Ok so I didn't take pics of what I got, but I finally used one of the "save money on goods-close-to-expiring" mystery bag I was on this app for it for a few weeks, but it seemed like whenever I checked, nothing was available. So today with a bit of surprise I was happy to see The Fresh Market had a bag. I signed up, ran some errands, then stop in close to the end of the window that was provided(8PM). It was a quieter time so i walked up to the clerk checking people out to ask where to get the bag. The bag boy said "I'm yer guy". I showed him the code on my phone and he hustled over to a fridge right in the front. Boom, I had a huge bag of goods. I love a surprise so I waited till I was hoe to see what what inside, Muffins, cookies croissants oh my! And a few more things too to complete the order. I will be back soon to do some shopping I think, but I'm pretty sure I will be back again for a surprise bag as well. read more

This is one of my favorite Fresh Market stores. Its a little further away from my house so I don't go often, but when I'm in the area, I always stop in. There's always a beautiful selection of fresh flowers and the day I was there they had gorgeous orchids very reasonably priced. The chicken cutlets here are very good and they run them 25% off on Thursdays. Picked up some of the Pecan Breaded cutlets and some of the Nashville hot cutlets. I've never had the hot ones before, but I'm sure they're just as good as the others. I find the quality of the food is a little higher than your basic grocery store. They run specials every day and if you join their email list, you'll get a notification in the morning and you can plan your shopping and save a little money at the same time. read more

4.5 Stars. I've shopped here on and off for a few years, but coming back more frequently now as I'm a big fan of their Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice. They also carry some items you can't find other places. While here picked up a Prime Ribeye Steak which looked really good... grilled it up, it was! We went to Fresh Market to get some steaks and a good sauce for cooking it. Found the sauce and the steak. The service was nice and the ambiance was airy, bright, and inviting. After we got home, apply the sauce to the steaks and cooked. Didn't turn out the way we thought we would but maybe cooking errors; still good steak. My grocery shopping usually breaks down like 75% Walmart/Target/Costco and the 25% Whole Foods/Trader Joe's. On occasion I'll hit Fresh Market or Publix when I need stuff last minute and don't have the time to go to my regular spots. Over the last few months, I've been coming here more and more as Publix's pricing has gotten more and more unreasonable and my time for grocery shopping has become somewhat limited due to me being a professional Uber driver for my 3 kids. There's no denying that their items at Fresh Market are good quality. The produce, proteins, cheeses and deli items are all routinely great. I also love that they carry a great selection of unique coffees and teas, as well as snacks and soft drinks. Yes the prices are high but they are providing some good quality stuff. While I don't envision Fresh Market ever becoming a major part of my grocery shopping routine, I am definitely grateful they are here in Park Place and I will continue to stop in from time to time. I came here today to buy some food for a friend who had surgery. The selection of individual meals was great. They have what I like to call "cheese boxes". They come with cheddar cheese, tuna salad, crackers and grapes. I bought one of those for me and was able to get her a delicious and freshly made pizza, a rotisserie chicken, bagged salad and some tasty treats from the bakery. This store is pretty big and they have a good selection of flavors and varieties of everything I bought. The cashier was very nice and the store is easy to walk. I prefer this store to the one I usually shop at but this one is just too far for me to go to on a regular basis. Their flower department has a great variety of arrangements. They are on the pricey side. I believe they can make up whatever arrangement you would like. Fresh Market has the most pleasant shopping environment of any supermarket. read more

The meal deal. I ask they ring it up first so I can see if it totals to $25 but no she does it last. If you're missing an item you lose the deal. I specifically said did it come up $25?! She said yes. I said how can you tell. Oh I can see it! I did quick mental math and knew it was wrong but I paid. After I paid she said I have to go back on line. I got one wrong item. Mayo was not part of deal. It was an or item so my mistake but I asked if the bag equaled $25 deal. I had all the items for the meal deal bag. Why wouldn't she say the Mayo is not part of deal. Friendly service today. While they have some exceptional items here, it doesn't really seem like a full grocery store range. It also runs on the pricer range. I come here specifically for their ultimate crab cakes and usually pick up some other items along the way. I'd say they have an incredible barkery offering too. Once I came here and they didn't honor a discount. Instead of the cashier fixing the mistake and rescanning the order, they said sheepishly "I'll get you next time" - yeah right. It's cold in here but it's a grocery store. Impressive plant section for a grocery store. Higher end and higher prices. I am reviewing this store again because my feelings have changed over the last four years. I'm rating this as a solid four star review & let me tell you why. Customer service has been great and the employees have been doing a fantastic job. Rao's sauce is pricey at Publix so I usually buy it at Joseph's. This week they have it on sale for $5.99 a bottle and this is not the first time either. The roasted chickens are way better than Publix, and they are the same price too. My favorite is the Lemon Rosemary. Sometimes they have creamed spinach in the hot case & I love it. Is it as good as Capital Grille? No of course not, but it is very good. The roasted baby carrots are also good. A week or so ago my friend turned me on to the Wild Alaskan Salmon Salad. I am on my second container and both are delicious. Today's package had a bit more mayo, but regardless, it's good stuff. I no longer drink soda but they carry refrigerated Dr. Brown's next to the cash registers. Went to pick up some items here and some of the older employees are just so rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Especially the 2 old heads at the deli who will whisper shit about you while you're directly in-front of them because they thought i didn't understand english LMAO. Talking shit because they don't know what a feta pecan salad is and thought i was making up salads but another respectful and helpful employee helped me locate it and even had it freshly prepared for me. read more

