There are zero tables in this "Grocery Store" (it's really a small convenience store); there are no "fine wines". It is NOT a restaurant and there are no waiter, and there is very little parking. So don't show up here expecting a restaurant. Besides a limited sandwich to-go menu - the rest of the place is a small convenience store with the usual convenience store offerings: snacks, soda, beer, ice, etc. And for the Fishers of the world - they sell some Bait options. I was very impressed with the quality and volume of everything that I got, especially compared to how affordable it is. I love that 4P Foods has made the process of getting food via CSA so easy and convenient. You can get local veggies, meat, dairy, and pantry items for a really good price, no more than you would pay at the grocery store, and I feel great knowing that I am supporting local farms. It's really easy to put in my order, select what I want each Saturday and then just sit back and wait for my delivery. I also love the recipes that they send for ideas on dishes to make. The delivery is made to my front door, which is huge considering that I live in an apartment. I have definitely recommended to all of my friends!

My pint of blueberries arrived fully crushed and I reach out to the team to see what they could do. And within minutes, I had a response from my initial point of contact and the customer care associate. 4p foods has been such a bright spot during a time in our country where systemic racism continues to impact many Black people and other marginalized communities. Participating in a sustainable food source and cooking a plant-based diet are ways that I am resisting the impact of capitalism on black bodies. I would love to see more foods sourced from black owned farms in the region.

The precut fruit was looking fantastic as well. The slow ambiance filled music playing in the background will have you wondering if you should be slow dancing in the aisle as the store is dimly lit on the inside. The bonus was I had a hard time finding taco shells of all things. As I stood in the middle of aisle 8 and asked a gentleman who was stocking the shelf if he worked there her responded no but he does so I turn around and the other gentleman stops and says how can I help you ma'am. I advised I was looking for taco shells and it was like he was in unison with the music as he replied aisle 16. Taco shells in hand, made my way to the checkout and was on my way. They do have several self check outs for use if you like to ring up your own groceries but as for me, I still go through the regular check out lines, you know, to help save jobs.

Dollar general has always been in my life. And I have seen pictures of the store called (General Store ) in the late 1800s and early 1900s that was associated with the area and places. The other one for the 60s in this area was iga now mainly associated with the southern states of this country these days. So not a problem with the store itself or workers but problem people in the area like a school for bad kids seeking havoc in the area terrorizing visitors to this country amd making amtraks stop and robbing train freight so let's spread the word as a community and win this fight and do the best we can.
