I love Sprouts because they have bulk items which most other stores don't have. I go in there to buy the milled organic flaxseed to put into my morning breakfast smoothies. I also love their fresh fish department. I pick the fish and they package it for me so I have a meal for 2. I try to get a pound per meal. They often have decent prices for wild salmon, tuna, mahi mahi and swordfish. The store is well planned out with items that you can't always find at other grocery stores. read more

This place has gone completely downhill and it's honestly one of the most frustrating grocery experiences I've had in years. Walked in today (and pretty much every other time I've bothered going) and it's the same story: ZERO help anywhere in the store. Every single regular checkout lane is permanently closed, forcing you into the self-checkout gauntlet where half the scanners don't work properly anyway. Need help with an item that won't scan? Good luck--there is literally no one around who cares enough to assist. The employees (what few are actually on the floor) just cluster up front like they're on permanent break, staring at their phones or chatting, completely ignoring customers waving produce or asking basic questions. It's like they all collectively decided "this isn't my job" the second they clocked in. The shelves? A joke. Always, always out of the most basic organic items--organic chicken breasts, thighs, you name it. Half the time the cooler looks like it was raided days ago and never restocked. And don't get me started on the produce. They slap the "organic" label on it, charge a premium, and then give you limp, bruised, half-rotten fruits and vegetables that look like they were picked last month. I've thrown away more moldy berries, and slimy greens from this store than I care to count. For "farmers market" prices, you'd expect at least decent quality. Nope. Management? What management? I've never once seen a manager on the floor, addressing the chaos, restocking, or even pretending to care that customers are walking out empty-handed and furious. The whole operation feels abandoned. I'm done. There's a Whole Foods literally down the street that actually staffs the place, has cashiers when you need them, consistently stocks what they advertise, and sells produce that doesn't make you question your life choices. I'll happily pay a few extra dollars for competence and basic customer service. Avoid this Sprouts location like the plague. One star is generous--should be zero. read more

Pretty cool grocery store, lots of signs saying how organic and healthy they are. Store was clean, well lit, easy to navigate, no one in the grocery section, but once we got over to the health / wellness / supplements section we were followed around and repeatedly asked what we needed, even after we said we didn't need help. read more

Well, I am pretty impressed with this store so far, without knowing much about it. Ironically, I had ordered DoorDash from this store in the past from a different location, but this one is near where I go often, so I have had time to peruse. There is so much organic produce, more than I've ever seen in a grocery chain. And so many bulk bins, including bulk spices, nuts, coffee beans, grains, flours, cereals, candy, and more. Just want to get your kids 2 healthy gummys instead of a pack? You can do that here. When you first walk in, there is a deals table of fruit, whose proximity I appreciate. I once bought an Olipop that I thought would be at least $4 but it was $2.50. Most of the other items I have price compared seemed overpriced to me, but I haven't looked that closely. I looked at their selection of ranch dressing, and even the most normal/least healthy versions were pricey. Parking is super easy and ample in this plaza. They take apple pay. I've never encountered a line. The cashier whose line I usually go through is funny, helpful, and kind. Thank you! read more

I've been to quite a few Sprouts' Markets and there is a difference between them. Probably depends a lot on the mentality and work ethic of the MNGR, how he trains and leads his crew/staff. First of all, this Sprouts should be giving lessons to all of the supermarkets in FL and elsewhere on cleanliness. Can you imagine selling food and your place is disgusting inside (Presidente' comes to mind)???? This is he cleanest market their chain. Next, this location is in perfect order. They go through a TON of goods every day and employees are sooooo on top of things. Team members worth mentioning: Rick is the mngr and greets people by name as most people who work here do. Always smiling and happy, he built this biz up from grand opening with -0- customers to a VERY busy location! Dylan knows where every item in the store is located and will take you there personally, as compared to pointing and saying, "It's over there in aisle 5." Makes a difference. Never fails to suggest me products. Stef and Tyrone are Rick's consiglieres (like in 'The Godfather' movie. There is NOTHING corporate about this store. It feels like a neighborhood, family-owned biz in just over one year. Russell is the man. Never saw anybody work so hard in their section like this guy. He got me hooked on their Kalona Kefir Vanilla, which you cannot fin anywhere else. He always points out new products they start to carry. Mikey makes the fruits/vegs look so symmetrical and nice, like artwork....this is the crown jewels of every Sprouts. Impeccable. Jared is more than knowledgeable in the HBA section and recently turned me on to Verba Prima Bentonite and Bronner's hand soaps, which I didn't use before. Expensive but worth it. Noteworthy. The girl they have working the samples, Wendy, ALWAYS offers me something good she's handing out. Fresh fruits, new items, homemade sodas, chips, tons of goodies, with a smile and explanation. Audra and Ashley are my favorite cashiers. Products are changing DAILY, not weekly. Always tons of new products to see and try. Their coffee selection is second to none. If they don't stock it, you won't find it anywhere, over 100 brands of coffee at least!! Worth they trip, check these guys out! read more

