"sorry it's not in". So, don't trust the website, it lies. One star knocked for this happening multiple times. I do love they have self checkout which never has a line, and they have many keto and carnivore options for goodies and treats! Their produce is good but pricy. I pick up some things if on sal but try to keep to Winco or El Super for produce. They used to do 50% - 75% for same day expiring food, but these days it's maybe 30% if at all (so check your expire dates I've seen full price for same day expiration) which doesn't even bring their prices down to Walmart for the same thing. I hope they bring back 75% off, I used to come in every other day and would buy all the 75% off meat selection and freeze it. read more

First time coming to this Sprouts location in Corona and itis a well-stocked grocery store. There is always staff around that can help you find your items and I like how this store focuses on fresh, natural, and organic products. I often come here for their dry goods but occasionally do browse the produce section, which consistently has fresh fruits and vegetables. They recenly had a sale on their organic berries and avocados so I picked up a few of those. In addition to produce, Sprouts offers a broad selection of bulk items, vitamins, supplements, and specialty health foods, as well as a deli and bakery with fresh breads and prepared meals. My favortes are the bulk items especially the sweets aisle. I tend to grab a handful of chocolate covered almonds, dark chocolate honeycomb (must try and delicious), and their chocolate covered pretzels. Quite fund to get a few handfuls of sweets instead of buying the whole bag. It is like mixing your own snack bag! They also have a small section in the back for clearance items. I was able to get a 4 pack of Mocktails for 0.99! Crazy deal right? Totally got a couple of those 4 packs to try at home. Staff hereis helpful and friendly, making shopping easy and enjoyable. They have a lot of gluten-free items and in their own aisle, so it makes shopping quite easy here. Received 5-Star service from Bakery Manager Karla and her assistant, a young man whose name I don't remember. Several weeks ago I asked Karla if they offered any plant-based vegan pies, since there's a check box indicating "vegan" on the boxes, but never any for sale. She said, "I'm the bakery manager. I'd be happy to make you vegan pies. Just let me know whenever you need one." She said she managed the bakery. I few weeks ago I called and asked to speak to her. She remembered her promise and I ordered the vegan pies. The vegan cherry pies were plant-based and had no added sugar. The apple pie was vegan as well. Rotten food . If I could give this store negative starts I would. I usually go to sprouts in Rancho Cucamonga but I was in the area. I get my meals for the week and my dinners and have always loved the freshness. In this instance however, slowly throughout the week I'm finding more rotten and spoiled meals. I'm at a point where I just want to throw everything away because I feel so grossed out by it. There has to be someone monitoring these types of things and if there isn't I can tell. 2 Garlic salmon bowls was very bad smelling. I thought it was the kimchi but the salmon was gummy. I would like to report a negative customer service experience that occurred today at approximately 10:35 AM at the Corona Sprouts location. While I was in the process of completing my purchase at the self-checkout, with my personal items already placed on the self-checkout stand, the employee Jen abruptly took over my register and began scanning items before I had finished my transaction. She was oblivious of her surroundings and what customers are trying to accomplish. This action, combined with her dismissive tone and lack of customer awareness, was inappropriate and unprofessional. The situation escalated when I requested help with a bag, as I was unaware that paper bags are no longer provided. Jen's attitude throughout the interaction was rude and made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, based on her behavior, it was not immediately clear that she was an employee. In contrast, the cashier Kristofer (or a name beginning with "K") demonstrated exceptional professionalism. He was kind, apologetic, and acknowledged the poor treatment I experienced, even apologizing on her behalf. His response helped de-escalate the situation and reflected positively on your company. As a leader in my own organization, I believe strongly in accountability and coaching. I would not tolerate this type of behavior in my workplace, and I believe this matter warrants coaching and review, as it negatively impacts the customer experience and brand perception. The customer service is great, and everything is very well laid out, but the meat is rancid. Every time I go, the chicken is bad and the steaks and beef are hard as rocks. It's extremely expensive and problematic. I see that there were a lot of people having issues with the meat counter. When we first walked in everything seemed nice. We walked around the store we came for this milk that has cream in it. My husband wanted to try it. I saw the chocolate milk and decided to give it a try. We noticed that the fruit was going bad and some had fuzzy rottom stuff on it. We proceeded to the meat area and it smelled like an animal had died. It made me so nausea. So we decided to check out and leave. As soon as we got home we noticed the chocolate milk was leaking. No biggy! Well once we opened the chocolate milk the top fell off and the milk smelled so bad and it was foamy and gross. I was devastated for how much we paid for it.. I go there on a weekly basis for the boars head deli meats. They have the worst customer service at the deli counter!! 1-2 employees working at any given time does not work when you make sandwiches! Customers who just want a lb of cold cuts have to wait until the sandwiches are done. Should have 1 person dedicated to that while 2 others dedicated to serve customers on cold cuts! Maybe cut out making sandwiches if you don't have enough workers. Also 80 percent of the time they have a bad attitude when you ask them to cut the meats thin... unfortunately no other grocery stores in the area sell boars head... reaching out to the company to see if maybe they can sell it at Albertsons. read more

If you order online, you may want to make sure the items you order aren't being replaced with higher priced items.....Very disappointed in the customer service I received today. I ordered online. When I went in the store for pick up, the representative stated that one of my items was replaced as she was unable to find the item I ordered. I decided to do a little more shopping while I was there. As I was looking for another item, I saw the exact item I had ordered online. This is just piss poor customer service especially because the replacement item was almost twice as much as the original item ordered! I really like sprouts and the variety of items they carry. The prices are higher than other grocery stores so shopping here it's a treat. We like the meats and seafood options they carry. The biggest complaint I have about this location is the employees always go MIA in the butcher area. After waiting for 10 minutes another employee from the deli department came to ask me of if I needed help, she went in the back looking for the worker. I'm also glad they added the self checkout cause some of the cashier really lack the customer service. Store on the smaller side and very hard to maneuver a shopping cart. Worst customer service provider on Earth. My physically challenged wife waited 10 minutes at the meat counter while 3 deli personal stood by talking, doing nothing. She asked if there might be someone that could help her. Their response? "Someone will come out to help you eventually..." They didn't. The person in meat and fish did eventually came walking up to the counter from another part of the store but seemed, LIKE ALL WORKERS BEHIND THE COUNTERS AT SPROUTS, CORONA LIKE THEY ARE DOING THE CUSTOMER A FAVOR..." I've complained before to corporate at Sprouts directly about issues with their horrible counter service, but the same unmotivated, lazy, people were stilll there, with their underwhelming service and bad attitudes.
