I've had this spot on my list for a while and was recently in the area so had to stop in. I love supporting establishments that cater to vegan/plant based/whole food diets and this shop does not disappoint. Many items are dairy free, refined sugar free and seed oil free - hard to come by! Customer service was great. I was greeted by the owner (woman) who encouraged me to take my time and look around as it was my first time in. Additionally, she did not "watch over me" and allowed me to browse at my own pace which I appreciated. On this particular trip, I picked up the peanut butter protein truffles ($15) and a vanilla cheeseless-cake slice. ($14)The truffles were great! Definitely cured a sweet tooth without any of the nasties! Unfortunately, my cheesecake melted during my commute home and I tried to salvage it but was not very successful; from what I tasted, I wasn't the biggest fan of this item. Prices are a bit steep for the portion of the two items; however, I understand quality ingredients will be a bit more. When I first drove up, I wasn't sure if it was open because the windows are very dark I guess because of the sun shining through. I was immediately assisted upon entering. It's a small store but loaded with wonderful items. I was encouraged to try Algae cooking oil and I love it. It has a sort of buttery taste. I originally came to buy something to eat for dinner and ended up buying soup and a salmon meal and they were both great. I asked if there were any low sodium soup options and there were none. The soup was good but the salt was too much for me. And fyi I don't like to add salt to my meals. The salmon over quinoa meal was delicious too. And the last item I purchased was a muffin. It's been a while, but I can't really remember what it taste like. But I highly recommend GOrganics Eats and definitely the Algae Cooking Oil. One more thing. When paying for my items I was asked if I wanted to add a tip. I thought that was weird but if you're there to purchase a coffee or tea drink I think that's appropriate but not when buying items like I did. But oh well... read more

It's not often that I rate less than 3 stars, and I've thought about this one a lot since I visited the shop. I was referred to this shop by a friend who sells me fresh eggs. She's big into organics and eating well, and I respect her recommendations. But I did not even get waited on. Seriously. This is a very small shop, so it's extremely easy to be seen. It looks like this store sells healthy foods and seasonings, but it's not easy to tell what all is going on. Maybe they sell soups for weight loss? Im not sure. They also have a short bar with coffee and tea drinks. I saw two people who looked like they work there, but I couldn't get either's attention. One was talking to a different customer (maybe?) for the 20 minutes I was there. The other walked back and forth from the back to the short bar (maybe restocking items?) Typically customer service would welcome you indoors recognize you in some manner...maybe say "I'll be with you in a moment"? So I left. No service and no merchandise. I just left. I will try to go back because maybe they just had an off day. When I do, I'll update this review with hopefully a positive outcome. read more

Words can't explain how good this place is! It is literally my favorite go-to-meals when I'm not able to cook. The soups to the desserts are incredibly delicious. You can taste the love in every bite. So home cooked! My favorite soups are the Butternut squash, mushroom cream, tomato cream, and the Thai chicken! OH-M-GEEE! Love the concept , they carry great brands and the peanut butter protein truffles are delicious. My only complaint is the mark up on supplements. I paid 75 bucks for a bottle of Gaia milk thistle-- and I was tempted to put it back during checkout , I knew instinctively that was way too high for Gaia. Went online same supplements are sold for 50 bucks all across the internet. And I double checked to make sure it was the same mg etc. I love to support local and I think it's great they don't use seed oils, but I would not purchase supplements here. read more

I cannot describe how much I enjoy the food here. I'm from Houston area and visit family in town. I discovered this spot on one visit and have been coming back ever since. I must stop by and get something before heading home. The owner is so friendly. She always suggests something and tells a tidbit about her food. The place is quaint and has tables to eat in. I never take pictures of my food because I only think about eating them right away. Next time, I will bring a cooler to take home more goodies to enjoy and also take pictures. Amazing variety and quality! I was so impressed that I could feel good about anything I purchased here. The drinks were fantastically made. Really remarkable knowledge clearly goes into each item resulting in an ideal product. I tried the golden milk, blue matcha, and the coffee with nitrogen. Trying the smoothest and creamiest I have ever ever tasted. Simon was willing to explain everything but without being overbearing (because I was asking questions and wanted to learn). The blueberry mousse dessert shaped like a rose satisfied my sweet tooth without being too sweet tasting. It smelled definitively of blueberry but with other flavors upon tasting it. I visited GOrganics EATS today for the first time and it immediately stood out to me as being an exceptional health food store. I've worked in the health supplement industry for 5 and 1/2 years now, in almost every possible role that you can think of from retail to wholesale, to marketing, to logistics, to research, to management, etc. so I've been exposed to nearly every health food and supplement store in Tarrant county. I want to say that even though GOrganics EATS is small and unassuming on the outside, what they lack in size and bravado they more than make up for with product selection and quality and customer service. I was especially impressed by the variety of options that they had for vegans. Most health food stores will have some vegan options, but GOorganics seemed to outweigh their non-vegan options with their vegan options. When trying to find a place to buy a dessert for a friend with a gluten & dairy allergy; I stumbled upon this amazing cafe and I am so happy I did! Now I visit a few times a week... It is that good! You will feel good after eating any item from this store. If you are at all health conscious, this is an awesome place to shop. I use an app called 'Yuka' which rates food on a scale of 0-100 based on healthiness (additives, preservatives, added hormones, etc.) and the first thing I scanned off the shelf got a 100/100. I have only scanned one item elsewhere, including at Whole Foods, that got high of a that score. Their coffee is extremely good. You can taste a difference in the coffee here over any other coffee shops. The owner/owners and employees are also very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. read more

Everything in-store is dairy and gluten free, and they were sure to ask about any potential food allergies before providing us with any recommendations. Immediately after walking in, you will notice large boards on the walls showcasing all of their beautiful desserts. They are very transparent with their ingredients and process, displaying informational fliers along the wall providing more details regarding the description, ingredients, and nutritional info of everything they offer. We were given a generous opportunity to sample a wide assortment of their flavors ranging from blue matcha, to strawberry, to chocolate made from real cacao powder! Their Dots were frozen, bitesized morsels that resembled little ice cream blocks, melting smoothly in your mouth. Their Spheres, Hearts, and Roses were larger portion sizes that were beautifully shaped and just as smooth and refreshing. Their CoconutCreams were deliciously rich and packed full of real fruit flavors. I truly felt guilt free as I devoured these desserts knowing they were both tasty and healthy. They have dairy free, but free, honey free, basically let them know when you arrive what you can't have and they will help you decide. I brought my two kids in with me, none of us have allergies but I wanted to check it out. The young woman who helped us was very sweet and answered all of my questions and let the kids try some samples. My daughter(1.5yo) LOVED everything there, my son got a big shy and enjoyed the treats once we got home.
