As a vegan, I am a big fan of Wegmans thanks to their excellent selection of faux meats & cheeses, as well as beautiful produce, dry beans, and cruelty-free health & home products. Clean, intuitively laid out, and well stocked, I appreciate the interior environment as a pleasing place to shop. The location is fantastic, sharing a plaza with Old Navy, Five Below, Dick's and Ross. YES: vegan friendly

She proceeded to tell me she would reshop it.... I watched her serve 4 other cars while I sat for over an hour. She did apologize and said she would refund the order... did that happen.... I'll wait.... not doing a pick up ever again. Update: Per Tyson McKee their not going to uphold what I was told. Sorry service and poor management. I guess $50 surpasses repeat business. Something odd is going on with this store's hiring practices - i.e. management. It looks like most…read moreof the previous staff (Americans) have largely been replaced by people from the exact same 'background'. The pattern is hard to ignore and raises obvious questions about management's motive. The bigger issue is that customer service appears to be an alien concept to the staff and management. On one pickup, an employee whose background shall not be named, immediately pushed for a review. Apparently, earning five stars is optional; asking for them isn't. If you're in the store, customer service starts with pretending you don't exist.

However a few weeks ago I was shopping there, after they reopened the main door for customer use. On that day I was followed through the store as well as the bathroom when I decided to use the rest room. In the moment I didn't quite realize what was happening however it became clear I was being profiled and followed through the store. I paid for my groceries and left The store however was so put off by the situation that I called the store manager and made my feelings known. He apologize but that doesn't change the situation. I will never shop here again and I have spent a lot of money why here over the years. Their new security efforts have alienated me and I won't spend another dollar at Giant. If Giant has such a theft issue that they want to treat current and long term customers badly, they should close the business. I have no reason to steal groceries and to be treated as such a person is an insult that no apology will correct.

Time may have changed a lot of the area but Mayhughes remains the same. Sells lottery tickets/drinks/chips/ice cream from a freezer and they have a small deli inside. They sell chip beef gravy. I've gotten it a couple times pre-Yelp. Nice people there also.
