Mike, the butcher manager at Sprouts in Glendora, provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. His enthusiasm, positivity, and genuine passion for what he does are absolutely contagious. He took the time to talk with us about different cuts of meat, shared cooking tips, and explained the current specials without ever making it feel like a sales pitch. You could tell he truly enjoys helping customers. The lamb chops he prepared and was handing out for customers to sample were outstanding. They were cooked perfectly and showcased the quality of the products Sprouts offers. As a retail manager with more than 10 years of experience, I know how difficult it is to find team members who naturally connect with people the way Mike does. Technical skills can be taught, but the energy, authenticity, and customer-first attitude he brings are incredibly rare. Sprouts in Glendora is fortunate to have someone like him leading the meat department. I'd also like to recognize Brianna at the checkout for being friendly, helpful, and eager to assist, and Damian, the store manager, for being genuinely kind and welcoming. I love to shop at Sprouts Farmers Market. The store is very clean and organized. They have the freshest produce,and the best quality of seafood and meat. The Deli department has a wide variety of cheese, sliced meat, salad, dips, olives and more. Their sandwiches are very fresh and mouth watering. They also have pre- cooked meal to go. I have not tried it yet, but it looks good. The frozen section has many great products. The service is always fast at this branch. The price is reasonable compared to quality of food. read more

New year and the best grocery store for getting back in shape and watching what you eat... is Sprouts Farmers Market! It has come a long way and now offers an internal Klatch Coffee shop. I love that! I did not try it, but will definitely be back. I love this Sprouts location, and always have a great experience throughout. The vibe is very laid back, and the staff is very friendly. Shoutout to the Butcher!! He is our favorite staff member, and he always takes the time to greet us. You can find organic produce, organic bread, organic grass fed beef, organic cereal, organic milk from a cow named ChaCha, organic eggs that are naturally blue and brown, they even have fresh, organic cookies, candy and soda. Cashier - Geoffrey was a complete jerk - I use to go there two maybe three times a month but after this last experience I won't ever go back! Also the additional cashier could have opened another lane to help us out rather than make us all wait for the lady with two shopping carts full of food that couldn't figure out how to pay but no she was to busy ignoring us and cleaning the cash register to help. Carding for beer may be policy but it's just silly to card some who is 58 gray receding hair line and glasses seriously what a jerk. I show him my ID and he even makes me take it out of the wallet so he can see it better. From now on it's Stater Brothers or Albertsons for me. read more

this place never fails to make my sandwich incorrectly. Because they package it a certain way you dont know until later when at work. This is the 3rd time in a month ive had it made incorrectly. I make it as clear as possible on the note, also anoyying that im not going to waste food but also cant just go back during my lunch. sometimes there are toppings i never asked for, incorrect bread, or whatever else. Also the worst part about this sprouts are the people that are always trying to sell stuff outside of it. They pester every customer. read more

I went to Sprouts tonight. I just got out of the hospital couple days before from asthma attack. I needed some things to help my breathing. I have been shopping at Sprouts since it opened in Glendora. There has never been anything special really about Sprouts for me. I believe employees are what really make an establishment. I never really write reviews but tonight I felt that I just had to. An angel was put in my path tonight. I went into the health section not really sure of what I was getting. Shannon walked up to me and asked if she could help me. I told her what was going on with the Asthma. She was genuinely listening and concerned. I am a complete stranger Yet was She was so endearing and knowledgeable. I felt like I was the most important person for that moment. I seriously felt like I was in a neighborhood pharmacy in 1950's. I felt like she went out of her way for me. I feel as though Shannon should be training your other employees to treat all Sprouts customers with such caring and consideration. I absolutely love this location. Great lighting, friendly service, and a huge variety of different groceries. I also love the deli area; this location offers way more options for the sandwiches than the other ones do. The sandwiches are around $5 and they're big enough to feed two people. I grocery shop here twice a week. Sale Items: if a fruit/vegetable/meat is on sale, avoid it. I have regretted it every time. Their quality is terrible when on sale. Fruits & Veggies: hit or miss. You never know what you get until you bring it home and wash it. Strawberries are trash. They look good until you wash them. I end up always throwing away half of it, so I stopped buying them here. I do find that their organic pricing is better here than at other grocery stores. Quality: make sure to check expiration dates on everything you buy. I have purchased many items, only to find out that they are expired when I get home. Service: it's a community market. Residents come here to buy their groceries. Staff should be neighborly and not appear like they are just there for their paycheck. Smile at your customers and be hospitable. Ambience: plenty of parking. I normally go to this location and often purchase the prepackaged items from the deli area, last night I purchased 2 grilled salmon pieces that were pre-packaged I took one piece for lunch and on my last bite I noticed a hard piece I thought maybe a bone turns out it was a piece of plastic cooked onto the salmon.... The place to got for some healthy eating. I come here often for my meal prepping ingredients and I love the fact that they have a variety of options available. The staff is very helpful and the store is very well organized and very clean. Only thing I would like to see more of are keto options at their grab and go section. Huge fan of the cauliflower rice and green beans, but would like to see more veggies not honey glazed or stuff added for sweetness. I just love Sprouts. All of the fresh and healthy food with a great variety to choose from is always pleasing to the eye and body! Love their sandwich counter! Sandwiches never disappoint! It's a little hard to find things if you're not a regular customer, but the staff are helpful and always ready to give advice on product or show you where things are. I have one where I live but had a bag experience in SLO where they told me they didn't have gluten free bread to make a sandwich, and were rude about it, like I shouldn't have asked.
