Anyhow, I elected to add a few extra bits on it since it was the middle of December when I bought it and wouldn't be able to ride it for a while anyways. Amy, Joe, and Tony in service were very accommodative and Kevin in sales was a very pleasant individual and I feel got me the perfect bike for my needs. The owner, Kristin personally delivered the bike to me along with another large order for some gear I ordered which I feel she went over and above on. The gear (Husqvarna pants, jackets, etc.) completely exceeded my expectations in quality, and I rarely say something like that nowadays. They have since added some more upgrades to the bike and fixed a minor issue for me that occurred. Some of the 1-star reviews I see were from a few years ago and I believe this is a whole new owner(s), service team and salespeople. I'd had a number of parts that needed to be ordered along with some technical mechanical work to be done, Long story short - these guys had the bike only 4 days including a 2 day weekend, called me and said my bike is ready to be picked up. I was flabbergasted. If anyone rides a motorcycle one thing you'll quickly learn is that if you need the bike dealer serviced it can often take weeks!!! Not only was the service done promptly it was done very professionally. The staff I deal with, Kevin, service manager, Joey and Shawn at the front desks are incredibly professional, courteous and just plain nice men. Robin the KTM tech is excellent. He's meticulous about his work and is well trained. I know he's been to all the proper KTM schools so I have no concern with him doing anything to my bike that needs to be done, In addition he checks things over and finds things that needed tightening or adjusting. All in all I can't say enough about this shop.