I went in here to get a coffee because there is no coffee shop in the plaza - Park Place. I also went to get my kids some treats- swedish fish, black and white cookies and chocolate croissants. They are wearing masks in the store but really there aren't many signs about social distancing. All of the employees are helpful and nice. I like shopping here when I can get goos deals. This year for Thanksgiving we opted to order our meal from Fresh Market this was a great deal in which dinner could be prepared from a diners of two on up. Since it's just hubby and me we ordered for 2. Prearranged times are coordinated for pickup and the simple warming up is done by the hostess at your convenience. The meal consisted of two turkey breasts which they call medallions. Everything was prepared on the stovetop. Green beans, rice, sweet potatoes which we thought was the winner of the meal beside the turkey and the gravy. The turkey was fresh and cut perfectly well proportionately but the dressing took a personal kind of taste it was more BBQ flavored which was not our traditional gravy. Lest I remind one and all we all have our own choices and tastes. Fresh Market gave us a well welcomed choice and the ease of trying something new at a terrific price!!!! read more

A few weeks back she recommended a pepper and salt mix shaker and I can't stop using it. Terri is always friendly, kind, and patient. Major procrastinator for Thanksgiving desserts so I was glad to find this location open on Thanksgiving morning. There was quite a wide selection in the bakery department and I opted for the Strawberry Chantilly cake and a tiramisu. The Strawberry cake was a huge hit, moist and delicious. The tiramisu was ok but, according to my guests who ate it, there was no coffee liqueur like you would find on a typical tiramisu (I didn't try it as I'm not a fan of tiramisu in general). Like I said there is a wide assortment of fresh baked goods and they all looked yummy so I wouldn't mind trying some others in the future. My boyfriend gets wine from our local Fresh Market (another location) all the time and he likes that you get some unique vintages that you won't find at other grocery stores. I liked this Fresh Market, although I wasn't in there for much time. I found the layout to be pretty standard of other locations, but where it did seem to deviate worked for it. In typical Fresh Market fashion, the store itself was really clean. Never is there anything to be found on the floor. Also, in typical Fresh Market fashion, I'm always a little thrown by the prices. I get it, it's organic, but many I still have to pay rent, you know? Overall, I do enjoy the quality of products here, but sometimes I have to think twice before putting it into my cart/buggy. I stopped by during lunch and was really surprised by the amount of customers. I assumed it would be bumping, but it was a manageable amount of customers inside so finding a cashier at checkout was really easy- NO WAY AT ALL. Listen, if you want to be healthy you're going to pay a price, I get that. So when I do, I usually come to Fresh Market. And there is no reason why I wouldn't want to stop at this location. read more

I had a very uncomfortable experience with the cashier (Shaneeka) yesterday. She was rude, unprofessional, and her attitude was not geared towards customer-service. I have been going to that store in Boca Raton for more than 3 years and never had an incident like this; on the contrary, staff have been always been very helpful and with a good and joyful attitude. I escalated the issue to the manager (Miguel). It is unfortunate that one employee can ruin your shopping experience at a store of that caliber. read more

Only started coming here recently but can honestly say I love, and prefer, coming here when I can. Everything is fresh and the store is extremely clean and well maintained. Prices are a bit higher but it's worth it for better quality. That being said, when there's a sale here, the prices are unbeatable and well worth it. Highly recommend! read more

I really like the produce.... And I really like some of the dried fruits that are prepackaged.... And I love the Curry Chicken Salad and bowtie pasta from the deli counter.... But it all ends there.... everything else is lacking in comparison to other Fresh Market locations I'm not a regular customer at this (or any) Fresh Market location but I'm no hater either... in actuality, I really like the store nearby on Camino Real. I know the store is fairly new still and it's expected to have to work out some kinks in the chain and get the place running smooth on a daily basis but every visit I've had here so far has had issues (EVERY VISIT). Here is a sampling of some of my rants, complaints and experiences: *** On two different visits, there were no coffee cups at the coffee station and when I asked the girl who was cleaning up the coffee station said she didn't know where the cups were stored (she didn't both to ask someone or search for them) *** On that same visit, while I was still standing by the staff member by the coffee station, a lady (shopper) asked where she can find a small, container for olives at the Olive Bar (like a salad bar for olives)... the girl point at some large containers with an attitude and the lady said those are very large platter trays for party size servings... go figure, the girl said I don't know and again didn't bother to offer assistance beyond that. *** The girl that works the deli counter for salads and pastas is not friendly, welcoming or helpful... a new store should generate a positive experience to convert us "visitors" into "regulars" *** The name "FRESH MARKET" kind of implies that what they serve is FRESH... it's not rocket science but if I want a sandwich fresh I'm better off at Whole Foods or Publix where they will make may sandwich right in front of me FRESH, with FRESH cut meats and I can even pick my toppings.... why would I want a prepackaged sandwich from the cold case or hot case and NO OPTION to have a FRESH one made... better off renaming the store "Kinda/Sorta Fresh Market" *** I asked a guy in Produce where I could find Napa Cabbage... didn't know and didn't offer to find out I could go one but why.... Nice place to shop. They will accuse you of stealing if you are not dressed in a suit and tie. Some things are not very fresh I have bought a bag of oranges that were mostly bad and expired. About a month ago I purchased a reusable bag from fresh market and brought it in to use for shopping. When I went to pay for my food the Hispanic woman checkin me out was rude and accused me of trying to steal the bag. I said I already bought this she said "when" I said weeks ago ??? No one was currently in the department so I approached an associate, Elizabeth, working close by. This is the best place for specialty foods. I'm giving Fresh Market an A+++++++. While you might think it's expensive, you should keep in mind, you do get what you pay for. The quality is without question, very high end. If you're like me and like a bargain, be sure to sign up for emails. Weekdays, they have incredible specials on the best food in Boca IMHO. Instacart works great for every store other than this fresh market. Today my 3rd order was cancelled because they didn't have the items. In the past, I've gone there and shown them where in the store the items are. Today I was charged $15 to cancel the order because the lazy shopper was able to get more of a fee. read more

