Stayed here last night and slept soundly ! Beds comfortable and woke up feeling refreshed and regenerated !! It's a nice concept to have the barn doors for the shower and also the toilet which are two different rooms with two different sinks ! Only bad thing is the doors are heavy to move . The breakfast area is located in the lobby area . So because of this the lobby area is very noisy in the morning. This hotel has prepackaged waffles or you can make your own . They have premade croissants with ham and egg sandwiches and also fixings to make your own. They have premade oatmeal and many toppings to add to it. They have milk , chocolate milk, coffee, tea and other drinks also ! Great selection of breakfast here . Staff were pleasant and attentive. This hotel has a pool but we didn't go in it but it looked refreshing . Would we stay here again ? If in area most definitely!!

Passing through on our way back north. Checked-in with a super friendly and delightful woman at the front desk. Excellent customer service. She was able to give me as a Gold member an upgraded room which was very nice. I am glad we checked in earlier because the poor gal was by herself and the place was very busy. We went through the lobby about 5:30pm and there were at least 6 groups in-line - get this lady some help! The room was very pleasant and big with a nice two part bathroom layout. Also it was the first time I had a hotel shower in a mid-range place that had body jets. I have to get me some of those. The one downside in the room was that the fridge had no freezer section. Also the TV system was not working the whole time - which I was warned about at check-in. At check-out they discounted our rate for this inconvenience which was very appropriate and appreciated. I would recommend getting a room on the side of the hotel away from I-75 - it was quite loud. They had a modified breakfast service which worked just fine. Overall a very positive experience.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Springhill Suites, even with the current COVID-19 pandemic. All employees wore face masks, and they were required when navigating throughout the hotel. Our room was very clean upon arrival, and had its own independent Heating and Cooling Unit. The two beds were very comfortable, as well as the pillows. I really recommend this Springhill Suites if you want a safe and comfortable place to spend the night in Macon.

I really liked the modern room style which is why i choose this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice. This hotel is pretty pricey based on other hotels in the area but because of the way it looked and the area I chose this one. I wanted something different, not just another hotel. A lot of miscommunication happened even before I checked in and even during my stay. I called the hotel and asked if I could pay my deposit with cash the representative advised that would be fine. When I got there it was a different story so I had to leave and come back because I had to put the money BACK on my card. Once I finally checked in I was pretty happy until the next morning, I was awaken by room service. They were unaware I was staying two days. They apologized and left. The next morning I was disturbed again before my check out time. Ultimately it was a lot of miscommunication and wasn't as peaceful as I would have liked. I contacted the manager and he was able to "correct" the situation. I appreciate the manager for correcting the situation but if the staff weren't so confused my stay could have been a lot better. It's a really nice hotel, I just wish my experience could have been better. If they weren't so expensive I would be more than happy to give them another opportunity but the price tag & past issues makes me think twice.

From this hotel. By name it is a good place to sleep. At the moment I could see that there were only 3 trolleys to carry the luggage from the trolley to the room. Very good beds to rest. The bathroom and happiness were separate. What I did not like is that to open those doors they are very hard you have to make too much effort. The bathroom sooo small. Two sinks, one large and one small. Very good shower. The breakfast area is good and organized, all with distance.

Parking was easy out front and we paid our $10 to get in. Kids 13+ had to pay as well. We were definitely on the early side as there were few people there (by the time we left a few hours later, it was packed!). We got a nice table with a dedicated fan that had a clear view of the stage. The space is really cool and there are also some stadium style seats with great views of the stage. The bar had everything you could want and including a good beer selection. They also allow you to bring your own food, which is a game changer. There is one food truck onsite that rotates (it was Mexican the night we were there) and a pizza place next door with great pizza. There are some TVs playing sports and a kid's area so bring the kids and dogs. Onvce the band started, it was loud, but we had a great time here catching up with friends.

She went dress shopping with me and helped me pick the most beautiful dress I could ever have hoped for. Koryn recommended hair and makeup artists who totally nailed the look I was going for. Kelly recommended a local place for me to buy shoes that would be dazzling but still easy to wear all night. The decorations were to die for, the venue was perfectly in keeping with the vibe we were going for, the food was absolutely amazing, and the DJ was exactly what we wanted. We had fabulous mixologists who were so sweet and made two beautiful specialty cocktails for us. They arranged for us to stay at a local bed and breakfast, and while we were at the rehearsal dinner they came in and put my dress on display in the room. It was a beautiful, unexpected surprise when I got there to see my dress on the mannequin! It took my breath away! That really was such a special touch; I couldn't stop staring at it. They took an image I liked on Pinterest and had our invitations modeled after it, and then had them addressed and mailed for us. Kelly made my bouquet, which was beautiful, and then had the flowers dried, pressed, and assembled into a shadowbox wall hanging for me. They seriously took care of every little detail and then some; they went above and beyond in every way. We couldn't have been happier with their service. Kelly was available to talk or text whenever I needed her, even if it was just to vent when I was stressed. We had the PERFECT wedding, and I would recommend Kelly to anyone. She takes dreams and turns them into reality.

