If you need a variety of clean, vegetarian, or vegan foods, this is the place. It's stocked with so much variety of dairy "alternates" made from oats, cashews, rice, goat milk, etc. this is great for the lactose sensitive or intolerant like myself. I love how, in the center of the store, is a "exploratory" display where they temporarily bring in new things and, depending on how successful they are, decide if they'll be permanent additions to the store's stock or not. I've tried some great things from there, from olive oil, to snack crackers, to adaptogen teas. The produce is various enough, fresh, and beautiful to look at when well stocked - lol! The only downside to Sprouts here is if you're an omnivore, the meat selection is lacking at times. Not only that but other "pantry staples" if the rest of your household doesn't do "granola brands" are slim pickings. Essentially, expect to find the healthier version of whatever it is you're thinking of here at Sprouts. :) I don't encounter staff very often, but I did have one experience where I got a turkey for Thanksgiving here. Refrigerated it for a couple days before preparing it, but when I opened the wrap to begin preparations for brining it, the turkey's rancid smell filled the house - everyone was holding their nose, it was awful. I taped up the turkey and called Sprouts to see what - if anything - they'd do for the not-so-cheap, rancid-too-fast experience. I didn't expect anything, to be honest. What would they do with it?! But I was pleasantly surprised when the person on the phone had me bring the turkey back for a refund the day before Thanksgiving. So I did. They didn't have any other turkeys left, but I got a refund and was able to find a quick replacement elsewhere. read more

Sprouts is always a great place to shop at. We have been going there for a very long time. They have plenty of fresh items to choose from. The meat market has a good amount of items to choose from from chicken,beef,fish,etc. We have had them cut some of the meat to a specific way, and the employees had no issue helping us. The produce is always fresh and keeps for a good amount of time. We also like all the selections of snacks that are all a healthy alternative. The store is always clean and kept up with. This store has a large inventory of "organic" foods. Do not be fooled however, by the fruits. They have drastically changed the quality and the delicious looking oranges and tomatoes are more often than not, old. Secondly, bring bags or you be forced to buy an overpriced one. The service used to be the best however the last two times I went the checkout staff was rude. The only good thing there is the Sushi maker. He is kind and friendly. He should get a raise because he works hard and creates a good ambiance. Sushi is not the best but a good value in Wednesday. read more

This Sprouts is one of the best locations I've been in! Staff is friendly and helpful and they do not make you wait! Produce is super fresh with lots of price deals. I love the bulk foods and the fresh bakery items. They will order special things like gluten free and whatever you need for your health concern and the natural vitamin and protein powder section is nicely laid out. It's such a pretty market and I can always pop in quickly. Very clean with wipes and gloves and sanitizer. Meats are fresh and did you know the deli sandwiches made to order are delicious and inexpensive? Try it for your lunch! And then grab pretty flowers and cards on your way out -- they also make balloon bouquets and you can order ahead of time. Check online for weekly deals, too! read more

Went in to purchase Collagen, loyal to Sprouts for this item. Was pleased to see a special tag stating "Buy One Get One." Got to the cashier and was told they could not honor, the label indicated good through 2-15, today is the 17th. Cashier was nice yet did not honor nor make an attempt to speak with a manager about the miss on Sprouts part. Gave 1 star because the cashier was pleasant. read more

Produce has gone downhill. Not sure why but everything has been wilted or rotten. It's been going on for months now.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Sprouts has lost its principals of good healthy organic high quality food at a reasonable price... now they are not concerned about the quality, nor are they concerns about the organic, they seem to only be concerned about the price and how much they can sell them for. The organic section is getting smaller and smaller and the prices seem to be going up and up... they are not any better than a high prices super market now. The new place to shop is market street, they have a lot of organic, about 25 times more than sprouts and their prices are much much more reasonable. Sprouts is selling GMO'd orange juice. The chicken seems to be getting bigger and bigger and bigger, in fact, each chicken breast looks like the chest of a horse... what that tells me is that they might be GMO'd. read more

Didn't know what to eat during my lunch break. Figured I might as well try something healthy. Happened to end up at Sprouts. I was surprised by how amazing the sandwich at the deli was. Walked up and got some great customer service. The gentleman had me fill out a small piece of paper. I simply checked everything I wanted on the sandwich. I absolutely love the system they have going on, as it prevents additional effort in having to verbalize everything you want (im lazy). He even offered additional items from the produce section that he said he didn't mind adding to the sandwich (got major brownie points there). He took a good chunk of time to make the sandwich just perfect, so neat. Tasted amazing. I would pick this place over subway any day. read more

I went into sprouts today and did not wear a mask my time inside. No one said a word and I even had a basket full of goods. Upon checkout the clerk said sorry no mask no check out. So I shopped for over 20 minutes to be turned down at the checkout? I informed them I had a disability and could not wear a mask and they said that was not their concern. I told them they could keep their products. Hold the line Texas if you ever want your rights back. read more

