The restaurant is cash only, not a big deal. We came in with friends, had a couple beers and each couple split a burger. The burger was big and quite good but very messy. The fries and chips needed to be cooked longer, mostly soggy. Overall, it's fine. It took us a while to get our food (an hour) and it didn't seem that busy. Who knows. I can't imagine we'll be back we we aren't from the area and the friends suggested it. Ambiance is very casual and the other thing that got me is that it was the last World Cup game and we asked the non-friendly gal if she could turn it on and she acted like we asked her for a massive favor when they were only showing a random softball game on tv. The waitress ended up doing it but also seemed annoyed. Sorry but I would rather spend my money where people don't seem ticked off constantly.

We also had to dine on their patio with pesky flies everywhere. For this we paid over $200 for a meal we could not enjoy. My over medium eggs were perfectly done, my lemon ricotta pancakes were delicious but the entire experience was ruined when the server brought out the bottle of TABLE SYRUP instead of maple syrup! I realize this is a small business but I haven't eaten Mrs Butterworth syrup since I was like a child. The pasta isn't homemade, and while we've enjoyed the steaks and other dishes we've tried, I think you can find equally good food for less money elsewhere. That said, there's a reason we've been back five times! It's a really pleasant place to have dinner, the location is hard to beat, the drinks and service are great, and we've always had a nice evening.
