My favorite location to shop at! Everything is always in stock and neat and in order. They are very friendly!

Very unfriendly service. After standing in line for 7-10 minutes the young cashier with braided pigtails and black frame rectangular glasses decided to put up her close sign just as it was my turn. Not even looking at me or acknowledging my existence. She proceeded to make conversation with someone looking to be their friend or significant other. I didn't expect to be treated this way at a sprouts as this was my very first visit to one. Unfortunately I am unable to name this person as she was not wearing a name tag (not sure if it's required) nonetheless I did hope to be treated like a human being but I guess that is too much to ask. I hope sprouts can provide better training to employees so that if they do need to close their line they will at least acknowledge the inconvenience and disappointment this action or lack there of is causing. I guess next time I will drive 25 minutes out of my way to Whole Foods. At least I know I will get friendly service. read more

Introduced to Sprouts "sushi-to-go" this week & I really enjoyed it! To be honest, it was better than I expected, when picking up ready to eat dinner at the grocery store. Opted for the Crunchy Crab roll along with the Chefs Special combo. All three sushi varieties (chefs special had two type) were delicious but my favorite (and my 10 year old daughters favorite too) was the crab roll. Just a little spicy with tasty flavors and a nice crunch - YUM! I'm looking forward to trying more in the future after hearing about Sushi Wednesday! Not a bad low key sushi option, especially during times of corona virus quarantine. read more

I love coming to this Sprouts, everyone is always so nice and every time I come it's organized and clean.

We recently moved to ELP from San Diego and we are so happy to find our Sprouts. Sprouts is only a 5 minute drive from our home and parking is never a problem. Sprouts have great deals on fresh fruits and veggies and the variety is awesome. They have healthy prepared meals, yummy cheeses, dried fruits and bins of nuts, coffee and way more. The sandwiches are delicious and the blueberry muffins are a must. The vitamins are top quality and there's a person who knows their wellness stuff there to help you. Their fresh flowers are beautiful, the store is always clean and merchandised very nicely. The employees are super-nice and helpful. And...Sprouts is environmentally conscious and I feel I need to support that effort. See you tomorrow Sprouts! read more

I am one happy girl!! Although its still a ways from my house in the Northeast area, it is still that much closer than either the westside location or the the far eastside location. And the best part about it?? 4$ BASIL PLANTS THAT ARE OVER A FOOT HIGH!!!! This is probably the highest demand i have for any of these healthy food stores. I have been feening for one for awhile out here in El Paso so i can make some delicious pesto at home. Thank you new Sprouts! I also absolutely love the Fresh Juice station. Great price for delicious sounding options! My 2nd favoritest thing i bought was their very generous bag of shisito peppers for only $2!!! How amazing is that??? I cannot wait to make this a regular stop in my grocery shopping festivities! read more

You can't go wrong when you go to sprouts stores. I really enjoyed the selection of authentic and unique items. The biggest thing about sprouts that I really enjoy is a selection of fresh fruits, Estable's and imported candies. If you looking for someplace to super unique and not too expensive but above the normal sprouts is definitely the place to go. Thanks guys see you next time. read more

This is one of our go-to grocery stores in the area. I am going to strictly speak about the pre-ordered Thanksgiving dinner we bought from here. I had ordered the turkey breast. It was supposed to come with the sides. Pick up day arrives, and we get to the counter a few minutes after the designated time. I brought with me a copy of the email letting me know it's ready, because the app just wasn't working that night. We waited there for a few minutes until a staff decided to ask why we're there. I handed her the paper with the barcode (as instructed in the email), and she looked at me like I had grown horns. She asked for my name and phone number, which I hurriedly gave her, considering I had already waited too long for such a pick up. It took them another 10 minutes to just start packing the boxes and hand them out. There was no scanner in sight, which makes me wonder why the barcode in the email, and they looked completely lost and unaware this pick-up thing was happening. The surprise wasn't over. Thanksgiving day, I had to reheat the breast, mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing. The mashed potatoes had been frozen and hadn't thawed out in a day in the fridge. They were watery and crumbled, which made me believe they were made out of a box, and not out of, you know, boiled potatoes. So I resorted to making my own. The stuffing looked (and later tasted) like wet bread with a whole lot of spices. Gross. Aside from the turkey breast, which was tender and delicious, this was an alarmingly disappointing dinner. Sprouts can do so much better. The 16oz of gravy was TOO much for a small dinner and I ended up throwing most of it out. The stuffing and potatoes were also thrown out. Anyway, I won't be ordering their ready-to-go dinners anymore, and I told them so in my review, which they have yet to address. read more

I really wanted to like this place but files EVERYWHERE plus it smelled terrible. The employees look depressed maybe management isnt doing its job properly? I mean take care of your workers etc . The one manager i saw running around..carlos i think his name was seemed to be very off putting hurried as he was barking orders to his staff. They try to be whole foods and the one on the westside is nicer...i just get a feeling something is rotten in denmark with how its run. read more

