There are some overlaps but I usually go there for non-dairy items and they have a ton of selections to choose from there. They always take care of you to make you a happy customer too. On Some orders, (not all which is totally understandable) they even throw in little sample packs. i have usually just stuck with what I like which is Bali ad Maeng Da but they still slip in little tiny extra of maybe a new one or something i haven't tried yet. I can honestly say that I WILL NEVER get my kratom anywhere else! There is only two places for kratom for me. One is in long island NY which is a kava bar I go to go out for kratom to meet people and chat and socialize. And for online purchases, I only buy from these guys. like I said. Then I go to check out and there's only one station open. The gal is counting out her drawer and I totally understand that she is busy but she did not acknowledge or say I'll be right with you. Nothing. Finally, after standing there for a long period of time I just picked up my stuff and went to the self checkout station. The cake I grabbed had the barcode on the side so I couldn't tip it to scan it, and there are two employees having a conversation about Covid and after finally noticing me, trying to figure out how to scan it, the guy walks up and doesn't say a word and just scans it, and then walks away. The customer service at the store today was extremely disappointing. Especially when it's compared to Trader Joe's. I stopped by Trader Joe's just before this and every single employee I encountered at the store was friendly and greeted me. I also watched as another person who is handing out samples at Trader Joe's, drop everything to help an elderly lady find something on the other side of the store. Take note Whole Foods. This is the kind of service you should be giving.
