I stopped by Sprouts today. The location in Manassas is closest to me and I have heard good things. It's a very clean and organized grocery store. It is not your typical size. It is actually much smaller but has clean products and products you may not find at any other grocery store. I passed by a shelf with sea moss mango lemonade and decided to try that. There is 0.10 charge for bags so keep your bag close by. read more

I love coming here with my toddler. He can be handful but they're always helpful. Talking to him and giving him stickers keeping him distracted as I try to finish checking out. The other day my son wanted this bluey coloring book that was near the register one price label said 6.99 but I guess it was for the cough drops hanging near by. The book was actually 14.99. Instead of making a big deal about it they just discounted it for me. That meant the world to me because I didn't want to disappoint my son but I really didn't want to spend 15 dollars for a coloring book. That is what real customer service looks like and why although sprouts cost a tad more for some items they keep me coming back just because of the way they treat my son and I. read more

This Sprouts location seemed to have recently opened up in the Manaport Plaza. The store itself is bright and well-organized and seemed to be well-stocked. Most of the staff here were welcoming and super friendly, except the one individual who seemed to be in the worst mood, stocking the cookie/baked section. We ended up purchasing a delicious labne dip, some of the store's oatmeal cranberry walnut cookies, and some pita chips that were on sale. The self-checkout is super convenient! I give the store 2 stars for cleanliness and friendliness, but beyond that it leaves much to be desired. My biggest complaint is that they don't keep items regularly in stock. It is incredibly too common to find items out of stock for days or even weeks before they restock. Although the staff are friendly, they're not very useful. The other day, when I was checking out, the lady asked if I found everything I needed. I said that I did not and explained what was out of stock. She gave no response and instead just smiled and looked away. Then a few days later I asked a stockboy to check in the back for an item. He was kind enough to check for me but returned empty handed. He said they don't know when items will be restocked because some third-party supplier is responsible for restocking. I don't know what that means, but I find it disturbing that a business has no idea when items are coming to their store. Beyond the constant inventory shortages, my next biggest complaint is that this store is way overpriced. They slap an "organic" label on everything and then jack the prices way up. Convenient stores often have better prices than Sprouts. I go here frequently because it is close to my home, but I wouldn't make a point of coming here if I didn't have to. If you're looking to shop for basic groceries and want to complete all your shopping in one place, go somewhere else. This store is far to hit-or-miss. read more

I am so happy when they opened this store at Manassas.All the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. Alana is so friendly and always informs me with the sale on the meat and ready to cook sections. The store is really clean and organized. The check out is fast and easy. My favorite will be the selection of granolas that they offered and the organic coffees. So much choices. The skin cares and vitamins also top quality. My kids love it here because they can get snack/chips/beverage that "Mother proof" (that what they call it). Healthier option for junk food lol. A lot of product mark on sale from meat to chips. Win win for me. They also give coupon on the end of your receipt. read more

Amazing sprouts location. I love to bulk buy and, with the outstanding service and deals, I usually make out with all or most of my shopping list. I have to also shoutout the produce department and Jason for their continued great service, willingness to quickly restock items low in stock or find the exact items you are looking for with a great attitude. Generally, I like all the Sprouts farmers markets. This one is fine though limited. This is the second time my wife and I have been profiled. Also, cased at the checkout. Judging some of the employees, we should be following them, lol! We are in our seventies and only buy vegetables, fruits and apple juice (which was $8.99). So, who's the crook? Last week I visited the store to purchase Lions Mane Mushrooms and there were none in stock. The produce manager informed me that he was expecting the truck to arrive the next day and they would be on the delivery truck. I called the store on Wed and was transferred to the Produce Dept where one of the employees Will took my call. I asked him if the mushrooms were in and he offered to place me on hold while he checked the cooler. He returned and assured me the Lions Mane Mushrooms had arrived and offered to put a few packages aside for me until I got to the store. When I arrived a short while later, I asked for Will and he went to the cooler to retrieve the packages he placed aside for me. I thanked him as he displayed excellent customer service and is an asset to the company. I was already familiar with the grocery store as I lived in the TampaBay and frequented the store quite often. I was overjoyed when I realized the store was coming to Manassas and I no longer had to drive to Herndon to purchase items from them. I will continue to be a customer at Sprouts Market as long as the quality and excellent customer service is maintained. read more

I'm happy that Sprouts moved into Manassas. While it's not as good as Mom's Organic or Wegmans, it's much closer and they do tend to have more varieties of some of the product lines I buy. I was pleased to see that they have a filtered water machine by the checkouts. read more

Love the other Sprouts stores but this one is disgusting and the location is terrible. I watched a customer put several items in her purse while the kids ate the fruit -- and put some half eaten pieces back. I've gone twice and each time was approached by someone asking for money in the parking lot. One person offered to "watch" my car (for a small fee) while I was inside. I appreciate the entrepreneurial effort,, but I got back in my car and left. read more

The best thing to happen to Manassas since Lidl! So many brands of the things I am looking for. The "manager specials" are excellent prices. Something's are priced higher than other places but if you are shopping sales or semi-prepared food (assembled not cooked) are all excellent. Quick night dinners can't beat them even at full price. The store brand prices are very comprable to Giant prices. read more
