My grocery delivery went "missing" and was never delivered. All of the customer service links on the Sprouts web site take you to the delivery company. Their response is "sorry" and they cannot resubmit the order. There is no way to reach Sprouts directly and basically they don't care, what a way to do business. I will NEVER shop at Sprouts again and will take my business elsewhere (including my company business). read more

Holy cow ! Great store especially if you have a particular diet. For instance I am a plant based eater and they have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. However I also saw tons of stuff for paleo, Keto, gluten free, etc. and obviously a bunch of non-diet things as well. So you can really find something for everyone here. The produce is stocked beautifully in neat rows and is full of abundance like the garden of eden. My partner and I pulled up to this store and she said.....I have a good feeling about this place. Well she was right. This is a good good place. And reading that they enforced mask mandates only makes me have more respect for them personallly. Also I tried the macaroni salad and Mediterranean orzo salad and they were both delicious. And the blueberries I got from there are fresh big fat juicy ones so good. I decided to try this location even though the reviewers targeted the customer service. I've shopped several Sprouts stores in the metro Denver west area and have always experienced excellent customer service. This location is no exception. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, twice I needed help and both staff members were eager to assist me. The store is somewhat smaller than the others but seemed to have just about everything I was looking for. As is customary with Sprouts, their produce is fresh and reasonably priced. There is ample parking and it is located at the corner of McIntyre and 64th. I plan on returning soon. 7/24/18: I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars after witnessing the customer service manager disrespect my neighbor while she was checking out. The staff members I encountered were courteous and friendly. It is my opinion that the customer service manager needs to be transferred to a position where she doesn't interact with customers. read more

Why does this place have bad reviews? I don't get it, like why take your time out to trash something? I like coming here, if for nothing else just to deal with the really grouchy people that work here, namely a lady I will refer to as "C", that lady is so grumpy she initially sorta bothered me . But after a while I almost feel like I should come shop here just to observe her burning hatred for her job and the hilarious attitude that manifests from this misery. So sprouts really needs to celebrate this lady because she's very much one of the reasons we shop here. Maybe a picture on the wall of fame or something. Stay grouchy my friend. Get angry at me for buying a lot of fruit, and yell at me for using coupons. I appreciate it. read more

Watched a blonde woman behind the sandwich counter have an absolute melt down and an all out whisper-screaming match with an apparent supervisor, who was a good 30 feet away and on the other side of the sandwich counter! Saw her throw a wet towel in a tantrum as she charged from behind the counter toward the supervisor. Both were pointing there fingers in anger at each other's face (who does that??). I moved my elderly mom away from the scene, the blonde woman was so angry I didn't know what she would do. This set the tone for our visit since it happened right as we walked in the door! Employees seem miserable and do not acknowledge customers or one another (save the crazy sandwich lady going loco on her boss). Couldn't get out of that store fast enough. Parking is good, but it seems this store is never busy, perhaps shoppers are frequenting different Sprouts locations...we will be! read more

I used to do all of my weekly shopping here, but will take my money elsewhere. I can't understand how a health food store turned their grocery clerks into medical professionals who now police mask usage. Masks don't equal health - Sprouts policies go against the very idea of what they supposedly stand for. It's very unfortunate their policies are illegal and support discrimination of patrons. Plus, many brands that I used to purchase here are no longer available. I will happily take all of my business to King Sooners across the street since they are welcoming of all patrons. read more

I don't understand all of the negative reviews on here for this store. I have been shopping here since they opened and they have some fantastic cashiers. Even now during the outbreak they have been working vigilantly to make sure food is on the shelves and carts are wiped down. They are doing a great job! read more

Only one or two cashiers at any given time so waiting to check out always takes 5 to 10 minutes at least. Crabby old lady cashiers.

Love this Sprouts location! Super friendly and clean, has a salad bar and olive bar in addition to the deli and meat counter. EXCELLENT prices on produce. Great bulk food selection, check the specials to be sure you don't miss a bargain! Nuts and trail mix are especially good buys when they ate on sale. Wednesday's they have both sale ads active, the previous week and the current week. Good day to shop because of that fact. Sprouts had a good selection of essential oils and skin care, I didn't know this until I started shopping here. Again, watch the ads as nd yippy can get good deals. I like this Sprouts. They're almost always stocked, even during COVID. It's an enjoyable experience as are most Sprouts. I would've given 5 stars if it weren't for: parking is fine, but not great (a bit tight getting in and out). Also, some of the cashiers have given us some attitude (either being short, or not helpful with the bagging process). Otherwise, the staff has been very good and professional. Overall, this location is good enough for me to make it my regular grocery. read more