My husband and I were standing in front of desk one where two women were talking. We stood there for at least five minutes and they did not look up to acknowledge or welcome us. That set the tone for the entire experience. The staff were not trained to be attentive to clients. Usually there was no eye contact and the least possible exchange. Despite the attempts to paint and improve the public areas (the pool was sparkling and lovely), as someone else also remarked, the property is very old and dated. There was no ice machine on the third floor. The TV was vanilla cable, no channel guide let alone access to streaming services. I called the hotel from the road twice, and no one answered. I called the front desk several times and no one answered. We planned to eat dinner at the hotel, but the bar/restaurant did not open the night were were there. In the room, housekeeping had left four packages of de-caff coffee and only one coffee cup. When I went down to the front desk to exchange the de-call packets for regular, the employee said she wasn't sure they had any regular. Luckily, they did. The coffee creamer in the room was powder. Ugh! We discovered a roach in our room. There was a message left on our phone from the previous month. If the ownership wants to improve the experience for guests, they must - Provide training for staff -Assure staff has appropriate resources to meet guest needs - Upgrade TV and internet options. -spray regularly for bugs -Assure back ups for key services like the bar/restaurant.

We wouldn't mind staying here again. My wife booked a one-night stay using a $100 Delta Stays Credit, a benefit of the American Express Delta SkyMiles credit card. She booked eight days in advance. The room cost $160.44 before the $100 discount. Standard check-in and check-out times were 11am and 3pm, respectively. We didn't get to the hotel and check in until 9pm. When checking in, we asked for a late check-out and they gave us 1pm. As we were checking in, my phone automatically connected to the hotel's Wi-Fi, despite my wife and I having never been in this hotel before. I think it was because I recently stayed and connected to the Wi-Fi at another IHG hotel. That was convenient. The hotel opened in 2018. It's located just off I-75 exit 172 (Bass Road). It's tucked away on the backside of a commercial development that includes a couple other hotels (Tru by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton), clinics, a bank, and an Italian restaurant (Natalia's). On a Friday night and Saturday morning, we found the immediate area to be quiet and safe. We stayed in Room 415 on the top floor (four). It was a standard room with a king bed and sliding glass door shower. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The same can be said about the lobby and breakfast area. The entire property was well kept. There was plenty of room for the two of us to spread out and relax. The TV was nice and big, on a swivel/adjustable, with full-screen HD cable channels (e.g., CNN, ESPN). I say the last part because the Holiday Inn that we stayed at in Statesboro about a year ago did *not* have full-screen HD. In general, our experience at this Holiday Inn in Macon North was way better than our experience at the Holiday Inn in Statesboro. The Wi-Fi speed and connectivity was good enough for checking email, using social media, and basic web browsing. "Complimentary" breakfast hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00am-9:30am and Saturday-Sunday, 7:00am-10:00am. I had hot coffee, orange juice sweetened with Stevia, turkey sausage patties, scrambled eggs with black pepper, roasted potatoes with ketchup, biscuits and gravy, and pork links. The quality of the food was commensurate with this hotel's price point -- very cheap and basic, nothing absolutely bad. All tableware was flimsy and disposable. Long gone is the 2006 Holiday Inn & Suites Orange Park (Florida) buffet breakfast that was so tasty and satisfying, I still think about it. I didn't try it because I was full, but there was a fridge with yogurt, eggs, and milk as well as fresh fruit and three kinds of cereal. The pancakes came from a fresh pancake-making machine. There was also a small variety of bread and pastries (baked goods). Two noticeable omissions which I've seen in recent years at hotel breakfasts in this tier were: (1) bacon and (2) a waffle maker. Despite having a late check-out approved the night prior and putting a "do not disturb" sign outside our door, housekeeping still knocked on our door between 11am-12pm. Not a big deal, but we had to let them know that we had a late check-out. All staff interactions were pleasant. Housekeeping, front desk, and breakfast.