Unfortunately it wasn't there so I talked to the manager don't know her name but she let me get the things that had gotten stolen. This review is in regard to the Meat/Butcher counter. Since moving to El Paso 10 years ago I have had trouble finding a good place to get well cut meats. Even the other Sprouts meat counters have less than desirable cuts and presentation. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact the people cutting are not actual butchers, just cutters (there is a difference). I was running early to work so I decided to check out the Sprouts off McRae. I went to the meat counter and was actually blown away by the cuts. Also, the counter just has a better and cleaner presentation. It was like I was actually at a butchery. The t-bones at the counter were perfectly cut. I was greeted by a gentleman named Daniel, who turns out is the manager of the meat department. I got to talking to him for a few minutes, which in itself was great that he took the time, and found out he has been a butcher for well over a decade in California and just moved to El Paso. I can definitely tell the difference in his training and experience. He definitely knew he meats and cuts. I will be going back to this Sprouts location. Daniel gave great customers service and he is a legitimate butcher. It's great to finally find a REAL butcher in El Paso. Make sure you ask for Daniel when you get to the counter. He will take care of you. read more

I live in the northeast and make the trip at least once every 2 weeks just for the veggie prices! It's always very clean and the workers are knowledgeable, super helpful, and nice. Parking is always accessible and it's never super packed, at least when I come :) 10/10 recommend. read more

This is the worst Sprouts I have ever been to. For the second time I came in to buy something and before leaving I put back my items back instead of checking out. Both times there was only one teller and long long line. This time, however, we had the added pleasure of most of the produce area being empty. I was really excited when this location opened up down the street but I will not be returning and instead I will be driving to the Far East side location. read more

Sprouts has a great selection of healthy and organic products and their prices are very competitive with other high end grocery stores. All of their produce is guaranteed fresh every three days and their customer service is top notch. I really like their freshly prepared heat and eat meals and their grab and go salads and snack packs. Their deli makes excellent customizable sandwiches to order and you can upgrade to Boars Head meats or get chips and a drink for just a dollar more. The store is clean and well organized and has an extensive vitamin, bulk foods and even bulk spices section which can save you a lot if you like to cook at home. The meat counter has great variety of marinated fish, chicken and meats ready to grill or toss into an air fryer which can save you time when making dinner. If you're on your lunch break you can grab a sandwich and a drink or reheat a meal in their convenient microwave located in the seating area at the front of the store. Sprouts really has it all and is easily my favorite grocery store in El Paso. read more

I bought 1.10 Lbs of Oranges - A total of 3 each 1.29 lb Sprouts Scale said 1.74 Lbs I bought a 1 lb bag of Oatmeal bulk prepackages - Weight .975 lb The price was $1.19 lb ... They charged me $1.20 I know 80 Cents over charge is not much but when I called them on telephone on it ... They didn't care. The Gal said Scales are all different. I NEVER heard that one before. Word to the Wise - 10 items over charged by weight turns into alot more than 80 cents. No More Sprouts for me. A company that deals by weight came in TOO HEAVY on My Wallet. read more

OMG, I really love this store and everyone working here is very nice and helpful, the customer service is great My only issue is that the cashiers are mega slow I was in line to pay for a salad and a cashier by the name of Naomi was super mega slow. This store is very clean and I'm starting to learn my way around the aisles. They carry sooo many products. The produce selection is very good. I mainly shop here for the weekly specials, especially seafood and meat departments. The prices are bit high, but some items can only be found here, without ordering online. It's a very convenient location on McRae and I've never had trouble finding a parking space. A big plus! My kids love the bulk items, nuts and dried fruit for packing their own snacks. read more

Lovely location! Somehow it seems bigger than the one on the Far East side. I am really loving how they copied Whole Foods concept of having dairy and other items in shelves with glass doors. Makes the store look more polished. They also have things arranged slightly different and did see a few things (prepared side dishes) that I've never seen at the far east side store. I have grown to love this market! So much so that I trust them and their product to keep my own small business running. Every single associate I encounter is smiling and happy to help me in any way (sort of like a Chick-fil-A)! They have a limitless assortment of healthy and organic products to meet even the most stringent diets. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and cleanliness. I would shop here over any Whole Foods! They haven't been open long, but they are setting the bar high. read more

Meh! Not very fond of this place, what I could not locate at this location, had to go all the way to the Far East! Im supposed to go later this evening and give it another shot. The other healthy store in the West Side is still my favorite, more vegan options, and a wider selection to choose from that includes everything. Be very careful when buying muffins. I've purchased all different flavors in the store and they all were super greasy. They look great but you will find they are all greasy and the flour is cheesy. read more