The other day I saw cashier Samantha close her register after helping us to run, literally, after a customer who she thought left her package of pudding. Pros: -Nice parking lot with plenty of space. -nice building and layout, feels open and airy. -fresh produce. Cons: -COMPLETE lack of customer service. Sprouts dropped the ball, and I am hesitant to give them another try. Visited with a couple things in mind, I had a few recipes I wanted to try and was excited to check out the new store, and hopefully score some fresh produce. Since this was my first time in the store, I had some questions and figured that the employees would be ready to help out. I figured wrong. The store was a ghost town at the time of my visit (Noon on a Tuesday), and I couldn't track down an employee anywhere. I even went to the cash stand, and it appeared to be unmanned (to my shock). When I finally did see an employee (nearly needed binoculars to spot one from across the store), I walked towards him and prepared to flag him down. However, before I could, he disappeared into a back room, reappearing a few minutes later on his cellphone. 25+ minutes and never once engaged or greeted by an associate. I work in customer service, and that number is frightening. Sprouts, please work on engaging customers. Hire associates who will immediately flock to customers and give them a warm smile and hello. read more

I have really enjoyed my experience at Sprouts. People have always been very helpful and I've usually had really good luck with the produce. The fillets I got there were most excellent! Sometimes the produce was more short-lived than when I brought the same things at other stores.The prices are also very good for what I bought. I guess most people when they're happy about something don't write reviews but after seeing some of the negative reviews I decided to write this because I have been very happy with the Sprouts at this location which is right close to our neighborhood! read more

My favorite Sprouts is in Wheatridge, but I occasionally shop at the Arvada store. I have to agree with the complaints about customer service. My examples are small but definitely not what you'd call " going the extra mile". 1. I brought my own bags and out them first on the conveyor belt. The cashier ( didn't get name) was ringing up the items and I was inserting my credit card, putting it away, etc. She looked at me and said , " your bags are down there", pointing toward the end of the checkout counter where my purchases now sat. I was confused for a second and then said, " are you asking me to bag my groceries"?. She said that would be nice- no smile, no friendly tone. I started to bag my groceries and when she finished ringing everything up, she watched me fill the bags! It was very strange! FYI - I often start the bagging process if things are busy, or I feel like doing something. The expectation that I should was surprising and annoying. 2. Today, I was checking out and saw that the bulk cashews I got had lost the tag. I told Nadia, the cashier that I'd lost the tag as I put the bag on the counter. Apparently, she didn't hear/ listen because when she got to them ( it was a very small order) she said, " don't you have a tag for these?" I said, "no, I just told you that it had fallen off". I told her they were cashew pieces and she just gave me this very dull look. I asked if she needed me to go get the number and she just said, "yeah". I did that, recognizing it was my fault for not having attached the tag properly but her attitude really bothered me. It wasn't like I had some extremely rare item in the bag. I'm quite sure she could have looked up the code for cashews! Then, as I was leaving, the next customer said , to Nadia, "Hello, how are you?" Nadia's response, " tired, can't wait to go home". Nadia needs to work in a place where she doesn't have to interact with people! read more

The customer service at this location is the WORST! This is the second time I had someone check me out that has been soooo rude! And I have gone to this Sprouts only a handful times! This time I had about 15 items in my cart, I don't shop here a lot so I did not know that there was a certain lane to checkout in. I went in the 10 items lane, this lady was so mad I got in her lane, she pointed the sign out and told me she doesn't check out anymore than 10 items! I said I was sorry I'll move. She then said no I'll check you out this time just unload your items fast so we can get this done! I couldn't believe it! Especially since it's the middle of a Monday and there were ZERO people behind me! I'm done shopping at this Sprouts! Seems like all I ever get is rude customer service! read more

They need a customer service counter. What a I thought was going to be a simple exchange ended up in a complicated return and purchase. I decided not to go through with the process because I left my wallet in the car. When I went back into the store the employee that was helping me apparently complained about me to other customers. So much so that another customer had the nerve to approach me and tell me that I upset the elderly employee. I didn't even do anything! It was embarrassing and unnecessary. More than likely I will be driving all the way to Wadsworth Sprouts to do my shopping now. Such a shame. read more
