Let's review: * Immediately refunded my deposit * Continued investigation and found they DID get it ordered * Did not demand a new deposit * Continued tracking the package, even though it seemed to be lost - well beyond the expected Tuesday-Wednesday timeframe. * It arrived while I was at work, really didn't have time to fix it. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched. As I now touch my screen to confirm, Device Surgeon got it done. They fought the mail, they put the customer first, and navigated a tricky situation successfully. Me and my mom went to go see if there was a problem with my phone while there was a nationwide outage today January 14, 2026. The person working there had nothing but attitude. My mother is a very nice dainty af woman and she was very calm and she had some questions because she was confused, there was another Asian lady there as well and she was being very sweet and she had questions because she was confused. They were both met with customer service that felt like we didn't matter and their questions were too stupid to be asked. In today's society with the fkd up administration that we have the last thing that we need is someone in customer service who can't suck it up and do their job and just be kind and answer these old freaking women's questions without making them feel like they shouldn't be asking them in the first place because they should just know these things. I get it, old people are annoying with technology but you don't have to be an ahole about it especially when that's your job. Everyone is going through shit. There was a man who looked like he came from work and skipped his lunch for this problem. It was just awful customer service. The phone number listed on their website does not answer, but takes messages that are never returned. It took a series of 8-10 DAILY emails before I got a response telling me my order had been delivered to the post office for delivery. It had not been. This became clear after another week of emails which finally led to a USPS.com tracking number -- clearing showing that my order was sent only AFTER I had bothered them daily to send it. When my cell phone arrived, the seal on the box had been broken -- it clearly had been opened...... Save yourself a headache and order from someone else, even if it's a few dollars more.