Stopped by a few times to grab some sushi and other prepackaged food items but honestly everything was just meh. Everything looked good but the taste wasn't there. Nice selection of meats, most of the fish I saw was either farmed or from a place far far away. Most of the produce looked fresh with the exception of a few items. The cost is on the higher side so don't be surprised when you get the receipt. Also bring your own bags if not you'll get charged. Sprouts has its own brand items as well as many specialty items so you can find some products at a better value. The store was clean and organized as it should be especially for being new and the staff at the front were very attentive. Not sure how Sprouts will fair against Trader Joe's or Whole Foods but time will tell. read more

A little unknown secret: If you like to have a Burger every once in awhile, call them up and ask for the meat department . Ask them to make you a Truffle burger, these things are awesome ( give them a couple of hours) The only thing you need is a bun, lettuce and tomato, onion. Best on a grill. You can thank me later. This Sprouts is right around the corner from my house. Such a great selection of foods. A few items we purchase each week: grass fed ribeyes, organic peaches, A2 Milk, pasture raised chicken, pastures raised organic eggs, organic vegetables, coffee beans, and wine. Prices are no higher than Whole Foods. The staff is ALWAYS so nice to my partner and me when we're shopping and checking out. We shop 4 times a week here and we're grateful to have Sprouts in our neighborhood. read more

Recently went to Sprouts to see what they have. They have expensive groceries that's what! I purchased 2 'Lemon drop' melons at $6+ each. I purchased bran muffins, a package of 4 was also $6.+ . The milk was average priced (wasn't grass fed/organic). I got a couple of snack items too. When I went to check out, the bagger put my things in 3 bags but because of the melons they were going to use another bag, then told me I'd be charged 10 cents for another bag!?? I told them not to bag it and I left. Ok, so I went home and cut the melons... both were sour and a bit over ripe. I had to throw out both of them! There goes $12+ As far as I'm concerned I'll stick to Publix who has a pack of 4 muffins for $4.09 and at least their melons go on sale throughout the season! Yay Publix! read more

Yesterday, Friday November 29, I stopped by Sprouts to do my groceries. I am temporarily disabled, so I decided to use the electric car designated for disabled people. It was my first time, so I was a little intimidating plus learning to use the new vehicle - it takes a little practice ) Everyone around the store was very friendly and helpful. warning to anybody that wants fresh produce as a customer in here, I have seen rotten bananas, and different fruits. I have seen expired meat in the store such as bagged steaks that were putrid smelled terrible warning do not buy any type of seafood here I bought it was terrible and expired and garbage. They wouldn't take it back warning do not buy bread here. This is a environment in every and warning not buy any eggs here I had bought eggs and they were all broken and one of them contained what I believe to be a fetus of a chicken check warning never ever shop at sprouts they do not care about the customers as a seeing that was one of those things that I will never step into another they are the worst company to shop in this company? I have been in many of their stores. I was looking forward to having Sprouts in Delray after having shopped at their Wellington location. I was very disappointed in what I found. The "fresh" salmon at the fish counter was clearly dried out. It was browning and the edges were curling. No one came to wait on me so I couldn't ask if they had anything fresher. There were people behind the counter, but they were chatting with each other. I saw packaged corn with mold on it, grapes with dried out stems. There was some kind of sample being given out, but the person was busy talking with another worker so I wasn't offered anything when I passed by. Even the cashier wasn't friendly. I can't imagine this Sprouts is going to be there for very long; I found low quality items for high prices with indifferent workers. Not a winning combination. read more

I want to like Sprouts, I really do. I've been to different spout locations each time purchasing deli items & prepared or ready to cook foods. Everything sounds goods and looks good but it all ends up being so meh I don't even think about getting it again. With all that, I still decided to try their Thanksgiving meal package. I got the prime rib meal which came with mash potatoes, stuffing, gravy & cranberry sauce. We hated all of it. 4 people all the same opinion. The cooking instructions for the prime rib were way off. The stuffing was not even identifiable. It looked like baby food mush. Even the red skin mashed potatoes was a 4 out of 10 at best. I mean cafeteria grade stuff. Will i try sprouts again? Probably. I'm struggling to comprehend how a store that looks like this and sells items that sound really good could be such a disappointment. read more

