Lack of integrity in all around, communicating with patient and parents. When we forwarded our file to another Dentist, who was willing to see her upon receiving the file, they refused to honor the appointment. We went around in circles for about 20 minutes until they finally admitted that when they got the file from the Dr. Lee's office there were behavior notations on it that the Dentist was in here refusing to see her and they came up with a plan that was completely not actionable, and when we were unable to make that work, they just dug in harder and harder. I wish we never went to this place. They claimed to be. Experienced with children with special needs they wasted almost a year of time because they did not communicate their intentions with integrity and of course it's my daughter who then suffers. I think once integrity and trust is gone nothing else really matters. read more

I really like Dr. Lee, and I'm so glad he's my kids' dentist. With dental issues--especially when kids don't always have clear symptoms--it's important to truly trust your dentist's judgment about what's going on and what treatment is actually needed. Dr. Lee is caring and empathetic, and you can tell he genuinely understands how stressful dental pain can be for kids and parents. My two boys have had fillings and other treatments, and Dr. Lee has called later the same day to check in and make sure they're doing okay. I also appreciate that he's conservative with treatment--he doesn't recommend fillings or cavity work unless it's truly necessary. Once, when my son had sudden pain from an emerging tooth, Dr. Lee even responded to my text on a weekend and reassured me on what to do, which was a huge relief. He also takes time to share practical tips to prevent cavities, which says a lot about how much he cares. So disappointed in the experience my two teens had recently. They were both told they had cavities and a laser technique which was painless would be used. Then they were told they had to do a regular filling and both kids told me it was the most painful filling they've ever had. My daughter raised her hand to tell him to stop and he would not and she said even his assistant was concerned but Dr Michael ignored my daughter. Months later both kids said their teeth hurt and are extremely sensitive to cold and hot. He was good with them when they were young and he was new. Now I would warn parents to stay away if you don't want to traumatize your kids. read more

Dr. Lee is very attentive, thorough and really cares about his patients. I have been going to another office since I was little and it had been going well up until a couple years ago. I had my sealants done when I was in my early teens and they fell out shortly after. I had mentioned it to them the last two times I was there and they did nothing about it. When I brought it up to Dr. Lee he jumped on it and said he would re-do my sealants. He then noticed I had several cavities that my other Dentist hadn't noticed. I took my 2 year old daughter here for her very first appointment today and could not have been more pleased with how well it all went. Dr. Lee and his staff were completely professional and warm and super patient with my young child. They took an experience that I had anxiety over as a parent and TOTALLY flipped it into a pleasant experience. Dr. Lee and his team are a well oiled machine!! They had all 4 of my children seen, X-rayed, cleaned, and 1 cavity filled in 45 MINUTES FLAT. We had our first visit for our little one and it was fantastic. Check in was super fast; I was a bit early (this never happens, beats me) and they were able to accommodate us right away. The office is clean, modern and bright. The hygienist put my kiddo at ease from the get go with some sporty sunglasses, headphones and a movie while she got to work. She got her cleaned and prepped quickly with no fuss and an explanation of everything she was doing. Dr Lee was also great. Quick but thorough. We have been through a few dentists even though my daughter is still little and I have to say, this is by far the best experience I have ever encountered at any dentist. The staff and dentists are all very friendly, very professional, extremely courteous and genuinely caring. They are super gentle and patient with my daughter. We see Dr. Lee and he is just phenomenal. They allow kids who are comfortable to be completely independent in going back alone or they are more than warm and welcoming when they still want their parents nearby. My daughter needed some pretty extensive dental work and everyone, from front staff to billing staff, to the dental assistant to the dentist - just everyone - was extremely caring and comforting to my daughter every step of the way. Rachel was a friendly and wonderful educator for my son who knows he should brush his teeth and floss...but you know how kids are. She was extremely encouraging, but stern when it came to why he should floss daily and gave me tips on products to use to help him with identifying left over food between his teeth (Listerine for Kids) and the best toothbrush on the market for children. This is my second review. The owner of the clinic reported that my honest and personal experience at the clinic were considered "inappropriate". Clearly this place doesn't accept negative reviews. No wonder I don't see any bad reviews! My experience there wasn't the best. Dentist aka Dr. Lee made us believe there was only one option for the treatment and used scare tactics to get it done. We were informed that a few treatments would take place and had to follow the priority of the treatment accordingly. He could not skip any of the treatments. We went for a second opinion and called back and requested if we could skip one treatment and did other treatments. Surprisingly, it was possible. So we set up for an appointment. Saw another patient came in the room shortly after us. The dentist went to treat another patient while still treating my child. Waited for 15-20min and just to tell us it was done and greeted us. What a waste of time. We received a quotation before agreeing to do any of the treatments. Later, We received insurance statement that the amount was a lot higher than what was quoted. Don't waste your money and time. Dishonest! read more

