I know, how many problems can an under 2 year old have? If you're Indigo, not a lot but it's still important to get check ups. They have a standard kids waiting room full of toys and games, a fish tank which is relaxing, and little toy and book stations in the actual examination area. The dental assistant was very sweet she didn't want to make Indigo upset twice, so just let Dr. Cheryl do her examination. After that was done, with no drama, Indigo picked out a toy and away we went for a post appointment treat. They really strive to make the appointment as stress free as possible for the kids, this is fantastic, and prevents/minimizes fear of all things dental appointment related. I appreciate the fast front desk check in and check out, and their text message reminders. Indigo gives this place 40 stars for friendly people and toys!

When you enter this place, you understand the appeal for the kiddos. It's full of games, tv and all the things you won't want your kid doing on regular basic. It's a wonderful distraction for my daughter who just gazes in the tv mounted at the Dr chair. She didn't even flinch or participate in any of the discussions we had with her Dr right there. It's like they go brain dead for a bit. As I said, for day to day, a no no for me. For when we need my kid to be very very distracted to be able to get her cavities checked. Wonderful. They also do not let an adult back with the kid when they are getting laughing gas which is a huge red flag. Protect our children. Inept and negligent dentist and horrible receptionist. My mother took my daughter to get teeth pulled since her baby teeth don't fall out on their own. She had 2 pulled in the past for the same reason, both middle bottom teeth. This time it was one on top and one on the bottom that her adult teeth had broken through behind. She went in for X-rays and a week later for the teeth to be pulled. They pulled BOTH top teeth (one of which wasn't loose or have a tooth behind and said see you in 6 months COMPLETELY MISSING THE BOTTOM TOOTH that broke through... i called to figure out what was going on and the receptionist kept interrupting me when i was trying to explain the situation to tell me they don't do top and bottom simultaneously because of numbing, Totally get it... but how is it that this dentist completely missed the bottom tooth on both xrays and while looking in her mouth when i can clearly see and feel her adult tooth behind her baby tooth? After the receptionist accused me of bully because i was getting upset due to the fact she kept interrupting me, she HUNG UP ON ME. This whole place needs to be closed down. Between the incompetence of the actual dentist and and the attitude of the receptionist about my daughter's procedure, we will not be returning and hope people in the future heed this warning. Our insurance was taken at this particular place and i didn't check the reviews, thats on me, but they deserve the 2.1 stars they had before i wrote this.
