I chose them over a competitor twenty-five miles closer to me because of their reputation for honest dealing and skilled service technicians. Over the past twenty years, I have found this to be the case. I recently replaced my original dw with a new Asko from Ackerman's, whose technician and I ran into problems that called for an oscillating saw (neither of us had one and it would have taken an hour to locate and obtain one from a neighbor) but were solved with hammer, chisel, muscle, and skill (none of it mine). They took away the old unit and cleaned up afterwards. We also ended up upgrading our thermostat. John was accommodating and sent Seth back at a later time (after we received the new thermostat) to install the new thermostat. It took a bit to get the heat pump working but ultimately it was all done and John and Seth stayed to make sure both the AC and heat pump was working. So we were very happy with how the project was handled and completed.
