I called this store today to ask if there is any updates regarding the new consoles. The associate I spoke with checked with his manager and I could hear her state in the background "we're done". Pretty vague response so I followed up and asked if there was a timetable on when they may have some updates. As he relays this to his manager I hear her yell " I told you we're done! What did you not understand?" Not only do I not envy this man's work shift, this is poor leadership and customer service.