Got Thanksgiving dinner there. Near perfect experience. I walked in with my receipt, I thought I go to to the rear of the store. A very courteous employee saw I was confused, asked she could help me, told her, she said follow me. Less than a minute later, a nice gentleman asked if I was being helped. He went to the kitchen immediately. Another minute goes by, someone asks if I am being helped. Order arrived a few minutes later, confirmed my 'extras', they appeared a couple of minutes later. Maybe 3 minutes to check out. Food was spectacular, moist, juicy turkey, excellent stuffing, etc. I can not recommend the entire process highly enough. read more

Being that this Fresh Market location is down the street from my office, I'll occasionally go in there for the aioli mayos they have in stock, every once in a while something for lunch like their sushi, maybe a pastry, maybe a root beer... maybe just to walk around and think about the $1,000 I wish I had in my pocket so I could go on a crazy-ass grocery shopping spree -- buying up on loads of filet, ribeye, porterhouse steaks, racks of lamb, sea bass, a bunch of cheeses, a bunch of chocolate imported from some indigenous area in Brazil/Uruguay/Peru/Honduras, a ton of Stonewall Kitchen sauces that I can bathe-- I mean baste chicken, seafood, make a ton of dipping sauces to enjoy food to last a 1,000 minutes if I'm lucky. Yes, it's pricy; yes, I'm not too keen on that. But I do like their produce and upscale product selection, especially their sauce selection. And I do like buying bacon from the butcher's section and how they wrap in butcher paper... then I go home and cook the shit out of it, and eat it like some viking wearing nothing but a fur tunic. I like their chocolate selection. Don't care much for sweets, but do like my chocolate. A little pricy, sure. But I do enjoy their selection. I'll get a chocolate bar and bring it to my office and have a couple of squares and then put it away. Because then I would just feel fat if I ate the whole thing. Sometimes I will go and look at the wines, and go, "I've had you, and you, and you.. and *smirks* who hasn't had you? ... Had you, and you, and you and you... I'll try to be inconspicuous when looking at the pastries, and wonder if I should order one because... I'm fat. But then I realize, most people are fat, so fuck it, I'll spend the $6 on a bunt cake for shits and giggles, giggles and shits, and say afterwards, "Yeah, that was just fine. That was lovely and magical... and good for the next six months." One of these days, I'm going to buy their pot stickers, cook them at office, and devour them like some ravenous scavenger that hasn't seen food in weeks. I've been in this store several times. It's always clean and well stocked. The employee's are friendly and helpful. The reason for a 2 star rating was a customer was in the store with a dog. The dog wasn't wearing a service vest. The customer wasn't blind and didn't appear to be disabled. A grocery store is no place for a dog unless it's a bona fide service animal as spelled out in the american disability act. Shame on the store employee's, the store manager and the company for allowing this to happen. I hope someone will read this and let the health department know. read more

Today was the grand opening. I was afraid to go, but couldn't wait! I was pleasantly surprised that the staff was trained perfectly and the store was running as if it had been open for years. Samples were being handed out all over which made for a really fun trip to the store. I picked up some burgers and skirt steak and had some people over for a cookout. The food was a hit. The burgers were filled with mushrooms bacon and cheese. I can't wait to make this my go to store. read more

This place is a less good Whole Foods Market. The font and coloring of the logo seem to be trying to evoke Whole Foods, but the customer service I've come to expect from high end specialty retail stores with organic foodstuffs just wasn't there. We went in during our Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams questing. While they do stock Jeni's, the prices weren't accurate, and there were only five flavors to select. We chose our price mismatched ice creams, and at the register, the three cashiers were more involved in talking to each other than helping us check out. A very meh experience for a place where we spent over $20 on two pints of ice cream. I think I'd go out of my way when next in Boca. read more
