I hired Artem to replace my sprinkler manifold after my existing manifold and valves failed due to age. He came out quickly and did a great job at a fair price. He also installed a shut off valve, which my old system did not have. I appreciated how transparent he was on pricing options.

He is very responsive and transparent about pricing, and he was also very generous with his time. The following day, a tall young man named David came out to perform the work. I never write reviews, but David did such a great job that I felt compelled to write one. First, David replaced three very old, outdated valves. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain what he was doing and how the valves and solenoids work together with the controller as a system. As someone who knows very little about sprinkler systems, I really appreciated the clear explanation. Second, he installed four new sprinklers, one of which was a challenge because of the concrete surrounding the PVC piping. In addition, he replaced eight heads, six risers, and capped one sprinkler. He adjusted every single head across four stations and zones, walked me through each zone, made careful micro-adjustments, and explained how everything worked. Lastly, he left my backyard spotless and looking as good as new. I would not hesitate to work with Mark and David at First Class Irrigation again. Speaking of which, I am thinking of having them convert my sprinkler system into a low-maintenance drip irrigation system with a Rachio controller in the near future. Highly recommended!

Yves responded after 7 pm to my initial contact and got in contact with me the following morning as agreed. He gave regular updates about his arrival window and got to work within 10 minutes of arrival after giving me clear info about what needed to be done. He completed the valve-replacement work on a 25-year-old system fairly quickly and showed me how to maintain the valves by cleaning the filter and clearing the lines. Good money for good work. My yard and I thank you!

I can't recommend Eagleview Landscaping enough! Eddie, the owner, came out with his team, diagnosed…read morethe issue, fixed it, and truly went above and beyond. We originally had a serious leak around our water meter, the entire meter box was filled with water. Eddie and his team tracked down the problem, dug out the area around the meter and water line, and repaired the damaged section of line and fittings. I included before-and-after photos because the difference really speaks for itself. One thing I especially appreciated was the communication throughout the entire process. Eddie took videos as the work was being done and kept me updated every step of the way, clearly explaining what they found, what they were doing, and why. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening with the repair. After the repair, we noticed our water pressure was unusually low. I reached back out, and Eddie came right back. He stands behind his work and wasn't going to leave us with another problem. He determined that the pressure issue was related to the water having been shut off during the repair. Even though it turned out to be a separate issue, he didn't just tell us to call a plumber and leave us to figure it out. Instead, Eddie personally contacted a plumber he trusted, Joe Ripley with The Plumbing Pros. Joe came out and fixed the water-pressure issue, and Eddie made sure everything was taken care of from beginning to end. What impressed me even more was that I wasn't charged anything extra for Eddie coming back out after the original job or for coordinating with Joe. That kind of integrity, work ethic, communication, and customer service is hard to find. Eddie genuinely cares about his customers and about leaving the job completely taken care of, not just getting paid and moving on. These are exactly the kinds of local businesses and professionals we need to support and spread the word about. Their work ethic and the quality of their work speak for themselves. Don't hesitate to reach out to Eagleview Landscaping. Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end, and I would use them again without hesitation! Rex Pro Tip: Eddie guarantees his work for 2 years. After seeing firsthand that he actually came back and made sure everything was right, that guarantee means something! 5 ROARS from Focusaurus Rex

I can't say enough good things about Eddie and his crew at Eagleview Landscaping. After years of…read morewater pooling around the foundation of my home, I knew I needed to get proper drainage installed to divert water away from the house. I had already spoken with several landscaping companies, and I was honestly struggling to find someone I felt confident would come up with the right solution. I received some surprisingly high quotes, including from companies that were willing to recommend drainage solutions without even coming out to personally assess the property. That made me very hesitant about moving forward. Then Eddie reached out through Yelp, and even from our initial phone conversation, I had a completely different feeling. He took the time to listen, explain what issues I might be dealing with, and walk me through the different drainage options. At first, I was hesitant about the $300 survey fee for the laser measurement of the property's slope. Looking back, I realize this was one of the best parts of the process. Rather than guessing where the water was going or what needed to be done, Eddie was able to properly assess the slope and use that information to determine the best drainage solution for my property. The $300 survey fee is subtracted from the final cost if you use them, which is nice.  Eddie provided me with a very detailed quote and even sent me a video showing the problem areas in my yard since I wasn't able to meet him in person. I'm someone who likes to understand exactly what I'm paying for, so I had A LOT of questions. Eddie spent a good amount of time on the phone with me explaining everything, and I never once felt rushed or like I was being a nuisance. He made sure I understood what we were doing and why. Once we scheduled the work, Eddie also handled having the property properly marked by PG&E before they began digging. Throughout the project, I received updates and videos showing the progress and any issues they came across. There were a couple of additional problems they discovered along the way, and Eddie was upfront about them and provided quotes before doing any additional work. The drainage project was a big job, but his crew completed it within the original estimated timeframe, which I was very impressed with given the size of the project and the Sacramento heat! They also did a great job cleaning everything up afterward. The grass definitely took a hit from the work and the intense Sacramento summer heat, but Eagleview even replaced the areas of grass that had been dug up with new sod. Most importantly, I now feel confident that I have a proper drainage system in place to divert water away from my home instead of allowing it to pool around the foundation like it had been doing for years. And knowing that the work comes with a warranty gives me even more peace of mind. A huge THANK YOU to Eddie and his entire crew for the hard work, professionalism, communication, and care they put into this project. Finding the right contractor for something this important was stressful, and I'm very grateful that Eddie reached out when he did. If you have drainage or water runoff issues and are trying to figure out what the right solution is, I would absolutely recommend giving Eddie at Eagleview Landscaping a call. I'm very glad I did!

After trying to troubleshoot it myself (and making things considerably more confusing!), Stephen came out for a diagnostic and quickly sorted through years of previous repairs and workarounds. He discovered that one controller output had failed, a previous contractor had combined two zones as a temporary fix, one of the drip valves had failed, and the original valve wiring needed to be remapped correctly. Rather than simply replacing a single part and leaving me with an aging system, he took the time to explain my options without any pressure. I decided to replace the controller, all five valves, solenoids, and wiring so the entire irrigation system would essentially be brand new. The workmanship is outstanding. The wiring is clean and organized, every valve is labeled, the controller is programmed and clearly documented, and everything now works exactly as it should. What impressed me most was Stephen's professionalism, honesty, and communication. He patiently answered all of my questions, explained what he was finding, and made sure I understood why each recommendation was being made. It's obvious he takes pride in doing the job right rather than just getting the job done. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and meticulous, I highly recommend Stephen and Tried and True Irrigation. This was one of the best home service experiences I've had, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
