First, make sure you check the hours. We came for breakfast a few weeks ago but the dont open until 11am for lunch. I do like the decorations in this place. A more durable industrial look. Our service was pretty good the waitress was friendly. I think it was the doc holiday burger, it had Huckleberries on it. It was pretty good, and looked great. My spicy chicken sandwich was great. Probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I have had in Montana. I only wish the jalapeños had more of a kick. The sauce they put on there is bland and messy, it gets all over. If I got that again I would get that sauce on the side and get the Korean sweet chili sauce on there. That would be amazing! The fries for just bar fries were great. Maybe I was just happy. Came here for brunch this mornin. Great location and menu options. On weekends they have buy one mimosa get one free, plus they have a great view of the hot springs as you're enjoying your food. Service was fast and very attentive. They had 3 types of mimosas: pineapple, orange, and cranberry juice. I ordered the pineapple one.as far as food goes, I ordered a veggie omelette, which comes with a portion of breakfast potatoes. The food was good, not great. I loved the original artwork by Averi Iris and want to find more of their work and learn about the artist. There were a lot of small children in the inside dining area Saturday at noon. It was loud. The bar staff was kind and tried. Here is where the three stars come in. They were understaffed and the staff that was there was inexperienced. Our two top took 40+ minutes for us to get our food and both our orders were wrong. Beverages were slow. The onion ring appetizers were a 30+ minute wait and very greasy but crisp and the sauces were tasty. My friend ordered gluten free and received standard bread on her order. I asked for lemons for my Caesar salad that did not come. When I asked for a to go box as we were now an hour behind schedule traveling to Glacier the box was too small and there was no lid for the dressing on the salad that I did not have time to eat. I left the dressing behind. We had to get up and go flag the bartender to come and take our order after a very long wait. Service would drop this rating to a 1.5. I'd try it again but be very clear with the wait staff about time constraints. The chairs are horribly uncomfortable and worn with the wood de-laminating and the varnish worn off. Chairs in restaurants are rated by how long you can sit in them before they make you want to get up and leave. These were 3-5 minute chairs. Bring your own cushion if this is at all an issue for you. read more

Slow, but great quality and service. A wonderful atmosphere with a great beer selection and a fun selection of tasty food. On top of a great brew pub a clean extremely relaxing hot springs! The water is a variety of relaxing temperatures from HOT to COLD , and in between. Jessica is a wonderful server. She took care of us. Two ideas??? A bowl of the handmade potato chips when patrons arrive and a classic tabletop Pac-Man machine to keep kids busy (or at least some art supplies). read more

Love this place. Great ambiance inside the resteraunt and love the Hot Springs. Great line up of beer too. The burgers are amazing. The huckleberry one is my favorite. This place is TERRIBLE. The owners or managers clearly have no clue how to run a restaurant. Again with the Breakfast menu until 2 pm. Was so happy when I called they told us they were only doing breakfast until 12 so we made a special trip and NOPE still the ridiculous breakfast menu UNTIL 2. Zero Stars. Not ADA compliant. My service dog and I were denied entry because my service dog did not have her vest on. She is registered. I have doctors notes with me. She has a registered service dog ID card. She has a special ID tag on her collar. She is a legitimate, well-trained service dog. She did not have her vest on because it's 100 degrees outside and I left it at our campsite a ways away..... and a vest is NOT, by law, required for service dogs to be on duty. The waitress just denied me entry even though my entrance fee was already paid for. She kept saying her boss would hound her for this because service dog vests are required (but the ADA law says they are not!!!!!!!). I was frustrated and just walked out. I should've asked to speak to the owner so I could educate her about ADA laws and how a vest is NOT needed to have my service dog with me in any business establishment. But I was too frustrated by the whole ordeal. Horrible place. I should have told them I am a disabled veteran who injured myself while serving this country so that people like them can freely treat the disabled like crap. Don't waste your money on a place that can't obey simple disability laws. Who knows what else they're in violation of! read more

I found a gem of a restaurant in Helena! The Springs Taproom and Grill at Broadwater Hot Springs is WONDERFUL! They offer gluten-free items that taste Great! Chef Chris and the wait staff actually cater to you. Can't recommend it high enough. Try it out! read more
