Be very careful coming to a few of these locations they use these things called CRS sheets trying to trick you into adding more stuff than you need they will add stuff to call it a value but in sense just to get more lines out of you and won't do upgrades because it doesn't make them money unless they add lines like watches or trackers to you save yourself go to a Corporate store not these shady dealers also will add lines to your account instead of upgrades to help their numbers read more

I had the worst experience at this T-Mobile store and the store manager was very unhelpful and rude. I was told of a promo deal over the phone that I could redeem in store and when I asked them about it they talked to me like I was stupid for asking and didn't even offer any other solutions to the problem I was having. They all looked like they hadn't showered in days and their personal hygiene was not up to par. Do better T-Mobile fairlawn. read more

Chris did a wonderful job of getting the multitude of Smart devices, laptops, TVs, etc. at home running optimally. Not only did he fix it, I also got a tutorial on the issues and resolution, which in my view was a great add-on. The total cost and time to completion was lower than the initial estimate. A cost effective job well done thoroughly and professionally. I will definitely hire Chris again and will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

I would absolutely never recommend T-Mobile to my worst enemy. A new employee (with no management supervision) attempted to help us. Little did my husband and I know it would lead to disaster. Without going into detail, stay away from T-Mobile. I have wasted so much time, and so much money with this company. The service wasn't good, but what pushed me over the edge is the T-Mobile employees at the branch's in this surrounding area. Radford, and the two Christiansburg locations. Stay away. read more
