I walked in Silver City only to get prices since my husband gets a 10% discount at P.C Richards and we already had our eyes set on Whirlpool appliances. Bruce seemed very willing to help us and very knowledgeable answered all my questions even about appliances that he didn't carry. Was not pushy at all. Needless to say we decided to make our purchase from Silver City since our total was a $600 difference from P.C. Richards and Bruce even got us $1200 in rebates. Hands down i would purchase from Silver City Appliance from Spring Valley Rt 59 in the future. I will review my delivery experiance once I recieve my appliances!!

I got very good prices for my appliances from other places but I decide to give them a chance.They gave me excellent prices that I couldn't walk away from, we shake hands.I was very disappointed when they try to deliver open boxes appliances .....stove, and refrigerator with no boxes. I paid for brand-new items...they tried to deliver floor models with dent on the side of refrigerator!!! II refused to accept the delivery, I called the store right away.....they told me that I will have to wait 2 weeks for new one. I asked to cancel the deal. I go back to PC Richard got same deal with the next day delivery and 12m interest free on the card they opened for me. I was waiting 3 weeks for money to return to my acc. and this happen after I dispute the charge . Everyone is on board from the moment you walk into the store. We just purchased a suite of appliances last week. The salesman, Rich, took the time to walk my mother through every appliance she was interested in, guided her to a more quiet dishwasher (did you know they rate dishwashers on sound? Our salesman did!), helped her find appliances in stock, and set the delivery date. The store manager, Andrew, and his assistant, Crystal, were so kind. If you live in a condo, you know what a pain delivery can be. Crystal has an entire binder of COI's in her reach to make delivery easier. Never saw that at Lowe's or Home Depot. P.C. Richards is still family-owned, and they act like it. You will NOT get the same service in any big box store. The prices are very competitive, but it's the service that matters, especially during the Covid era where delivery and stock are in question. I would not hesitate to purchase appliances again in the Nanuet store.

I was with several people waiting outside prior to store open in the hopes of getting Pokemon…read moreproduct today, 7/10. 30 mins prior to open, an employee came out and made an announcement that they didn't receive any new Pokemon product. Everyone left and an hour later I received a call from a friend who went to check for himself, and the customer ahead of him purchased the last one. I then called the store and asked the employee if they received any Pokemon product today and I was told no. Either some shady business is happening or the employees are ignorant as to what they're selling. Either way it's not a good look for business.

Not only did they do an amazing job at hardwiring, I liked that they sleeved the cables and they made It so I can barely see the cables. I liked the advise I got when I asked them about remote starters and LED headlight bulbs. I will defiantly be coming back for other equipment. When you do come in Jana and Jose whose one of the techs were amazing. What I did like was that I was greeted by Jana by name and before any work was started I was shown and told how the job will be done so its clearer to me. They act like they are doing what they can for free, but then get you to pay money to use their tech service. My computer was frozen, and I was told I likely had all kinds of viruses. After the service they claimed it was fixed, but after it was disconnected from their computer and I powered it up at home and literally pressed only the power button, and the internet icon NOTHING. My techi neighbor was able to fix it in 2 minutes. NO VIRUSES- IT WAS THE VIRUS PROGRAM mucking things up! When I spoke with Radio Shack to ask for my money back, since they did nothing for my computer and pretended they had, the answer was NO.
