Let's review: * Immediately refunded my deposit * Continued investigation and found they DID get it ordered * Did not demand a new deposit * Continued tracking the package, even though it seemed to be lost - well beyond the expected Tuesday-Wednesday timeframe. * It arrived while I was at work, really didn't have time to fix it. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched. As I now touch my screen to confirm, Device Surgeon got it done. They fought the mail, they put the customer first, and navigated a tricky situation successfully. I honestly didn't think there was any chance of saving it. Super nice guy great service and they seriously saved me from losing a ton of important stuff. This company's service description is misleading. They advertise a service labeled…read more"uninstall/install TV" for $100, which reasonably implies that they will remove the TV from one location and reinstall it in another. However, when the technician arrived, he only unscrewed four bolts, placed the TV on the floor, and stated that installation was not included in the service. According to him, the service covers either uninstalling or installing -- not both. This is not what is communicated in the description and creates a false expectation for the customer. The wording clearly suggests a complete uninstall and reinstall service, not a partial task. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time. The service description should be corrected to accurately reflect what is actually included, so other customers are not misled.
