She grew so much while she was there. The teachers are warm and caring, and you can tell they really love what they do. It was always so nice to be see their arts and crafts hung up right by the front door so that you could see what they had worked on recently. I also thought it was awesome that they spoke Spanish to her. I've struggled to keep that going at home, so it meant a lot to know she was learning and practicing at school without me even being there. The school also did a bunch of family events that we loved. Daddy and Me was always a favorite because we got to come in, watch the kids perform, and do crafts together. They also put on fun things for the holidays, like Halloween and Christmas, where the kids got to celebrate and we could be part of it too. It was great watching her play with her friends and have her show me all her favorite places to play in the outdoor play area. The hours were always great so if you're a working parent you have that peace of mind that you know your kids are taken care of so you can focus on work. This school is truly my daughter's second home. She loves coming here everyday, and we can see how she has grown since joining the school. They have an app that updates children's activities and routines, and generates a daily report sending to parents' emails, which made parents feel included and rest assured. This was one of the key factors behind our initial decision to choose this school. The teachers and staffs are caring, patient and truly dedicated to the children and always communicate well with parents. This is my daughter's first school. The first month of her school, she cried every day because she didn't know English and Spanish, and staying in an unfamiliar environment for long hours a day was a big challenge for her. Director Ms. Anabel and my daughter's teacher teacher Rosa kept communicating with us and help my daughter feel comfortable. When we dropped off early in the morning, Ms. Mary and Ms. Lori always give hand. Thank you for all the love and patience during this hard time. Since the second month, she doesn't cry at school anymore. After three months, she takes the initiative to interact with her teacher teacher Rosa. My daughter gradually picked more English and a little bit Spanish. She enjoys her school life. We especially appreciate how teacher Rosa took the time to understand my daughter's needs and help her grow at her own pace. We feel very lucky that our daughter is surrounded by such wonderful teachers and friends every day. The school creates safe and warm environment where children can learn, play and build confidence. She also showed me how she played monkey bar fluently at the school's playground when I picked her up. It's amazing how quickly she learns in this school. She knows "sharing is caring". I was surprised that she said it's ok mom, don't be upset, I will fix it. I will make you happy. She said it in English. At that moment, I was so glad what she learned from this preschool. They took the time to introduce themselves, answer our questions, and make both my son and our family feel welcome and supported. My son had a tough time adjusting at first, but instead of giving up on him, the teachers worked with patience, compassion, and consistency. They communicated with us regularly, kept us updated in real-time, and always made us feel included in his progress. Even on hard days, we felt reassured that he was in good hands. The classrooms are clean, warm, and well-organized. The activities are engaging and thoughtfully planned. But most importantly, the teachers are nurturing and invested in each child's emotional and developmental growth. Now, our son is thriving. He is confident, happy, and ready to start kindergarten. The level of care, warmth, and education they provide goes beyond what you would expect. Their attention is shared with all kids equally, and I can share my experience after nearly three years. My boy started daycare around one and a half years old after attending a not-so-great daycare. As a new parent, I did not fully grasp what an impact a daycare could have. When he first joined, there was a period of time where he was not fully integrating with the rest of the kids. They worked with him slowly and tenderly, and he started opening up after a short while. He is now very extroverted, but the most important thing to me was seeing how he blossomed and became noticeably happier week after week. He also has a hard time eating, but I can always count on his plentiful healthy meals during daycare. That one hasn't been fully resolved yet, haha. As an aside, I bump into them at Costco every few weeks and they are always picking out the best quality ingredients. The kids are spoiled. As far as the day-to-day goes, their time is filled with play and enriching experiences. They are not just being taken care of and entertained; they are guided through a learning process tailored to each one. There is obviously a lot of care placed in pushing each kid's potential and, from what I can tell, they are exceeding academically and developmentally. Mine is performing at a kindergarten level in many subjects. Quick note on value, Araceli's was more affordable than our last daycare and all meals are included. We first had my son Roberto and he started attending at 2 years old. He was quiet and and little to no social skills at the time. He was with them until he was ready to attend 1st grade. They got him ready by teaching him how to read write and do Math. I addressed it the owner would say it would be addressed and it would for a few weeks then back to the same thing. Then, he came home with bumps and cuts that would not get reported to me. Had meetings and the owner finally moved him from the care of one of her older workers. He even looks forward to doing his homework! When we were gone for almost 8 months, he would still ask for his Bubbly Tot teachers (especially Ms. Maria). They have truly made him feel loved and cared for. On the weekends he asks me if he is going to school because he misses it. That alone tells me that they have made a huge positive impact on my son. His current teacher, Ms. Carolyn is amazing with my son has taught him humility, kindness, and instilling confidence in him. Words alone cannot express how grateful I am for Bubbly Tots. My child has been to a few different daycare programs, including one that's literally 2x the price (Bright Horizons). However, HHP is the only place where my partner and I felt all the teachers (that we've met thus far) have a genuine passion for the kids. At a previous daycare, my child only talked about one teacher who seemed to really care, who unsurprisingly was the only teacher we felt actually enjoyed her job as a preschool teacher. However, at HHP, my child raves about all the teachers. There is a glaring weakness at HHP though, and that's the administration team. Unfortunately, other Yelp feedback about the slow and sometimes lack of responses (via phone or email) are true in my experience. Phone calls or emails go unanswered for days or weeks at a time, if at all. Fortunately, interaction with the admin office are mostly unnecessary after the child is actually enrolled. I'm hoping this area will be improved! If there are any "emergencies" or issues with my child at school, the teachers are very good about either calling or emailing us. And teachers are timely in their responses to our proactive emails to them as well. All in all, HHP has been a very positive place for my child.
