back for that same purpose. But not much more. read more

Lifetime Gold member review. First time staying home here. We live in the area. Decided to stay overnight for Anniversary date night. Been in many JWs and other top brands around the US and Puerto Rico. This Springhill is in a perfect location. Near very good restaurants and popular bars for a good night out. The access to the beach is feet away across the boardwalk. The beach is well kept up and chair and umbrella renewal are right in from to the hotel. The water can get choppy as the tide goes out, but most enjoy the waves and body surfing. The interior in the lobby and main floor is up to date and well kept. The rooms are clean and all beach facing so there is not a bad room location in the hotel. The interior pool is large enough for a dip, but frankly the beach is the attraction. The staff are all friendly and ready to assist. For the money this is a good buy and a great value for a family. If you are planning to visit Virginia Beach or you live here and want an overnight at the beach, this Springhill is a great place to stay. There are also other great Marriott chooses up the beach (Courtyard, Residence Inn and the Cavalier Signature hotels). Marriott well done. read more

Tough to give this place a 1 star rating. I'm Marriott gold (50+ nights a year) and found this hotel very disappointing. The dirty, drunk/high bum sitting outside the front doors mumbled at me heartily upon arrival, and I said hi to him again later by the free coffee deep inside the lobby (security / door control is an issue here). On check in the polite young man asked if I wanted a high or low floor, I replied high.....oops, they only have a room on the 4th floor. I head to the snack bar area for some bottles of water, where the lady at the front desk watches me intently, as if I'm going to shoplift. Get to the room, clean up, get ready to head to dinner....no safe. Nothing to secure your laptop or other valuables in. Back from dinner, want to shower...no hot water, just luke warm, slow draining tub, leaking faucet, old faulty shower head with little pressure. Go to get in bed. Hard bed, 3 paper thin covers, all so small they cannot be tucked in and my feet poke out the bottom. Clearly a queen sheet and "comforter" (razor thin comforter) set on a king bed. Try to fall asleep - door slam city until midnight. Worst hotel breakfast I've seen in maybe 10 years. Dirty elevators, smokers lurking just outside every exit to the hotel. A truly worthless, exhausting and disgusting experience, except for the no additional charge Wi-Fi. Marriott - your brand is suffering. read more

#1 every single time I tried entering the lobby bathroom from the second I stepped foot in this place, it was closed for cleaning. Annoying. At least the bathroom was clean. #2 housekeepers don't clean until AFTER they clean for the departing guests.....I did not like returning to a dirty room mid-afternoon. Some housekeepers were sub-par.... this one, took the tip I left and didn't clean my room!!!!!!!! However she honored my request for more laundry bags by throwing about 17 of them on my floor and not making my beds!!!! My room had garbage under the bed on day one....wasn't mine.... they barely replace used toiletries.... #3 sometimes the lobby was out of coffee. Sometimes out of cups and lids. #4 I did love the water in the lobby with the sliced oranges... #5 key cards stopped working mid-stay was locked out of my room... #6 the daily breakfast was ok....pretty much stuck to the oatmeal each day....definitely expect lines during the busy season read more

My wife and I stay at 5 or so different hotels a year all over the place and I must give this place praise. We researched a lot of places before settling on springhill for our 3night getaway. We were drawn here primarily by the mod look of the rooms we seen online. We were not disappointed. Very clean and loved the setup of the room all of which have oceanfront balcony. I have stayed at many hotels usually 3-4 star, and have never, EVER experienced as friendly and helpful of a staff as I did here. I wasn't even expecting it, it was just above the normal. I believe there's over 900 rooms at this place, yet the service feels very personal. Even the janitors are friendly and helpful! I don't know who could complain about a full FREE breakfast buffet when very few places have that. No all of the food doesn't taste like IHOP but it is good with a big selection. Outdoor pool area is large and very nice, and with the bar/grill you can lay back in your lounge chair, order some cheese sticks and a banana smoothie without moving a muscle. If this place had a lazy river it would be king of the beach!! I would certainly stay here again read more

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I will in this case just because people should know what they're getting into. This place is kind of a dump. Holes in our sheets. No maid service during the stay. My friend staying in the same hotel lost her A/C (it was 90+ degrees in August), and the staff never even offered to comp her. The staff saw her leaving the hotel and said she needed to check out, when she said she was checking out online, they said she needed to do it at the desk because they needed the key cards back (really?!?). The rooms were decent-sized, but felt cheap and dirty (rust on some of the fixtures, general wear and tear, etc). Look, its basically the quality of a spring break motel, but the whole problem is that they're charging $350 a night and up to stay there. Sure, its on the beach-- but we're talking about Virginia Beach, not the Hamptons. read more

