She seems to have hired 2 great employees to work alongside her. I've dealt with all 3 now. They all 3 are really patient, really helpful and very knowledgeable. If your a prospective or current customer of US Cellular in the NRV area. I HIGHLY recommend this Fairlawn/Radford store, for a stress free, (rare for US Cellular) experience. I've been working with this store for over 3 months and have no resolution…read more They made error when taking back my son's phone (sent it to the wrong location) so I got charged $555 on my bill. They were informed in late October, found the phone and sent it to the right place in November, and here it is the end of January and still no refund of the $555. When either I or my son call, they are rude and dismissive, saying "we'll call you when we have something to share with you." No customer service skills whatsoever and when I've asked for the contact information of the manager over the store, they tell me they can't give it out. I will be filing a BBB complaint shortly because I've run out of options. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION!

Do not take your phone here. Tommy the manager is worthless. He left 7 screws out of my phone after…read moretwo installations. The employees here know nothing about customer service. When I confronted tommy about the missing screws he said he didn't install it, he said he doesn't make mistakes, when I watched him do every second of the install. Upon learning all of this, I started talking to my friends and coworkers about this issue and I found out that pretty much everyone who has taken their phone here has had similar problems. You are better off ordering a replacement screen online and doing the install yourself. The district or regional manager, Chris Brown, was also no help, saying that he stands behind his manager's work. When I spoke to Mr. Brown on the phone he told me that unless the screen was not properly installed, which it clearly wasn't, there was nothing he could do for me. When I spoke to him a second time upon realizing the screen was NOT properly installed, he told me that I was "trying to get one over on him". This is not how a business works. If the install was properly done the first time, I would have not wasted hours (yes, hours) of my time and I would not have lost out on $170. I ended up installing a third screen myself, and it works perfectly. Do not waste your time or money here.

Found this place by Google Map search and/or Yelp as I didn't want to take my phone to Verizon (why…read moreI'm not sure now). A couple months later, fairly sure that wasn't the better decision. To be fair, I messed up my HTC10 somehow; I think moderately wet hands cause my screen to start not registering touches in vertical bar patterns. After dealing with this for a few months and it not getting any better, I thought maybe just the screen needed to be replaced. Again, to be fair it's possible more needed to be replaced. So I went in and asked about a screen replacement and noted my general problem. I was more led down the line of how much my phone was still worth almost as if to say if I wanted to sell it, though ultimately noting that it was worth repairing. I put down the first half of the cost and came back a couple days later after the part was ordered online from a random supplier of phone parts. An hour or so later I came back with my phone all put back together, paid the rest of the cost and went on my way. Over the next day or so the "new" screen started to have some dead spots and continually got worse over the next few months until now where it's pretty much useless. Again, it's possible something else in the screen was damaged and a new screen just put a band-aid on it. However, I don't believe it was well repaired as over the last couple of months when a spot or section went bad, some good jiggling or tapping of the phone would get it working again. As well, even from the start, the "home" button in the bottom center was not well placed back in and was offset from where it should be. Also noticed I was fairly easily able to slide in a business card or thin paper between the screen and metal body to try to reseat the "home" button. So, the repair didn't come back looking like new and to me wasn't a good quality repair. It might be more of my issue, but I struggled to stop by this place with the way the hours are set and ran out of my 14 days from repair to take it back in at no cost (at least according to the receipt). I called once in there and left a message only to never have it returned, I could have been more persistent, but I don't have time for that. I only give a 2nd star here as at least the work is done in house and with decent looking equipment. Maybe it was just that I had an off phone (I think HTC10s aren't too popular) so if you've got an iPhone or an easier repair it'll work for you. But for me, it didn't work and I don't think the quality of the work was very good.
