Another associate showed me on my phone how to find my items. I asked him do I just go get them or do I need the paper like normal? He told me to go get them and when I come back up to give them the invoice number and they would get me checked out. I did this but before I was even out of the aisle when I was done, Paige was yelling at me because I went down "her" aisle in "her" store without a sale print out. I tried to explain to her that another associate told me to do that. She didn't want to hear it. She was very unprofessional and belittling. My granddaughter even asked why that lady was yelling at me. Everytime I tried to explain she just kept interupting and telling me policy. I understand that. I asked her if she would ask the other associate to come up so he could tell her. No she wouldn't do that. I asked if I could speak to her manager, no she said I couldn't and would not give me the information. I have spent thousands at that store and have been doing the auctions since they started. I could understand being treated like I was if I stole something or broke something but I literally did what I was told. She reprimanded me like I did something wrong. I tried to explain and stand up for myself and I was told she was going to blacklist me for it, which she did after I told her to do what she felt she needed to do. I understand policy. I understand the need to follow it. There is a way to treat customers and a way not to, especially when your associate directed them wrong. Reprimanding, yelling and chastising them in front of their family and the entire store is not it.

I called this store today to ask if there is any updates regarding the new consoles. The associate I spoke with checked with his manager and I could hear her state in the background "we're done". I bought a dress last week that's didn't fit. I decided to go today to exchange it for something else. When I went to check out I had bought the $8 dollar dress and wasn't being given the exchange for my previous buy. Upon looking at the receipt I see that I was being charged for the dress I had brought from home instead of having an exchange in it place. I was being charged for the same dress TWICE!! The employee doing my checkout didn't know what she was doing and had to get a manager to do my check out. It was $8 and cents for my buy and I gave a $20 bill. I was supposed to have received $10+ back but instead got back $2. When I confronted the manager on why I was being charged for the same dress TWICE he proceeded to say that the transaction was completed and that they didn't give refunds. I said I didn't get my exchange for the dress so I would just be taking it back home since I had already purchased it last week. Still charged twice for it and didn't get my my money back. There was no winning with him. I'm never going back to this store. I had heard bad stories about the place and finally confirmed it myself today!!
