They do a great job scheduling cleanings, and any follow up visits. My insurance is always checked before we do any procedures or cleanings, which I appreciate so that there are no surprises with billing. The dental hygienists are friendly, and do a great job cleaning. The dental chairs also have a TV on the ceiling so the kids can watch something during their cleaning or treatment. My kid did a face plant at school today, and smashed their face/part of their mouth, and I wasn't sure if what happened to their tooth was a dental emergency or not. I left a voice mail message with Dr. Song after calling the main number, and my call was returned very promptly. She gave me information on what to do, how to clean my child's teeth, and made me an appointment the following week because it was not a dental emergency (thank goodness). As a parent, I'm always anxious, and she gave me information that I needed to alleviate my concerns. Thank you Dr. Song and Staff!