My daughter has a challenging mouth to work in and Dr. Lee and staff get her teeth sparkling clean quickly. She loves going to the dentist so she can plug in to The Lego Movie and zone out while I absorb as much pediatric dental information as possible. We've gone through regular cleanings, extractions, and cavity repair and never has my daughter expressed concerns or hesitancy in going. Our three year old daughter isn't the easiest patient, in fact she cries forcefully at even the sight of a doctor. Dr. Lee was the only specialist that was able to care for her and do all the necessary dental work including a pulpotomy and multiple fillings. Dr Lee and his staff are great with kids! I was really nervous about bringing both my boys (2 and 4) for their appointments, but one of his assistants quickly swooped in with an iPad to play with one of my boys while they other had their checkup. This helped me immensely, as I was then able to have a full talk with Dr Lee and give each child the attention they needed. Dr Lee is very knowledgable and I would highly recommend him. The only complaint I have is their exam chairs aren't chairs, they're flat tables, and my older son is too nervous to lay flat on his back so I have to hold him when getting examined. I think a more typical exam chair that could be tilted would be preferred. read more

We took our 14-month-old daughter to Dr Lee for her first appointment. Her pediatrician recommended having her first appointment around a year as well as a friend who is a dentist. Im really glad we went, especially to Dr Lee. I was impressed by how quickly he responded to my evening email asking what insurance they accept and then his assistant (jenna/genna?) called first thing the next day to set up the actual appointment for later in the week. Dr Lee came out to introduce himself and welcome us when we first arrived, which we thought was a nice touch. He did a great job answering my zillion annoying first time mom questions. And he was really great with my daughter. The actual exam was really fast, which was perfect because my daughter was not having it. Dr. Lee and his staff are amazing. My son had his first appointment and I was a little nervous as he is usually pretty shy. Those fears were put to rest by Dr. Lee's warm and calm disposition. Unlike other dentists, I didn't feel like I was being rushed out so he could get to his next patient. He was patient and really took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. My daughter and I felt as ease and very comfortable. The entire process was professional and we were well taken care of. It felt like we were visiting family versus a clinical practice. My daughter is pretty stubborn, when things don't go her way but not this time, she laughed and kept her mouth open the whole time! I am honestly disappointed with our first visit to this clinic with our 14mo. Seeing all the five star reviews beforehand, I was expecting a lot more. Dr Lee didn't spend any time addressing to the baby. She was the patient after all. He asked me to hold her down while examining her teeth and didn't even flinch when I asked him to stop, because I don't want to let my child cry hystericaly. Then he spent the time lecturing me (while the baby was still crying) that it's fine if she cries, that babies are manipulative and I shouldn't be impressed by her crying, that probably she is my first. Well, he could have better spend that time at the beginning of the exam making her feel more comfortable, or at least trying. She is great with her regular visits at the pediatrician, even with getting her shots, but the dr and nurses take a little time to distract her, even if they have a busy schedule. The office is immaculate and each room has a tv on the ceiling so the kids are distracted while they are having treatment done. Dr. Lee is AMAZING with kids. Super kind and patient and a gifted clinician. My son is TERRIFIED of needles so when I found out he needed a tooth taken out I was very nervous about how it was going to go. He previously had to be carried out kicking and screening after his medical vaccines. Well, Dr. Lee was a superstar. He took his time with my son and distracted him with conversation and within minutes he was done. I couldn't believe it and my son didn't have any pain after, in fact he went to soccer practice 2 hours later. I won't take my kids anywhere else. If you are looking for a place to start your toddler off with a dentist, this is definitely the place to go! They have a very nice area as soon as you walk in with toys and tv set up for the kids. The staff is super nice. Dr. Lee has a very professional and friendly manner in talking. He puts the parents and kids at ease. Having small children at home, he knows just how to act with the kids. He goes through diet, cavity prevention, good tooth habits and does not rush at all. He is extremely gentle when checking the kids' teeth. At the end, he was kind enough to give my daughter a small stuffed toy. I was dreading our first visit to the dentist but now cannot wait to take the kids back for their next check-ups. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Lee and his team! My 6 year old had to get 2 teeth extracted and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for her. The office decor is simple and elegant and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Dr. Lee talked us through the procedure beforehand and made my daughter feel comfortable very quickly.