I am so happy that Sprouts has moved into this neighborhood. We desperately needed healthier options close by. We have tried many of the Sprouts brand foods and have found them to be of very good quality. The produce is fresh, the ready made salads are wonderful and the staff is super friendly. Its great that they charge for bags to cut down on single use plastics. They have good sales but as someone else mentioned, some of their products are priced strangely high. Not all, but some. On the other hand, they also have occasional sales that are crazy cheap. The store is also super clean and well lit. And while some don't like the self-checkout, I prefer bagging my own groceries. Just visited the new Sprouts Market in Delray Beach the store is beautiful and very well laid out however, the service leaves a lot to be desired. They have help at the check out, but could not find anyone to help me in the frozen food, dairy and grocery. Looked around and couldn't find anyone. I am new to Delray Beach and coming from PA it has truly been culture shock. This store has become one of my favorites. I am used to excellent customer service from up north and even the Costco here has unfriendly associates but not this store. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful from start to finish right out to the parking lot where a nice associate named Steve offered to help me and he was smiling and unlike other store employees seemed to be proud of where he worked. Obviously Sprouts takes customer service very seriously and they are very selective about their meats and produce too. I will continue to shop here as long as the associates remain far superior to any of the other stores I have been to here (especially Steve!). Keep up the great work Sprouts! read more

This was my first time at Sprouts, here in Delray. The store is new, clean, and a pleasure to be in. The selection of food items across the board is extensive and you can find just about anything you are looking for. The staff was generally not experienced across all departments. I suggest they get a strong experienced manager to lead the way. Because of their lack of experience, I had to give 3 stars. One issue that was quite serious, so I called to Sprouts, corporate customer service, (to try to help them), requested for somebody to call me from corporate, and they said somebody would call me from the local store. No one has called, thus this review. So, some good things, great having Sprouts so close, and some not so good things that need addressing. read more

They only requirement to work at this Sprouts is a reflection in a mirror. I tried to buy some Genoa Salami but left after trying to get someone's attention after 15 minutes. They were there behind the counter but they just had no intention of waiting on anyone. I don't have the time to explain what happened but trust me....it was other worldly and very bad. This is the opposite of customer service. Then I attempted to purchase some tonic water. I asked for assistance from the employée who identified himself as the one who orders products in that area. The man had no idea where the tonic water was. After three tours around isles looking for it, he finally located a single 4 pack of some brand called Cubby's....that's it....that was the sum total of the tonic water in that store...one 4 pack of a brand no one ever heard of. It gets better....he then offered me ginger beer as a substitute. Mind you....this is the guy who is in charge of that department. Finally, I went to the check out counter and proceeded to check out. As my items were approaching the end of the line, the cashier got her keys, which were hanging around her neck in a long chain, stuck in the cash register. She began to yell out that she needed assistance because she couldn't extract her keys. It never occurred to her to remove the lanyard from her neck to extract her keys. As I left the store she was still tethered to the cash register like a dog on a leash. This store is not managed. All of this occurred in a 45 minute span on Friday, April 12th. I sincerely hope that this store has some video surveillance because someone who runs this place needs to take a look. read more

Not what it should be... I shop Sprouts but probably never again if I can help it. I purchased a large bag of Sprouts frozen mango. When I made a smoothie, the mango was spoiled and i threw out my smoothie and returned the bag. The price was $11.99. When I arrived at the store the manager was chatting, I said I was returning the bag which was full minus a cup of mango. She said no problem go shop and we will work it out when you're done but hey take the bag you can keep it. I said it's spoiled you should check the frozen fruit. Another new gal asked for a receipt I responded that we knew it was from Sprouts-- it says on the bag. I shopped and at check out I had to again remind the manager. And had to show ID for the return at checkout which seemed absurd. Everyone seemed very suspicious of my return .. funny since I shop there regularly but no more. I purchased a Sprouts spinach large plastic container on that last trip and tonight I had to pick through the spoiled greens and had to toss the tomatoes as well. So many places to shop, certainly not worth the bad food and bad attitude!! read more

What a heart warming experience !- In probably the least likely interaction -- of going in to return something ! Stephan (I hope I am spelling it right!- might be 'Stefan') not only was a completely normal & cool relatable person to talk with, but also completely unexpectedly went above and beyond extending genuine care & definitely extending the holiday spirit in a way that touched my heart. And while it's ironically so cold outside!! Lol And funny come to think of it as I am writing this it is bringing to my attention how I haven't been into this location too many times yet, but so far the few that I have-- have left a significant positive memorable impact in me. And I am so thankful. Another time was something so simple but I found myself telling people in conversation about it for days, how when I was at the self checkout the lady running it asked how my day is going and I answered, and when I asked her she was like "it's going great! I got up today!" with so much spirit & joy, and it left me feeling and thinking after that interaction, you know what, wow. How very true. At the simplest level. We can get upset about all sorts of things and get caught up in the details of Life, but if that itself was the thing in question we would be wishing with All our energy to still be able to be here. So what a reality check of priorities of things to let us get all fretting about. And of course that's gonna happen, but how important to keep things in perspective and be thankful in joyous gratitude from a genuine place for that! Thought that sharing that might impart its gift upon whoever reads it!