Stopped in on my way home. I usually go to the Kroger or market street down the road. I am unable to wear masks due to disability. But I take plenty of precautions for my and others safety with covid and social distancing etc. they let me get meat cut at the deli. It is unfortunate that they will not support their disability customers. There was then a worker who followed me out and said what are you 16 and can't comply? Well this location isn't the best Sprouts had to offer... it's a little small but it gets the job done! An important factor is the people are always nice, friendly and helpful!! I don't come here for my every day type grocery shopping, I tend to keep it to the fruits, veggies and their pre made meals. Sprouts had a very underrated or maybe just neglected pre made food section with meals ranging from pastas to chicken with sides. My favorited thing is to pick up the pasta and make my own chicken then just add it to a pan and warm it up... you can do some pretty awesome things with what they have as a pre made meal! On a side note Sprouts had the best unique selection of Kombucha flavors! I can't really speak for the other things they have to offer but it's a pretty cool place and you can find some cool things! read more

The manager was pretty rude to begin with. Not many people know this but I have extremely bad asthma due to burn pits in Afghanistan. I have a hard time breathing as it is. Last time I ordered here online I got a lot of fruits and vegetables that was spoiled the next day. Do not recommend anyone to shop online at sprouts. This location is a hit or miss. Multiple occurrences of items being charged incorrectly, and just today the bagger didn't put one of the more expensive items I bought with our bags. I won't be coming to this location anymore - the staff are friendly, but I'm sick of being charged incorrectly (always more incidentally) and now having to worry if all of my items are given to me. read more

I've always like sprouts but I've decided not to shop there anymore. I realized that their bins for nuts, dried fruits and other items are potential health hazards. Many people just reach into those bins to grab and snack. No one washes their hands. Even with the scoops, the handle is contaminated and put back into the bin. Went to Sprouts yesterday on my lunch break b/c our office just moved to Highland Village. This was my second time in, the first being a few weeks ago when I was buzzed on margaritas...which I thought the place was awesome. Everyone always talks about the great produce and the cheap prices...yea, it's easy to mark down the produce when it is wrinkled and over-ripe. I did buy some mangoes and zucchinis, but had to do some diggin. I will say they have good seafood, haven't tried the meat b/c I don't eat it. There is a good selection of candies, chocolate covered yummies, granolas, couscous and other stuffs in the bins...I just chowed down on some cinnamon almond granola for my breakfast. The beauty products are expensive and I am tempted to buy something to see if price really does denote quality. Both times in, I take a sniff of the JASON brand apricot shampoo...smells soooo good....on sale for $7 each. No thanks, I'll just take free sniffs. Bottom line, I'll shop here for certain items like vitamins and fish and granola and maybe a $0.99 Sprouts bag to keep in my car for trips to the Farmers Market downtown. read more

I like this place. I really didn't think it was any cheaper than Whole Foods or Central Market - it's roughly the same. I was very happy to find my jojoba oil here - not exactly a hot commodity at the local Wal-mart or Kroger. Great selection of vitamins and other dietary supplements. The meals to go are decent...not sure they are exactly (low fat) but they are pretty good. Not like Central Market meals to go - those are awesome. Best grocery store in Flower Mound for fresh natural organic and healthy food, vitamins, cleaning supplies, beauty supples and more. This place is like a mini Whole Foods or Central Market. They dont have the breadth or depth of product selection but it gives you a nice product sampling of most. Excellent fresh meat and seafood! Love the in house made sausages and burger patties with so many tempting flavor combos to choose from you'll never get board! They have a pretty darn good beer selection too! Beer, burgers, and brats! Now this is starting to sound like a summer time party! :-) Produce sometimes leaves something to be desired..lots of overripe fruits and veggies. :*( Fresh baked goods, lots of fancy cheeses, and tons of Yogurt and Keifer Products to pick from. Love the ample selection of bulk grains, nuts, legumes, beans, cereals, and candy in giant bins in the center of the store. i love sprouts and so does my son. the produce is always fresh and good quality. the staff is more than helpful (although ive had issues with older man at seafood) but hes one man in a store full of great ppl. they dnt have as many vegan options as whole foods but the price is better and the staff makes up for it. there is obviously a good training program in place because if someone doesnt know an answer (rare) they quickly find another worker who does. its all about that service to me. one of the best vitamin places too!! read more

Have to say that I didn't shop there a lot because of a rumor it was costly like Whole Foods. Boy were we deceived. The prices are great and the quality of produce is wonderful. I have never been disappointed. The dairy section always has sales too. The store is labeling foods with gluten free stickers which is a great help to us. The men stocking produce and bulk along with every cashier are friendly and helpful....can't say the same to the snobs working in health/vitamin/cosmetics. I shop in the bulk containers even though my friends warm me it's contaminated with germs. Maybe they should go to dispensers and get more sales on bulk!!! read more