The view of the ocean from our 11th flr rm w balcony was the best part. Closer to the south end of the board walk which is quiet in comparison but still convenient to restaurants/shopping. Coffee on the balcony as the sun comes up while watching the dolphins swim by....sure sign me up! The concierge/staff are friendly, accommodating & quick to serve!! Rooms are modern/clean w bright color schemes & ample space. 2 flat screen TVs- 1 in the bed rm the other in the living area. Kitchenette. Iron, hair dryer, iPod/phone charger/radio. Bed was just OK. Good shower pressure/consistent hot water. Ample linens/toiletries everyday. I felt safe here. The all elevators always ran smoothly/never a wait. Easy parking. Breakfast is a plus: eggs, sausage, hash browns, muffins, bagels, hot oatmeal, variety of yogurt, fruit, waffle station, cereals, coffee/tea/juices. Just some MINOR POINTS during our wks stay: pool area isn't maintained, chairs are uncomfortable, raggedy, broken, trash isn't emptied daily, bathroom was out of toilet paper a few times, lights didn't work either, pool required cleaning, dirty towels laying about. No music! Bring your own. Very unimpressed with the food from the pool cafe. Drinks were OK. WiFi is free but depending on where you are located in the hotel its spotty- interruptions/inconsistent. We went w/o it for a day while they reworked some tech issues.Bed linens really require improving- nothing luxurious about them! The sheets for our king never fit right/didn't stay on! We stayed during spring vaca so not too crazy. The price for this time of year is a solid deal, but I would not pay high season prices for the same room. ROOM TIPS: Stay @least 10th floor or higher-views are great. No music @ the pool so bring your own! read more

Bed bugs!!!!! Stayed here for wrestling tournament. On third night at 2am I found a bed bug crawling on me then caught a live one on the bed. Front desk woman let me go look at other rooms to move to. Very dirty once you really look at them behind beds. Management was very insensitive to how traumatizing this was. They offer for me to use a hot box to kill bugs on my things. It was very dirty and had holes in it. I choose to do 6 loads of laundry in hot water and dryer. Maintenance was helpful with a bug spray. Couldn't move no other places available with tournament going on. I haven't slept good since and now have to worry if I brought something home with us and how costly it will be to get rid of them. Management handled this terrible. A Disgraceful hotel; dirty, seedy rooms, white and black stains all over carpet, glass/slider so fogged up with moisture, couldn't see out of the room. The walls/wallpaper were full of dirt, dead bugs, food, etc. The ceilings had large stains and dead bugs. The sheets had holes in them. The room smelled. The walls were filthy. The curtains were ripped. The air return was coated with dust. And our reward for booking two rooms: We were doubled charged and now are in the dispute process. Stay away; it's a dingy, dated, nasty old hotel in desperate need of repair. It should be closed down. read more

UPDATE 10/04/2016 - I stayed here again and the room was cleaner than last year and after staying at the Fairfield Inn by accident last night, this place is much better. If you have a choice between FF Inn or SH Suites, Choose Springhill, you will be glad you did. I come here once a year for business. I am a Marriott rewards, only silver elite. We are here on government business so the room is reasonable and after the tourist season (October 5-8 2015). First I must confess, I am a premier member with Holiday Inn and always get upgraded and great service, so this is a little bias. Having come here for 3 or 4 years now, you THINK they would upgrade the room to a patio room or give you some recognition, but they don't, not even a morning paper LOL. They do have a pretty good hot breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausage, fruit, cereal and other stuff and the lobby has a great sitting area. The pool is small and indoors and the fitness room is pretty small and not much equipment. What is more disappointing is the room cleaning is really poor and this morning they made my bed and that is all.. wow... I would complain but leaving tomorrow and it is what it is. The desk service is great and they are friendly. The rooms are all suite rooms overlooking the ocean with sitting area, refrigerator, and coffee pot. It is weird they have cabinets above the sink and microwave but no plates or utensils... oh well... I give it a 3 for location and free breakfast. read more

All rooms faces the ocean with a small balcony. I notice some of the lower floors has larger balcony. We checked in via the phone and request room to be ready by 3pm and it was 30 min late. One of the member said he called but no response. He must have called a different person because the second member called and reached me. Consider trying more than once just in case in the future. They were also very accommodating by allowing us to check out late. Room is clean but the cleaner forgot to give towels. We called the front desk and got the towels. Service is outstanding with very friendly staff. The stay includes breakfast buffet and wifi. Large room to accommodate large crowd. One day it was over crowded so I asked the team to open the small room and they did. Lots of staff to keep an eye to make sure food are always adequate. Great job! Hotel is situated right across the beach so you can walk to the beach anytime you want. Family and kids enjoyed the stay. I would stay again. read more

Very good beachfront hotel ... All rooms face the beach; higher floors have better views. The hotel offers free WIFI with option of paying for higher speed, although with free standard option, we were able to watch streaming video and play online game. Free complimentary breakfast - make your own waffles, coffee, juices, milk, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, various breads and limited pastry, limited fruits - staff worked hard to refill the food items and coffee during the busy time. Our room was spacious and clean (1 bedroom suite, with 2 full beds and a sofa bed - 700 sq. ft), with 4 chair dining table, separate desk and a large sofa bed in the living room. It had microwave and mini fridge with disposable utensils but no cooktop range. Minibar space with minibar sink. Useful fan in the bathroom, was also spacious. Our room had minor issues including slowly draining bath tub and fan cover on the ceiling starting to come undone. Friendly, efficient staff and decent parking unless super crowded during peak times. Check-in at 4 pm, check-out at 11 am, requested 12 noon checkout successful. Overall, nice hotel, would stay again. read more
